The place needs to be cleaned a bit more as every seat was dirty but they were also busy so it might be just that the people eating there were really messy?The food ordered was what we wanted, and came out quickly. I ordered the fuji apple chicken salad and my boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich.

Every time I come here, they messed something up on my order. This time I chose to go inside and order so I wouldn’t be surprised on the highway with my order being messed up again the cashier didn’t listen to me properly didn’t put my proper order in when I get my order, it’s not the proper bread for the sandwich. None of the things that needed. They were out of options and never gave me the option to choose which would I would like to get my money back and I was told that I can only get money back for certain things services is horrible Manager never even bothered to come outside and speak to me kept sending back the cashier to me. Really sad cause I love Panera I travel on the road 5 days a week and eat their often only store that has given me problems over and over again…

Our first time at this location. Someone sleeping on bench at front door was not welcoming for us. We ordered to go but part of our order was WRONG so I had to go back to get them to give us the correct food. Counter person appeared to not believe me at first, took the bag away to kitchen, did not talk to me until kitchen called my name 10 minutes later. They gave me correct order, but no one said sorry. I know mistakes can happen, but communication was poor.

I want to start this review by stating that the girl who served me in the drivethrough was lovely and I enjoyed our interaction.The issue I have been having with Panera is the food. I used to be a big fan but in the last two years or so thigns have gone way downill.My salads have had old, limp lettuce and the chicken on them is slimy and rubbery. I atually picked out every piece of chicken from my salad yesterday because it did not smell or taste right. I do not plan to eat here again in the future, its pricy and the quality is not up to par.

First time eating at Panera. This place was amazing! Lots of choices and they even serve on a real plate. They have great drink choices too. I really enjoyed the guava lemonade....super good. It was a bit pricey but at least the quality warrants it. I will definitely stop at Panera next time instead of fast food.

The food was horrifying.I went to the drive-thru. The prices are ridiculous, although, thats my fault for paying that much. 24$ for a sandwich and a mac&cheese.The sandwich was terrible. bread was dry, the meat was cold (supposed to be a hot sandwich). There was enough horseradish to choke someone out. Guess thats what I get for paying so much.However, the girl in the drive-thru was friendly. 5 stars, Lourdes.

Stopped here for lunch after my husband’s grandmother had eye surgery. Had the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich, while my husband had a BBQ chicken sandwiches and his grandmother had a Chicken Avocado BLT. All really really good. Chicken was moist and delicious, along with the refresher drinks we had. Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

I went with my mom and we each had a bowl of french onion soup and it is delicious! I also had a spicy take chicken sandwich along with a side of Mac n Cheese! There was too much bread in my opinion. The chicken Sandwich had bread, then they gave me like half a role of bread with my soup and half with my mac n cheese. I also believe the tables were not cleaned as often as they should have because we sat down to crumbs on the table! I will of course be back!

Ive been to 100 Paneras, and this is the best one Ive seen. The food is prepared with real care, putting to shame what Ive encountered at some other locations. The building is also a newer, more modern design, and there are plenty of outlets, which is sometimes rare to find at Panera.

On our recent visit (mid-January 2022) only the drive through was open. I was a bit concerned as we had 6 different orders for a small family reunion - but there was no reason to worry. They had all our food ready very quickly and even the 2 customized orders were exactly right. We all enjoyed our food and had a great visit. Its nice having a Panera in our neighborhood and I really appreciate having the option of dining-in (when pandemic allows) and a drive through.

I went to Panera bread last night to get my free birthday pastry. They were out of the cookie I wanted but go a chocolate chip one which was good. I ate it this morning. This place used to be my favorite over Starbucks but now I wont ever go back they take forever, so one time I ordered through the app and went in for the first time to see if they where just short staffed like most places, they had a ton of people in there.One girl was telling a story and 3 of the people bagging and taking orders where listening to her saying F-in this and that and I watched another girl pick my sandwich out if bag 3 times before finally putting it on counter almost 10 mins late not even say my name or anything so when I went and grabbed it and didnt say anything since why would I say thank u after a experience like that and the girl that did that bagging was like REALLY! Like she was taken back by by the fact u didnt say thank you for her poor service. Cant wait for Dutch brothers so I can get my coffee and food at a better place!

I had visited Panera in the southern US and the one in Santa Rosa didnt meet standards. Food is good and theres an ease of ordering however, tables werent cleaned after each customer(s) and there appeared to be a staff shortage. General cleanliness appeared adequate and the staff I encountered were friendly. Easy in and out of parking lot and handicapped accessible

Where do I start, ordered half Caesar there was lettuce that was bad in this salad and found a big piece of plastic wrap mixed in with it which I almost ate. My kids mac and cheese was luke warm, if that. All the tables were dirty. The manager did refund me for my pick 2 and offer more food but after that, it will be a no from me for now on.

For fast food Panera has some pretty decent food. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are high quality, and their frozen caramel and mocha cold brews are amazing. The whipped cream almost tastes like marshmallows. The soups are pretty tasty too. Never tried the salads but Im sure theyre good as well.

Love the food! Not only does it make you feel like youve picked a healthy choice but its also filling too! It can be pricey but worth! The orange cranberry muffin is to die for if your in the mood for some bakery goods (even if those arent your first pick in fruit taste it is amazing!) and of course the mac n cheese is a gawd dropper, its so good! Anothet pro is that the employees are very friendly 😊 Definitely somewhere you wont regret coming!

I love this healthy & fulfilling fast food option! Their fresh baked bread is much tastier than other businesses who technically specialize in fresh baked breads. They forgot my cheese today, and I keep forgetting to activate my rewards card, so because of that inconvenience in order to save money I rate 4 stars rather than 5. Also, they always manage to forget something in my order (once croutons, today cheese, once spoon, once bread...) Maybe because its a new location? But overall their food is DELICIOUS!!! And love the variety of both soups & salads, plus they have one of my fav sandwiches grilled cheese w/bacon & tomato!

Good food. But they use gloves, which are the dirtiest things in the world. Watched a employee use her gloved hands to pull her mask away from her face to talk and them put it back and go right back to touching the food she was preparing. People, gloves are not clean. After touching your face, money or anything else you need to wash your hands and put on new gloves.

Ordered coffee for pickup through the app. It was quick and mostly effortless to grab it. My main complaint is that I wasnt sure if I was supposed to wait in my car or to go in to pick it up. I thought I had it set up for them to bring it to my car, but my coffee was sitting on a table just inside the door. That probably makes more sense in the time of Covid, but it was just a bit confusing. As for the coffee, it was fine. It wasnt overly bitter or sour and generally fine drip coffee from a fast food restaurant, but nothing special. It was great because it was from Paneras new coffee subscription service which they gave to me free for a month, so I wont complain too much, but Im not sure I like their coffee enough to pay for it consistently.
