First time we came here it was great but the next time we came here on my girlfriends birthday the guy at the window was clueless as to how to add a birthday pastry and immediately needed to go get the manager, then after all that we still got charged for what was supposed to be a free cinnamon roll, then tonight we get two roasted turkey BLTs but I guess even that was too hard for the staff here as they completely forgot the bacon.Very sad as this location was closest to my house but lll gladly drive the extra way for better service. Do better, especially seeing as this is a Rocklin location youre making the area look bad.

I’ve already had a negative experience at this location back in October in which I called customer service and they resolved. However, upon this visit everything was great up until I tried my salad. I ordered a pick 2 with a chicken Caesar salad and Mac and cheese. When I began eating my salad I noticed the taste was off. It wasn’t tasting how it normally does and was rather bad. I began picking around my salad and then realized that half of the leaves were black, indicating that I was served rotten lettuce. That explained the bad taste. Once again I am rather disappointed and don’t pay that kind of money to receive a salad that I can’t even eat. I don’t complain in restaurant because I don’t know if people are new and don’t know any better.

Absolutely the best customer service out of all three paneras in the area.I roll into this place right at 7:00 a.m. and theyre open ready to go and have products available for me to get in and get out and get on my way to work!!!How terrible with my life yep Im rolling back through between 8:30 and 9:00 at night looking for something good and healthy nutritious to eat and it doesnt matter Ive been in there as late as 8:59 and these guys still have the window open and ready to serve.Sometimes Ive got a big drive but I dont want the heavy coffee that late at night so I asked decaf and theyre still okay with giving me a fresh proof decaf.Always pleasant I love this Panera

Mercedes was our cashier and she was amazing. I dont come to Panera very often and she was very patient with me explaining all of the options on the menu. She had a great smile and made the experience fun. I was having a bad day and she made me laugh and change things around. Thank you Mercedes!

I have nothing to complain about. Bagels and cream cheese are good. Cinnamon crunch bagel 🥯 with honey walnut cream cheese hits the spot. They also have good breakfast sandwiches

No stars for service or atmosphere. I paid $8.39 for a bowl of soup with 5 croutons and it was the amount of a cup. I asked for more and showed them and they said thats the right amount.Serious the cost of tomatoe soup $8. I guess next time just go home and open a can of Campbells.

Ew!Took my family to eat lunch at this location and it was nasty. It was slow, maybe 3 people in the restaurant but every table, chair and floor was covered in food and garbage. Except one! This one was covered with what appeared to be beard trimmings about 3 inches long.If your thinking Im holding this Panera to too high of a standard, I wasnt. Any other human with at least one working eye would have been disappointed. Ive seen tables like this once before, at a Chucky Cheese as it was going out of business.I asked a staff member if they could please clean one of the tables, they got a soaking wet towel from the used cleaning bucket sitting atop the trash can and with about as much enthusiasm and precision as a hungover college student doing laundry, splashed a healthy amount of dirty water on it. Then said it will dry and walked away.I did for a moment consider standing next to the wet table with my whole family for 15 minutes holding our food waiting for this mop water to air dry like broken video game characters, but then I decided to keep living my life and we sat outside.The food fight that must have occurred only moments before we arrived must not have spilled onto the patio area because it was passable as a dinning establishment.Then, the food came. My wife was served a cinnamon bagel with chive cream cheese? At this point I think we were both concerned the staff had been freaky Friday switched with a kindergarten class and somewhere there were was a large group of 4 year old yelling out bagel orders instead of taking their naps.My sandwich had sauce fingerprints on the top of the bread, I assume this child had been finger painting before the switch occured and couldnt help but to continue and my salad appeared to have been made some time last week.If the front of house looks like the aftermath of a middle school sleep over, the back in of house where all the food is made must be nastier than a truck stop bathroom.I left feeling like I needed a shower, ew.

For the amount of food you get its not worth the price. Also if youre going to spend $20 on a bowl that has chicken in it, then they could at least use white chicken breast. Not yucky thigh pieces...

Ordered a chicken, pepperoni mozarella melt. Was extremely dry 2 drops of sauce, mozzarella Dry and hardWill not go backI felt like I was eating a lump of dry breadSauce is cheap, why not put enough sauceWill not be back.

My chicken soup! How many noodles did you see and how many chicken pieces. We had late dinner because of work and this is what was served. Lesson learned. Not the Panera quality I knew:(
