I am a member of The Sip Club, so naturally I find myself at this Panera relatively often 2/3 times a week. The stafd in the morning are amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. However the afternoon staff are extremely rude, and I have had multiple problems. If there was another Panera near by I wouldn’t come to this one ever - but it’s my only option.

The employees make me feel so uncomfortable. I utilize the free sips club for 2 months in order to use the electrical outlets that are available to customers. So, I get my drink, and I lounge around MINDING my own business, but that seems to bother everyone, including other customers. I am a homeless 32 years old, medically dignosed bipolar II with paranoid schizophrenia. I just want to use the resources I have to be better again. Its just difficult when every time I walk by myself or with a friend. Its an energetic pull of here they again. The shorter female management that worked today. Enjoys making me feel uncomfortable. All in all. Im no longer gonna recommend anything for Panaera Bread. It seems the only time and energy to customers that can afford the over ridiculous prices on bag frozen stored bag soups.

This place was great! The staff was very friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. They had a huge variety of different food options! Definitely vegetarian/vegan friendly. Nice and clean and the food was extremely yummy! Especially the bread that came with the salad!!! It was fresh and amazing! They do change their menu, so what you may have ordered a month ago may not still be on the menu. But dont worry, it will come back! My husband loves the Tuesday bagel deal and their bagels are definitely worth it!

Came to pick up a dessert. My husband was told by the cashier and the manager that they were sold out of the pecan braid but it was clearly a tray full behind the counter. They would not sell him one because they said it was for the Next Day. I find it interesting that they claim their food is fresh but are selling day old pastries. The young lady and the manager was rude! This location is Always having issues or running out of items and the service is Not Great!!! Horrible experience!!! AND A WASTE OF TIME!! Do Not spend your money here.

Great place for coffee and a baked good which is fresh baked,everyday as are there bagels. Nice selection of meals and soups. And the staff is so friendly and have a smile when they see you. The dining area has plenty of outlets for those who work through lunch on their devices, like me.

Their food is good, love their bread and bagels. The sandwiches are good, they can differ from each visit for some reason, but all in all good food. My husband loves their salads. Sadly, never enough dressing for the salad, even when asking for extra. The little dressing holders are so small and they only fill them about 1/3 instead of filling them. *update* still about the same.

I absolutely love it here. Some of my favorites are the cranberry orange muffins and Fuji apple salad which I make several adjustments to due to allergies and they are always patient and kind. I also love the charged strawberry lemon mint lemonade. I know some people are over reacting to the caffeine but it does tell you the amount of caffeine, sugar and it says CHARGED. Im happy to have a coffee alternative since coffee doesnt sit well with me. I really hope they keep it just as it is, we should be responsible for what we drink.

This was a really awkward and chaotic Panera to eat at. Also very time consuming. The cashier seemed new and probably should have shadowed under someone a bit longer for training. She didnt know what the options were for kids meals sides and wanted me to ask the food servers once the meal was made. She told me she thinks the total was about $18.77, while I was looking at the screen and it said total $20 something. She had to ask for help on how to ring up my gift card and so I decided to ask the second girl what the total was because of how she was guessing my price to pay, and it was in fact over $20 like the screen said, not what the cashier was guessing...it probably took well over 5 minutes to order and pay while people were standing behind me in line to order. The whole place looked like it was under construction and spotted some pretty big hazards. Im not sure how the place was actually open for business. Paint spots were everywhere like something was in the process and the whole bench seat was lifted up, [I took pictures but google doesnt allow me to post but they are on yelp;] tile was showing where carpet used to be and the baseboards were peeled back. Not only did it look ghetto but Im pretty sure these are some sort of health/safety standards. The original cashier was nice enough to clean our table and pick up the plates after which I dont really count as extra or great service but really the whole process and experience could have been A LOT better. And nice doesnt pay my bills but efficiency and great service is why I go out to eat. Also over $20 JUST for a you pick 2 - brocolli cheddar soup & mac & cheese plus a kids mac and cheese is crazy. No drinks or any extras just a kids mac (which appears to be the same size as adult mac) plus the 2nd mac n cheese and the soup and thats over $20. Thats pretty crazy, Panera.

Easy order from mobile and pick up. Sandwich and sides were all fine, with the regular Panera taste. Nothing more, nothing less. They were having some sort of fire test so a big firetruck blocked our cars way, and this big-mustachioed fireman was driving it. Definitely a five star experience.

I turn around and the employees are too busy chatting about living with their parents….Turns out my big order was stolen. I was informed at 7:40pm. “staff” had no urgency to fix the issue. I will not be visiting in the evening or placing an online order nor will I visit the drive thru.

I ordered what I thought would be a steak sandwich in a sense. crescent sub roll steak and white cheese but it seem like the meat was not steak whatever meat they used was definitely not enough inside the bread, my first time here I was kind of disappointed. I dont know about you, but when I see a name like Panera BREAD, I expect a bakery styled establishment with bread as the mainstay. Not the case at Panera Bread. The mainstay there are sandwiches, soups, salads and sweets. If you look at other reviews, people seem to go there for the meals, and not much for the BREADS. Ive been there 3 times; the 1st time to pick up some ciabatta rolls. no can do. The 2nd time I wanted to buy some nice burger buns. Not available, but brioche rolls worked out. 2 days ago I wanted to do gourmet chili dogs with premium sausages and all the fixings. Nope, no hot dog type rolls available. The associate suggested a French baguette. Reluctantly I agreed. I got home and the baguette was stale. The crust was rock hard and the interior was also way too firm for fresh. My chili dogs were difficult to eat to say the least. Panera should, in my humble opinion, change their name or do a little better with their bread selection.

Weve ordered several times from this location and 80% of the time its been a bad experience. Food is fine, but they are consistently late or just completely forget our online order.Last instance was specifically irritating. Showed up 10 minutes before the expected time to be ready, I figured I would just let them know I was there. The food preparers acknowledged my order and I waited. While I waited, I overheard them joking among themselves about being slow, and how bad they were. I watched several people order up front and receive their orders. After a few minutes passed from my expected pickup I asked again the status of my order. They said they would look into it. I waited a few more minutes with nothing. I overheard an employee asking about my order and complaining there were 2 big orders. My order was not that large, 2 salads and 6 sandwiches. I was then approached by someone apologizing and told me my order would take another 15 minutes. At that point my order would have been roughly 30 minutes passed its expected time. It wasnt that busy I thought, but I believe they didnt start our order till the last minute. I do not plan to return.

Went to this place yesterday to get two soup and a Mac n cheese grilled cheese combos for $22.00. The grilled mac n cheese was cold and so was the soup. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t waste a huge amount of money when there are better options out there. I went to Farmer Boy’s got a two soups and grilled cheese and it was 100% better $15.00. Today I had the worst experience. I ordered rapid pick up. Time for pick up was 10:22. I arrived at 10:30. At 10:50 I politely asked if my order was still in process. Hemet Panera Bread is not well run. Disorganized. Food portions are tiny - not like the pics on their adverts and menu. Salad was not worth what was charged. Soup bowl was only 1/2 full. Had to argue with the food server at the counter to put more soup in the bowl. And then only a tiny addition was added with the server complaining every step of the way. Worse Panera Bread I have ever eaten in. Save your money. Dont eat here. Definitely go somewhere else.

From the moment I walked in with my disabled father, I received less than poor customer service from the behind the counter order taker. Not one employee smiled and all behaved as if I was a bother. Just asking for a soda refills came with eye rolls. I am giving 2 stars because as I was assisting my disabled father to the car, the lady manager greeted use with a very enthusiastic smile told us how welcome we were and even helped me clear the way for my father. To bad her employees didnt have 1 tenth of her customer service prowess.

The food is pretty decent but the place has the worst customer service . They take forever to take your order and today was the last i try it. Stood there waiting for someone to take my order and after like 5 minutes I had to leave. I was the only customer in there st the time versus 6 employees just looking at me and no service. It’s not the first time and it’s not due to the pandemic either as this was common before . A few weeks back, the manger came out after noticing me waiting and waiting and just gave me my order for free as she rightfully sees the incompetence of her staff . This place is really stupid. I went through the drive thru, and asked for two bagels toasted and a breakfast sandwich. We waited about 15 minutes there in front of the door waiting on our food. The bagels weren’t toasted, they were cold and hard. And sliced very bad. My son almost broke his tooth biting into the thing. And the sandwich was not edible with the egg yolk and dripping out of it. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your money. Would give no stars at all.

But I could have delt with that. they are just not that friendly for the price I guess I just expect a little more friendly staff. And they have a tip bowl but Im not sure why they dont bring it to your table and if you ask for something they say its over there. Now when I go to work I help people I dont get a tip for just doing my job. Why should they. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there are issues that need serious attention. The menu board requires binoculars to see. So much is stuffed in such small space, it is hard to read, specially at night. The bread for sandwich was so hard, it was like tree bark. For my coffee, I requested steamed cream on the side but seems like they arent familiar with the concept. I expected them to compete with Starbucks, but I was wrong. Overall, real nice staff. They did their best.

Went to Panera and was fortunate to have Luis as our drive thru attendant. He was attentive, personable and intent on serving us efficiently, timely and made sure order was correct. It is my Birthday today so I asked for my birthday treat, he asked what would I like, I replied surprise me. He came back with an awesome pastry I hadnt tried. He first asked if I was allergic to anything which I thought was very considerate. It was delicious. He was one of the best drive thru attendant Ive ever had. Kudos Luis.

Who knew “iced coffee with two thirds milk one third coffee” could be anywhere from nearly black with a splash of milk to practically a whole cup of milk. Good food, good seating, clean, good light, fast service, polite staff. As with all Panera Breads, it can get crowded at times. There is a drive through, however. Careful in the parking lot-shared by other stores nearby-my rear tail light actually got scuffed! The new lens has a deep scratch in it now! That is not the fault of Panera, but excercise caution and be courteous. Enjoy good eats!

Food is usually good but the customer service sucks! When I ate in mostly all the tables were dirty. A manager finally came out and bussed them while the employees were chatting in the corner. My husbands latte was undrinkable and when we asked for something else they told us to get our own from the coffee station. Our chipotle chicken sandwiches had so much cilantro that I could barely taste anything else. Finally, I went again through the drive through and the girl who took my order was very rude and when I got my food my pastries were just thrown on top of my food. Even the donut shop gives you a bag. The manager Rachelle was very unapologetic and just offered to comp my pastry. The service in Menifee is much better.

Stopped in this location for Breakfast 7/25/20. Because of COVID 19 we ordered inside but had to eat outside. The outdoor seating really needs attention. There is trash and tables we’re not clean. There was only one umbrella for shade and it was located in a place that made it unusable. I’m sure this Panera would have more business if it took the time to revamp their outdoor area.

This location is always on top of their game. The specialty coffee/espresso is even approved by my friend from New Zealand - the craziest coffee connoisseurs in the world. Bread is fresh and so delicious. Soups are hot, sandwiches are hearty. Staff is friendly. Ordering is easy. Its usually busy around lunch and the tables arent the cleanest during that time... only because people are lazy and dont buss their own tables. Thats the only downside Ive ever experienced.

I am in love with the broccoli and cheddar soup bowl. It is absolutely amazing and it only cost $6. It comes with a baget and I cut it up in small pieces and mixed it in the bowl, and it soaked up the juices from the soup just right, and it tastes delicious!! It was nice to finally eat out after COVID. Too bad it was not what I expected. I asked for a cesar salas and they were out of cesar dressing, I asked for soup and they were out of baguettes, soup was waterdown so I asked for hot sauce and they were out of hot sauce, they served my friend her soup in a bowl and mine was in a caintainer. They said they ran out of bowls. As we ate we heard them drop dishes in the back on 3 different occassions. Before leaving I took a soup to go for my husband and it took a long time to pour premade soup to go. I really hope this place gets it together and ensure they are properly stocked for a pleasant experience next time. I hope they get a dishwasher to have clean dishes ready for the next customer.

I love that they have unsweet flavored teas but dont really care for the food. I had an asiago bagel with chive cream cheese and its fat free or low fat, dont remember, but the flavor is just yucky to me. Why have fancy cream cheese if it has bland taste? About every other week we go through the drive thru and get breakfast. Our favorite person at the window is Jonathan. He is always happy, friendly and just makes the day start off a little happier! I have the egg and cheese sandwich and my husband has the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. These sandwiches are incredible! The bread is hot and fresh. The cheese is melted and is just wonderful! Today my husband and I went through the drive-thru at Panera bread and we ordered the the squash soup and the Mediterranean sandwich, as we pulled off we noticed that we did not receive utensils, so I immediately went back into the cafe and kindly asked for a spoon, then a rude worker behind the counter said that they did not have anymore and there was nothing that he could do about it, after going back in forth with the guy about not having spoons to eat my soup, finally another worker had intervened and said that they actually had spoons and she went in the back to get one for me. I was extremely upset and disappointed that I had already not been greeted by the workers but to have somebody have an attitude with a continuous paying customer makes me not want to come back to any of the establishments. Furthermore, the Mediterranean sandwich is usually fresh and delicious but this time the lettuce was wilted and was missing the oil, the sandwich was dry and messy. I could not eat the so called sandwich, I was so disgusted and repulsed that I threw it away in the trash. As much as I wanted to go back and complain to the manager and to get my money back I could not because I am a mother of three and I had many errands to run. The atrocity of character in this establishment reflects so poorly on the Panera Bread name as a whole and desecrates the years of happy experiences my family and I have enjoyed up to this point with Panera Bread.

This is a review for all paneras in the 951 area,I literally go every morning.i love the food and coffee,however my only complaints are aside from orders being wrong 1 in 10 times roughly theyre out of bread quite a bit and my main complaint is the espresso machine is always down and thats the main reason I go..its not so much that its broken I understand things happen but with this covid thing its drive thru and by the time you get to the speaker youre usually boxed in because theres no sign before you get in line saying out of this or machine down..its realistically a coin flip and frankly Everytime pushes me farther away from wanting to return..Im sure Im not the only that feels this way,just a simple sign in front or before you enter the drive thru would be great and save people from getting trapped in and irritated..these things aside I love Panera but please spare people time with a sign,thanks..

Went threw the drive threw was the only person In line ... Long story short got home and my order wasmt even right ...I guess it is my fault I didnt check but come on I was the only dam person in line and the in store was closed I dont see how u could lead up ....is it really that difficult .... Basically now that Im home I wasted 10$ on a meal that wasnt even right and couldnt eat because it had blue cheese on it .... Get it together Panera bread its nit that hard

Had to down grade on the soup due to not liking mushrooms and ended up with chicken noodles with little chiken noodles more brooth and no difference on the refund
