I can only reference the food. First I ordered off of door dash a broccoli Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. I only got the Mac and cheese no bread bowl. Secondly it tastes and looks like the Mac and cheese was just put into the broccoli cheddar soup. The most redeeming part is the drinks. It I think it is safe to say I will only be ordering in person to make sure I get what I ordered properly.

My wife brought me a beef and white cheddar sandwich. It had two thin slices of beef and I didnt taste the cheddar either. I did taste the horseradish, it have the bread some flavor. Probably wont go there again. If we go to any Panera I will check to make sure there is something between the slices of bread before we leave. What a rip off.

Avoid going to this Panera location! They gave my mom and my aunt some really black slimy lettuce. It was so bad, even the manager was shocked. Instead of fixing the issue though, staff tried to short us on our refund. So we ended up walking out and not eating any food. Terrible experience!

Ordered a whole Napa Almond Chicken salad sandwich to go for dinner. It tasted a little weak when I got home. When I pulled the sandwich apart I saw that they put a very tiny amount of chicken salad on the actual sandwich. I was mainly bread, tomato and lettuce. Guess you have to pull the sandwich apart to ensure you actually get what you ordered at this location.

They decided to sell my, paid in full, order to other customers.I ordered (and paid for) bread bowls at 10:30am for pickup at 3:15pm. Well, guess what? They canceled my order at 3:10pm. Hummm... Serves wasnt up to par!! They were basically out of everything, including bread! How are they called Panera Bread if you dont have bread, in my opinion they should have just been closed. They worked super slow, workers were just standing around in the back on cell phones, basically only 3 people were working our orders. It took like 35mins for my order to get done. Ridiculous! The soup was cold and blah, really no flavor. Thankfully the manager at least gave me my money back for wanting such a long time but that wasnt even really want I wanted. I just wanted good, hot soup and great service like they always have. Think twice before your come to this location here in the Whittwood Town Center.

With the unlimited slipping subscription, I visited this location pretty often. It offers standard Panera service and food options. During meal hours, store will get pretty busy. Then sometimes the coffee pot or the lemonade will be low and need to wait for new ones to me made.

App order and pick up is a nightmare here. You will immediately recieve a message saying they are busy...thats fine. But when you come in prepared to wait, you will wait much longer than dine in customers. You will watch your name pass through the monitor from prepared to ready without it ever being ready. It will disappear from the monitor prompting you to ask the person behind the counter only to notice its been sitting on a back counter for 20 minutes. This isnt a one time event. It repeats itself. Pick up customers simply become second class citizens in this Panera.

Went to diner there friday the 13th of May. Not busy but people there, ordered, out of 4 of the soda drinks, the other drinks where almost gone,dirty dishes on tables, bench missing from one booth, pile of dirty dishes on the trash top, and they were out of the lettuce stuff for my husbands sandwich, thats the second time we have been there and its just not picked up and clean. Hopefully next time it is.

Wow!!! This location has the best customer service. The manager is super-duper nice and remembers everyones name and greets everyone by name. I really love Paneras breakfast menu. And the chocalate chipper cookies are AMAZING when they are fresh from the oven.I highly recommend all the bagels and the breakfast sandwichs.Best place for breakfast in Whittier. Its too bad they open at 7 on Sundays now.

Was looking forward to eating my meal just now. I get home and realize that they forgot 2 items from my order. I call them and 1. they cant refund me, 2. they cant deliver my items (I understand if thats not even an option but at the moment I thought they delivered). The only option was to claim it when Im in the area again, or get a refund when Im in the area. Maybe I wouldnt be writing this if I wasnt pregnant, but its 2:30 pm and Ive yet to eat lunch! Went in for a soup salad combo for lunch. 1st they got the order wrong, salad showed up looked like the trimmings from my lawn mower with enough dressing you were drowning a leafy green thing. Soup was different from what was ordered. They apologized for the soup I ordered was never made that day. Check with the cooks then write it down!

The Good first: The fuji apple salad is great as are others but I really like the sweetness of the dried apples. The Wifi worked well today too. Other than that today was a disappointing experience. The ordering kiosk screen registered my choices slowly requiring repeated presses, the credit card swiper took 7 swipes to work, woman next to me had the same problem on her kiosk. The order-pagers were out so I had to go to the kitchen to get one so my food would find me. There was a choice of tables but to get one I had to bus it. Food took too long to arrive. I am trying to stay positive... the food was good, the food was good.

Great place to go for lunch, dinner or to just pick up. Wide variety of soups salads and sandwiches, and many fresh baked bread and dessert options. Casual place. Can get busy at lunch and dinner so you might see a long line almost out the door, but even with that service is quick and you surprisingly wont wait too long. Its been a go to place for me and my friends. I recommend the tomato soup and also the Paninis are pretty delicious.

I got a sandwich to go at 1:30pm on a Sunday, when I looked at the board to see if it was ready there were 7 names ahead of mine. Paul was the ONLY employee that helped me, I waited 25 minutes for my order but Paul had gotten my a drink. The food is decent, but the coffee is average, not even as good as McDonalds. It is a little pricey, or the half portions are too small, however you want to look at it. I went in and spoke to the same rep who was at the cash register I asked her what happened to my bread that I ordered 20 minutes ago and paid for. After spending 5 minutes trying to make a phone call to arrange a new salad, I finally got someone to answer the phone and told me theyd make me a new one. Food is average. Its a hit or miss. Sometimes, it looks like a decent sandwich, and sometimes it looks like I could prepare a better sandwich with my feet. Regardless, its a very skimpy sandwich. Considering it cost near 8 for a sandwich alone, it should be packed a little more.The bakery items are always good. But never use the silverware here. Its very spotty, and the dishwashing machine or dishwasher dont scrub the spoons enough to remove the dried cheese from the utensils.

The general environment is awesome. I would highly recommend this place if you are just looking to chill. Theres free Wi-Fi. The Umbrellas outside are more than comfortable enough to just relax. Its probably my favorite spot in this entire whitwood plaza.

I went to Panera Bread for my first time with my gal pal. She had told me that they had really good macaroni and cheese. I was surprised to hear this because I thought that it was a place that sold sandwiches only. Yes the macaroni and cheese is to die for, but I wont be eating there again due to the price! another thing that happened at Panera Bread was that my girlfriend found an eyelash in her food! After seeing that I was not able to eat my lunch as it made me sick to my stomach to see a hair in her food! So I dont recommend Panera Bread for two reasons their price is ridiculous and the bread that they serve with your meal is cold and rock hard! if youre a bakery and you sell bread why wouldnt you have fresh soft warm bread that you would serve to your customers? I simply do not understand why their bread is cold and hard! Its literally bound to break your teeth! Although they did give my gal pal a replacement macaroni and cheese, we both ended up taking our food to go as both of our stomachs and turned at the site of an eyelash well embedded into her meal, mac and cheese. Can you believe it was over $9 for what they consider a large macaroni and cheese? The large would leave even a toddler hungry! No cannot recommend Panera Bread!

Great salads, good sandwiches, and excellent breads. My favorite is the chicken cobb salad. This is one of my favorite places to go for a healthy meal. The service is excellent and the products are fantastic. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Whats better on a (relatively) cold autumn afternoon than a well-made sandwich and a cup of warm soup? Sure, there are a couple things, but a soup and sandwich from Panera is a perfectly adequate option. I had a roasted turkey and avocado BLT and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. Both were very good. The turkey is actual turkey, not luncheon meat turkey. My only regret was I didnt have one of their many appetizing pastries. Guess Ill need to give it another go.

No way to treat a Veteran. My dad is a Vietnam Veteran and today he visited Panera to order a meal. The first 2 cashiers said they knew nothing about it. He showed them the app with your promotion. They had to call a manager in order to honour it. He did get a free meal but while the order was being prepared, the 2 employees complained about having to serve so many veterans, which shows they knew about the Veterans Day promotion and should have served my father. I thank Panera for the free lunch but unfortunately my dad Manny said, It left a bad taste in my mouth.
