I have to say this was an outstanding experience. The food and service was impeccable John was so very helpful with making sure we had a great experience. Over the Top John was i would give his service a 5 Star review *****. Thank You again for a wonderful experience John at Panera Bread in Yucaipa .Merry Christmas to all. Ladies and Gentlemen,If you are the type of person that likes their salads served with frozen pieces of chicken, then this is the place for you. I was pleasantly greeted by the manager when I confronted him about the frozen chicken in my salad. I was offered something else to eat or a refund. After thinking a minute about it, I decided to get the refund instead. If the people preparing the meals lack the common sense to not serve frozen chicken, then what else have they done to the other meals that also require common sense to prepare? I should have listened to the other reviews when I made the decision to come here to eat. Its salad. How hard could it be to mess that up? I just found out. Hopefully, management takes the time to monitor their kitchen and improve their food preparation. However, I will not go back to find out.

Food is as expected per any much any Panera. The indoor seating area is not good all. While clean, its stark. Its not modern cold, but a cross from an 80s McDonalds and an old Dunkins donuts. Missing the warmth of older Paneras like the one in Redlands.

Riley at counter was great. Had to wait. As always for my meal. Was not busy at all. 20 minutes later received my order. Got the same—-“Sorry for the delay”. It appears that the owner of this location needs to spend some quality time here. Food is always great. However the wait is not. Take responsibility for your location.

The manager does not care at all. Ordered inside, manager was standing there when I picked up my order, when I got home I was missing a sandwich, called to explain the situation, was told I had 2 options, come back to get the missing sandwich or come back to get a refund. When I went back, one employee was on her phone texting, talked to the manager who really did not care about my issue, just told me to have a blessed day. Never going back. Even on their receipts they have a system of checking your order, not!

Soup wasnt very hot, the broccoli cheese soup was very watery, the bread on the sandwich was hard and hardly edible. Very disappointed in Panerai in yucaipa.

I went to excuse myself in the bathroom and because I have many health issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, I have to use the bathroom often. The toilet paper here was single ply and when I wiped it went straight through my hand. I would like to request better toilet paper because the sensation of human feces on the hand isnt great.

This new, Yucaipa, CA location is clean and organized. They have a rapid pick-up drive thru lane but the concept isnt up to par yet as you still have to wait in line behind approximately one or two cars near the window. To go ludicrous speed, walk-in and get your order via in-person rapid pick-up after you order it through the Panera app or one of the many kiosks. Superb food, coffee, and service. Highly recommended.

When you pay close to $50 you hope they get the order right, however they didn’t. They gave me the wrong soup and got one of my sandwiches wrong. The soup they did give me was the chicken noodle and was tasteless. Might just stick to the Redlands location

The customer service is above and beyond expected. They accommodate special food requests without question. Several of us met there and our visit was made even better by the staff. Thank you
