A very nice and clean location. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have self checkout stations right at the entrance or you can order at the counter. Everything was arranged and organized nice and tidy. Our food arrived fast. The Mac and cheese was delicious so was the tuna sandwich. I ordered and paid for extra avocado on my sandwich and I wish they were a little more generous with the avocado.

It’s exactly what you expect of Panera: great food, great service, nice atmosphere. We have visited them tons of times for just bread and also for food. This time we visited for breakfast; they have lots of breakfast options. We were all satisfied with our food; very tasty. The staff are also nice and helpful. Decent prices on their items.We just wish the food was made a bit better. We got moderate food poisoning after eating here this past weekend. Hope the cleanliness improves!!

I usually love Panera and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, but this time, they only put 2 teaspoons full of the actual chicken/Waldorf salad on the sandwich. They made up for it by adding a LOT of tomato slices, but I hardly had any meat. I was quite disappointed. I had done a pickup order via their app and had left before I ate it, otherwise, Id have asked it to be remade.Also, the last two times Ive been inside, its been very warm inside. Uncomfortably warm, even on very mild weather days. And both visits were about 2 months apart. It literally felt about 86F inside.I rarely leave poor reviews, but I just want to be honest. Ill update this if or when I decide to return.

BEWARE!! This place UP SELLS!Only after I got home did I realize that a bagel has an extra charge ( THAT IS OFFERED to you ) for cream cheese $1.89 - I mean come on. Trickery at its finest. Yes I should have known at time of sale but when it’s offered to you like it is INCLUDED one can overlook it- and it’s sad for all the seniors that patronize this place

Tried the new Thai soup its good will try again. Always a win with the Chicken Noodle and 10 Vegetable soup. Like buying the pick 2. Drinks are refreshing and low calorie. My children like the smoothies. Great customer service! Clean inside and outside.

This is a wonderful location. Great views go alongside the delightful staff. Everyone here always tries their to make sure you’re happy. I’m especially happy with Jonathan at this location. He’s an example of Distinguished Gentleman. On everyone of my visits, he always shares positivity and has the elegance that only excellent manners can bring you. Very reasonable prices, I tried salad and flat bread it was good, drinks are awesome, the place looks small from outside but it is spacious and nice from inside, there are no outdoors seating but the diner indoors is very large, the staff are friendly and nice and very professional and polite, the location of the place is very convenient if you are in Rancho mirage, they have a variety and a collection of food that you can try and definitely it is one of the best Panera bread locations or t there in Palm Springs

Greeted at the counter by manager, she did all the right things.I removed stars simply because 1 Panera used to put butter on bagels when toasted now they dont, and 2nd, this morning I ordered one double toasted with butter, the guy working the kitchen area put it in for the second toasting, pulled it put and put on counter, then proceeded to help a girl who came up to the counter leaving my bagel on the counter. Now you may know common sense, when you butter things the warmer it is the better the butter melts and creates a better taste.SO, how about next time either finish my order before helping a random person looking for her other possibly at wrong locatio. OR tell me youll make a fresh one since you left mine to get COLD.I WONT RETURN !Customer service is crucial in these times and today they failed!

Our experience with Panera lately gets worse and worse. The service at this location was awful. Very very slow, items missing from the order - customers waiting in every corner of the restaurant for their meal.Counters were piled with garbage and trays waiting to be collected. The area for food pickup/delivery has to be the most unorganized system I have seen anywhere.Also, who I assume was the manager trying her best, there are too many different people touching your food - she wore no gloves when attempting to help the cooks complete orders to catch up.Very disappointing in the downfall of Paneras service and food quality. Will not return.

Very bad experience! A morning stop at Panera is something I always look forward to. Was cheerfully greeted by counter employee. Ordered a soufflé but noticed all of them were burnt on top. I thought I’d try it anyways ( I was very hungry). After discovering the black burnt top part filtered thru the entire soufflé I asked for something else. Was told a new batch will be out in 5 minutes. No problem, I can wait. I told the employee where I was sitting so she could bring it to me. After 15 min I checked and was told by another employee it would be another 5 min. I waited 35 min and chkd again to find they had just brought them out and I wasn’t informed!!!🤬 I asked to speak to the manager, told her my experience and she basically had no comment, no apology, no explanation, nothing. My husband usually gets $400 worth of gift cards each year. Not anymore! I don’t recommend this Panera.

The store was clean and well staffed. When I used the kiosk to place my order in lieu of waiting in line for an employee to take my order, two of the three kiosk were not functioning. The kiosk was easy enough to use after about a 3 to 5 minute wait before i could us it. When my order was placed my customs instructions for a coffee drink did not make sense to the staff. An employee came out and asked me exactly what I wanted to make sure it was correct. While the technology has its hangups the staffs attention to detail and focus on customer service make up for it.

I went to Panera Bread last week for a business meeting. I was at first leary about the decision to meet there, but it turned out to be a good decision, facilitating a very productive meeting. The manager, Shannon, was absolutely wonderful! We ordered delivery from this Panera and our coffee was missing when it arrived. We called about the missing item and without question, she personally delivered us our coffee and even gave us some cookies to go with it. I can not say thank you enough!!! I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant. I am a vegan and loved their autumn squash soup. This year, they decided to put cream in the recipe. My family and I are regular customers at the La Quinta store. We noticed a big difference with the service at the Palm Desert location. The counter server that took my order could have repeated back my order so that we could have made sure that I got the right food for my family. I was given items that I did not request and was not offered butter. Thanks to JOSE, he made sure to make it right without a hesitation. JOSE you saved the day! My wife and I wanted a Buick lunch to we decided on Panera, one of our favorite guick meal places. We both ordered pic twos, soup and salad. The line to order was long and I noticed 5 ordering stations with no one in them. I walked up to the terminal and we ordered immediately on line. We were finishing lunch just as the gentleman in line in front of us got his food. It was so much quicker to order it yourself from the terminal. I think this is the way of the future.

I had the mac and cheese which I didnt think could any better until I took some avacdo off my husbands sandwich since hes not a big avacdo fan and I had it with some of the mac the lady reccommed it and I couldnt agree more if you like avacdo you gotta try that! I also had a tuna sandwich which was yummy and was very well loaded with veggies not stingy at all. Husband loves the turkey chili and said his chicken chipotle avacdo melt was very good!

This place is a pig sty! We have a wonderful, tasty, clean Panera Bread in Redlands, but went to this one before the McCallum Theater. We took relatives from Australia and had been bragging about Panera! One guest got his food at least 45 min before anyone else. One dish that was brought was the wrong order. This was our second time here and we had forgotten how bad this place was. It was filthy. The only saving grace here was the manager Judy who kept apologizing and tried to make things right. However, even Judy seemed to be oblivious to the fact that everyone should be served at the same time. Suggestion: Someone needs to call the health department and they should shut this place down. Just want you to know that in my life, I have never ever written a critique like this EVER! So sorry to have to do write something so negative but it is the truth. Bridgehampton NY location is olny good for a tea or breakfast. Palm Desert location is a joke. Spend you money elsewhere and give the difference to first homeless or drug/alcohol person you see. I like coming here, but the wifi is unusable - pages load slower than on dialup, and many pages will not load at all. This is at multuple times of day, even towards closing when no one is in there. It isnt just some of the time, its every time Ive gone there to use my laptop. No one there is able to help or do anything to improve it.
