Panera Bread in Palm Springs

I was looking for a place close to the Chinese buffet and I wanted to find a place that wasnt a Starbucks. Came to this place. It was fantastic. The manager was a super cool dude. We had to wait for a slight clean up from a previous client so the manager gave us some cookies and the coffee was on the house. The atmosphere was great, the music was good and everyone was having a good time. Pretty nice place to spend an evening with friends. Will be back tomorrow!

Have ordered pickup or delivery from here a few times recently and the staff here simply CANNOT make the sandwiches correctly, ever. Im not talking about a complicated thing - breakfast sandwiches have a total of four items (egg, meat and cheese - plus the bun) and the staff consistently forgets one or more of those items.

I wish I knew his name but the manager with the butterfly tattoos is an angel! He always seems so busy and dare I say stressed, but his manner stays gracious and professional. I am a happy camper here

Outstanding service in this Panera Bread location!The staff is super friendly and patient! We had the most delicious toasted turkey sandwich and Mango smoothie. Thank you so much for the great service!

We go here all the time. However, each time we are there, they are out of bread. So, they compromised with sliced bread. I can make a sandwich at home if that is the case.How is it that they are alway out of bread? I do not get this concept at all. This will be our last trip there. We are looking for other places instead. Maybe Aspen Mills. Bye Felicia!

Very good service. Fresh, fresh coffee with tasty varieties. Endless refills of coffee and free wifi with awesome music. Very nice atmosphere. Very clean tables, and restrooms. Nice.

Great salad, good service, did take a little while but it was over the lunch hour on Friday so probably not so unexpected.

It took way too long to get my cappucino. My husband had finished his coffee and snack and I finally went and asked about it.

This isnt about the food, Its always good.Its about the Charged Drinks.We as patrons spent weeks waiting on parts to fix the machines. Then when its finally fixed and up and running for a bit Its down again.. see attached pic. A employee tells me that they are always out of stock or things are breaking because they dont do maintenance like they should.There is always something broken or out of service or out of stock. At this point I amBlaming the management for not ordering the correct amount of stock and doing required maint of equipment. If your always running out of something order more. If your equipment seals or parts are always wearing out have parts on hand.I can understand the occasional hiccup but this store has a full blown case of acid reflux!!I have been in the restaurant business now for 28 years.I have been coming to this store for at least 2 years and every issue I have seen you can put the blame directly on management.And Management includes corporate If this store doesnt have the budget to order what they need to have on hand.
