Vitality Bowls Santa Rosa
1880 Mendocino Ave Ste G, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, United States
Looking for a relaxed spot to eat with food that specializes in healthy, nutritious, and allergy friendly food? Then you've found yourself in the right place at Vitality Bowls Super Food Cafe!Although this cafe originated in Northern California they have already reached their 100th franchise. This specific one is located on Mendocino Avenue near the Santa Rosa Community College. A lot of the crowd is young college students, vegans/vegetarians, and workout lovers. There is a parking lot for this outlet area that it is in. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility. One of their top products is their açaí bowls. They have different bowl mixtures that ranges from a vitality bowl filled with bananas and strawberries and a green bowl filled with graviola which is actually a fruit called soursop that comes from a broadleaf, flowering evergreen tree. The green bowl also has dates and spinach. Depending on how healthy you're feeling that day or what kind of mood you're in they've got the bowl for you. Not only do they have delicious açaí bowls, but they have panini sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies! Many of their foods are filled with vitamins and many antioxidants. You can order online. They have a loyalty program you can join so you earn points. They also have catering services if you'd like to book with them. They were a few comments I did have that I suggest this business think over. One of them being the prices are expensive. I completely understand that such healthy foods may cost more, but it's not the customers fault. They just want to enjoy foods that are good for their body. Another thing is the employees. The employees were quiet and short. They did not seem to be very social people. I love the environment and decor of this place and I think your employees personalities should match the same personality of the restaurant. Lastly, don't be stingy with your granola. I had ordered the vitality bowl which was delightful except there was very little granola and if I'm paying $15 for a fruit bowl I would think I deserve a good amount of granola as well.So overall, the prices are expensive so I personally would only come back here every once in a while. I wouldn't make it my regular place. To my Sonoma county people they have a clean and healthy vibe to it. It is also a good lunch for those of you who just had a good workout or those of you who need more energy after a fun night out the night before. Depending on your budget this may be the place for you!
Panera Bread
885 Hopper Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, United States
This place used to be my favorite over Starbucks but now I wont ever go back they take forever, so one time I ordered through the app and went in for the first time to see if they where just short staffed like most places, they had a ton of people in there. One girl was telling a story and 3 of the people bagging and taking orders where listening to her saying F-in this and that and I watched another girl pick my sandwich out if bag 3 times before finally putting it on counter almost 10 mins late not even say my name or anything so when I went and grabbed it and didnt say anything since why would I say thank u after a experience like that and the girl that did that bagging was like REALLY! Like she was taken back by by the fact u didnt say thank you for her poor service. Cant wait for Dutch brothers so I can get my coffee and food at a better place!

Sonoma Jet Center
6000 Flightline Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, United States
Sonoma Jet Center is perhaps the most outstanding FBO Ive used. Landing after the tower closed, they sent a highly visible Follow Me truck out to greet us so there was absolutely no confusion about where they wanted us parking. Opening the aircraft door, we immediately had 3 or 4 line staff simultaneously attending to everything we needed help with -- passenger baggage, garbage removal, cleaning of used glasses, etc., plus the car rental agent patiently waiting with our car on the ramp. Interactions with the front desk staff were equally friendly and efficient. There was a beautiful and large selection of free snacks for pilots as well as passengers. More importantly, the airplane was positioned and fueled exactly as requested on the day of our departure. We even got to spin the prize wheel for buying 300+ gallons of Jet A. These are great people to work with. Thanks, SJC!
Viethai Cuisine
320 W 3rd St STE G, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, United States
After hearing about VieThai on Sonoma County foodies group in Facebook, It was on my list to visit for sure. You decided to go for my birthday dinner and even postponed a day since they are closed Tuesday.Everyone thought it was absolutely worth the wait. Compliments from everyone at the table. They were even nice enough to bring us some extras of the corn fritters so we wouldnt need to split them between each other. We almost ordered a second one. They were so good.I cant remember the dishes that everyone got but we love them. And I dont know if I took any but we love them. And I dont know if I took any but we love them. And I dont know if I took any but we love them. And I dont know if I took any but we loved them.I forgot to grab pictures. But next time definitely.

Extra Space Storage
496 Hearn Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407, United States
Updates: The first month free banner is still up and I have left the facility. My price increased once.Overall a pretty pleasant experience. I was assisted by Mark who showed me the unit. Up front he disclosed there would be mandatory insurance added on top of the unit fee, and the website disclosed the one time admin fee, so there were no hidden fees by the time I signed the contract/lease. He even warned me ahead of time that the rent would most likely increase in approximately 5 months.I do have a couple of concerns that lie with the company and its owner. When you drive up, there is a large banner stating first month free, and upon mentioning it to the employees I am told that this promo is no longer active and they are not allowed to take the banner down. Blatant fishing and false advertisement. Next, I dont know how the units are measured, but Im renting a 5x5 and when I think that, I think 5 wide x 5 deep. Im 53 and if I were to lie down in the unit I would stick out about halfway. Its more like 2.5 x 2.5.The prices are a bit high because they take full advantage of the high demand for storage. Based on that I will probably leave the facility before the price goes up.
Safari West
Franz Valley Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95404, United States
We drove from Sacramento to Safari West and found the site easily. We parked next to the main office to check in and get our tent assignment. Vehicles arent allowed on the campus so we had to leave our vehicle and carry our things to the tent. They dont have signs posted to help you find your way. It was cold and raining. Im carrying a suitcase and cooler pluss my 10 year old is losing patience with finding the tent area. We walked down 3 dead-end trails and decided to go back to the office to ask for help. The attendant helped us navigate through the property and we finally found it.The tent is constructed well. It has wood floors, heavy canvas walls with roll up window covers. The beds are typical low budget hotel beds with rustic wood frames. The bathroom ceiling is open to the outside and its about 35 degrees. It has a shower with hot water but its way to cold in that bathroom for me to consider taking a shower. The room has an old space heater that takes the chill out of the air. The beds have electric blankets as well. I also brought my own space heater because I read some other reviews that said the room was too cold. I ended up using my heater the whole time and the tent maintained 60 degrees. We felt comfortable with the extra heater and cooler full of munchies from home.We had a dinner reservation for 5pm. For me and my daughter it was $85. The atmosphere was nice but the food was unedable. I noticed people sending untouched dinner plates back to the kitchen. I ended up sending mine back as well. The rice was very dry, the mac-n-cheese was grainy and the brisket was rubbery. I brought cup-o-noodles soup from home and we just added hot water and ate in our tent. Its hard to see once the sun goes down. The front desk didnt offer flashlights. I brought a lantern and that was used on many occasions.I dont like feeling frustrated or defeated when Im supposed to be having fun with family. The grounds at this place arent user friendly. My daughter is asking what kind of birds are we looking at? And I cant find a sign containing any information. I cant research anything on my phone because theres no service. So we dont even know what we are looking at. Its just a bird I guess. Or maybe its a secret that they dont want us to know. Either way, it frustrates me. Its not a fun experience ?
Sushi Rosa
515 4th St, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, United States
The food was delicious, very fresh, looked beautiful. The robot is a neat tool for delivering sushi. Thats pretty cool. There was one server literally sprinting upstairs and downstairs to try to help everybody. On one hand, we didnt get the correct amount of silverware for the people at our table and didnt see our server for 15 minutes at a time. On the other hand, the poor lady was trying to run the whole ship herself. So based off of one person serving an entire two-level restaurant, it would be a seven Stars out of five. As far as my actual experience receiving service not so great. If I were to do this again I would just get my food to go. Also, I have no idea who picked the music or the volume for the music but both were a bad choice. It was the strangest loudest music. We had to yell to hear each other over the table. Also heads up the miso comes in like a double wall stainless steel bowl maybe so it feels safe to eat touching from the outside but its way hotter on the inside.
Fourth Street Deli
300 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, United States

St. Francis Winery & Vineyards
100 Pythian Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95409, United States
We had the most amazing Estate Pairing experience yesterday at St. Francis. The food, the wine, the service was all exceptional and not necessary in that order. Maria greeted us most warmly and made us feel comfortable. Then we had a generous splash of Sauvignon blanc poured by the friendly and professional Sharon in the tasting room. A few minutes later we walked down to the outdoor seating where our table was ready for us exactly where we preferred: at the edge of the area so our view of the beautiful scenery was undisturbed (see first picture). Kevin, our host with the infectious laugh was cordial, answered all our questions and introduced the wines and the foods paired with them enticingly. I appreciated that the chef accommodated my no pork preference, while the others in my party got the unmodified version. E.g. you can see in the second picture my polenta-mushroom-pesto-butternut squash item in the front and the other two (with bacon), family style, in the background. I am sharing the printed menu and picture of most items. Arent they all beautiful? (And they were delicious too). After our wine/meal we lingered in the gardens rocking chairs for an hour as we were blessed with sunny weather. All-in-all it was a fantastic day, thanks to the people, the excellent and potent wines and the yummy food that went along with them.
