This place didnt have several things on their menu. We usually go to a different Panera but since we were in the area decided to try this place. It was still early, 7:40pm. They only had two soups. Ran out of bread, really Panera. We chose an alternate from the menu...sorry we dont have that tonight either. Horrible experience for my wife who usually picks things here that work for her since she doesnt eat meat. We were very limited and she didnt really get to eat. Only had chips, no apple or bread.

Food is amazing. Customer service is top tier. I dont to this location often (drive thru) staff is amazing always happy always laughing always interacting with each other as well as the customers. Its like a small loving family. I love it here.

First time at Panera Bread. Came in during breakfast hours. Ordered a sandwich and the delicious Green Passion smoothie, which I enjoyed very much. Sandwiches were good and fairly healthy. Good bread. Service received this morning was lovely as the teammeber greeted me out the door by name. Shows attentiveness. Gotta go try lunch soon!

I absolutely dislike this Panera. EVERY TIME I have gone to this Panera, they have either gotten my order wrong, or they are out of an item. This time, they forgot the bacon, and tomatoes on my sandwich. They also did not give me chips with my order. I drove back, and told them they forgot the bacon & tomatoes. They added the bacon, but told me they no longer have tomatoes nor chips. Somehow they forgot to mention it when I ordered that they do not have the ingredients in stock. I also think the bread is not the sourdough. The sandwich did not taste the same. It is truly frustrating that there is always a problem EVERY TIME I have gone to this Panera. Uggh!

The first Panera I’ve been into and I do t regret it. This one of the best Paneras I’ve been into and it’s always a pleasure to dine there. The staff are always friendly and food and drinks are excellent. Great energy and atmosphere I want to be included in.

I walked into this location to place an order for a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and a strawberry poppy seed salad, I waited for five minutes for someone to take my order, I had to approach the manager to ask for service. Once I received my order there were no strawberries on the salad.

Gave me baby tomatoes that are mainly used for salads in a BLT. If you don’t have some ingredients be sure to let people know beforehand. Soups were extremely cold. Had to wait 30 minutes for a meal that isn’t complete.

Delicious food that can be customized to meet your needs. Great coffee and other beverages are free if you are a sip club member. Usually clean inside, but sometimes not enough staff to clean tables more frequently. Also there are lots of rewards for sip club members.

Went through the drive-thru and they got our order almost completely wrong even though the person repeated our order back to us.We ordered a pepperoni mozzarella sandwich and got a flatbread pizza instead also ordered a turkey BLT and green goddess salad and we didnt get the salad. Unfortunately we couldnt go back because we were on our way to work. The flatbread that we didnt order was cold too. All around a bad experience.

Healthy food that my kid loves. Double win! And their monthly sip-club ($11.99) is a great deal👍 All of their drinks are fantastic. All of them... Their bear claw is amazing. Were fans of the grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup lately. The green goddess salad is another favorite... pretty much everything here is good. The cookies, bagels, bread, sandwiches, salads... So I have never been to a Panera Bread before, so I didnt really start out with any expectations. My sister had gotten a $100 Panera gift card so placed an order for Sept. 24 at 4:00 PM for pick up. So its 3:53 and we go inside they have a window that says if theyre currently working on the order but it was blank. It wasnt until a staff member asked us if we were waiting for an order cause they have no current orders. So turns out, that the time you choose is not the pick up time, but the time you tell them to start making your order. They should mention that cause we had to wait 30 minutes. The food however was delicious, the order was all correct, and I really liked it. Just keep in mind that the time you choose when doing online, is the time they start to make it.

Out of every Panera location ive tried in the inland empire, this one was subpar. i ordered a tuna salad sandwich and they hardly put any tuna salad on it. they overcompensated with lettuce. i felt like i was eating a lettuce sandwich 🤦🏼‍♀️ it was very unsatisfying. i wish i would’ve checked my sandwich before leaving because i would’ve sent it back or asked for a refund. I’m never going back to this location again. something else that was disappointing was that they were sold out of every single pastry item

This rating isn’t really related to the food, it is great. This has to do with the service, the experience of me visiting Panera Bread’s is almost always ruined by the long wait times. It is common to wait 5minutes per car but this morning at this location I was shocked at how slow they were, it took nearly 10minutes per car. I got there at 7:20am with two cars ahead of me, I didn’t get my food u til 7:50! This is unacceptable, I ordered two sandwiches and from what I saw the car in front of me ordered 3 drinks… I know this wasn’t a staffing issue because there was 7 employees from what I could see. I am used to waiting a bit longer at Panera, this is normal but this was not acceptable. I love the food but this experience has completely turned me off and probably won’t be coming back to any Panera.

You call can see the 1.5 rating this Panera has on Yelp. Believe it and go somewhere else. They dont even deserve that and likely their 5 star ratings were put in by their employees. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER do any sort of catering order from them. They will screw it up and then try to blame you. We just had a large catering order for our school. We put everything in well ahead of time and it never arrived. When we called, we got one excuse after another and then they finally tried to say that we cancelled the order the night before. But they could not produce anything that proved that. If they had just said that they were sorry and then worked quickly to fill and deliver the order it might still have been okay. But they decided that it was far more important to CYA the entire time and then finally tried to lie about it.If you want to ruin your event and have everyone at your business/school/organization mad at you then by all means go with this Panera. That is what they excel at as they are terrible at everything else.

Not the best location.The drive thru will often be blocked by a cone. If you then get out of your car, the door may be locked. Usually there is a sign that says they are understaffed and so they cant take any more customers at that time.My orders are usually wrong.If the Drive thru is open, the wait is ridiculous.

The worst Panera, I have order bagels from other stores many times and they are usually fresh but not here.I order a dozen bagels, I tough they were going to be fresh because they took forever to be pack and they were hard and chewy.I called and the manager Ryan told me that dough usually gets a bit chewy and harder because of the oils.Don’t waist your money in a low quantity food.

I placed an order for my co-workers and myself today 2/7/2022 and normally, I place my orders through the drive thru, and at times its a bit of a wait but, Im sure its due to the staff shortage and its understandable. Today, due to the parking lot being repainted I had to placed my order inside; I appreciate the presentation of the store cleanliness, the cashier, Haileigh was very friendly and exhibit Great Customer service and the ladies that were preparing my order was just as friendly and efficient and ensured that my order was complete. On Nov 21, 2021 around 12:30pm. I ordered chicken noodle soup and a salad. When I got home. I noticed the that I had 97% broth and barley noodles and chicken and over priced. I drove back and complain to the workers. And salad was small for the price I paid as well. I will never ever go there again. I tasted better chicken noodles in a can..

Sometimes they ask for your reward sometimes they dont, sometimes they ask what you want as your side sometimes they dont, sometimes they take 3rd graders expired coupon sometimes they dont. The manager is rude too. He definitely needs some additional customer service training. Wont be going there again.

The soups and sandwiches I’ve ordered have been very tasty. I really like this establishment. They do have days they “run out” of a lot of items. Maybe due to a lot of business and not ordering inventory correctly. Not sure but I’ll continue to go. Especially since they open so early. Helps with my work schedule. 😁

I enjoy the salads here. If you dine in, you get a bigger portion in a bowl, as opposed to the serving size in the take out container. I ate half my salad there, and got a take out container for the rest, and the remainder filled up the container. Ive also tried the pick 2, with grilled cheese and tomatoe soup. I wasnt a fan of the tomato soup, because it tasted like spaghettios.

I would like to preface this by saying that I understand the challenges of opening a new establishment, I understand it has to be even more challenging in an environment where people are benefitting more from not working at this time. That being said, the good; its a clean, well kept establishment, its new, it should be. The food is good and the people are generally pleasant. The bad; wait times. Like a lot of people, I have a very busy schedule and thus, my time for lunch, waiting in a drive thru is limited and I place a premium on it. Two weeks ago, I ordered a dozen and a half bagels, schmear and 8 fruit cups for a weekly meeting. I live in San Jacinto and work in Colton, I figured if I ordered them when I first got on the freeway, the order should be ready when I arrived, completely wrong assumption. When I arrived, they had just finished slicing the bagels and had not begun the fruit cups. Today, I ordered my lunch on the app, nothing complicated, BBQ chicken salad and a bowl of vegetable soup. When I arrived at the time the app told me it would be ready, it would seem the whole waiting room had the same realization that I had, my order wasnt ready. After about 10 minutes of waiting and observing 2 separate parties asking to speak with the manager, we were all finally told that the wait was not about 30 minutes. Realizing it would take me longer to negotiate a refund and go elsewhere, I stuck it out and got my order, which was correct, and very good by the way. Manager, Im not sure how long youve been in the game, but this is your problem to own. Please dont hide in the back office and let your people take the hit from angry customers. Step up and lead your team from the front. Eventually, I will be back, and I may upgrade my review. For now, I think Ill continue to order from the San Bernardino site, and give you space and time to straighten it out. Ill see you in about 6-9 months.

Great service clean place, but the personnel service is the BEST. Every time I been there, for some reason they are always smiling, can they be putting something special on my brownies..lol all jokes aside it’s a great place to eat. They have good food, but the best part it’s the coffee, I would recommend that if you’re always on the go and drink coffee they have a monthly $9.00 coffee membership. TRY IT!

Sometimes they close indoor dining or backed up due to short staffed. Check your utensils and napkins they often forget. If you get food by closing time check it. I got a soup that was a little off and i couldnt call bk they were closed. Also the staff said they closed at 8pm i was there on a thursday n friday. The door says they close at 10pm and maps says they close at 9pm. Just call to check hours.

The place runs out of public service and they do not maintain adequate cleaning under the drinks machine, they have accumulated garbage and dirty floors. I imagine how the kitchen is with the cleaning and the presentation of the dishes, nothing to see 😝
