2023-02-10 05:10:04First ever Panera order, service was nice, but no pride in food preparation, very dry and for $13.00 not good. Update tried them again, 32 minutes in drive through, did not start order till I got to window, looked inside saw lots of employees, no napkins in bag, nonchalant air about them. Sandwich very dry and not much on it, when the american cheese over powers the buffalo flavor, hmm, thought it was a cheese sandwich with a smidge of chicken. Not worth it.

2023-09-27 02:14:59The service was very poor! I ordered 12 bagels for Tuesday and selected the flavors I wanted. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was informed that the flavors I wanted were already sold out (even though the email said I could pick up my order, but at the store, they told me to choose from the leftovers). Never happened in other location. In the end, I could only choose 6 sesame-flavored bagels and 6 plant bagels!!!! This store is so bad! frustrated

2022-09-15 22:39:31Ok ok look Im gonna be truthful with you guys Ive never eaten any other type of chili but beef.. Now thats no longer.. Ive found the answer to my chili prayers Paneras Turkey Chili.. Um Um Um good. It has chic peas that Ive never liked an they complement this chili so well Im sorry about my bowl almost being empty but it was so good I forgot to review it.. I like it with Ritz Crackers wow.. Trust me of you like chili you will thank me later.. Complete 10/10 Thank You To the store Manager Mrs Brenda for showing me the light...

2023-09-02 19:31:28I usually go to the Panera bread in Fullerton but decided to give a shot to one in Brea. I walked in and there were two people behind the counter and third person on the right side prepping food. Even though I was standing right by the register, they completely ignored me even after they made eye contact. Maybe after a min of waiting, someone from the back came and took my order. The element of costumer service was definitely lacking. I know, they don’t get paid enough In such positions but that doesn’t translate to them ignoring regular costumers

2023-10-26 02:14:11Its not so bad that I waited 35mins before they discovered they had lost my order but it was there dismissive attitude from store manager & and lacked of desire to help expedite the righting of the situation. In the end I ate cold soup and a sandwich I would give 1.5 out of 5 stars.🌟

2023-10-31 17:22:06Dropping by during breakfast time, the English as a second language crew or those barely speak the language, behind the kitchen counter was sloppy, low energy and entitled; topping it off, ignoring most of the instructions, whether condiment or preparation request. Guess it is little to do with their language, or lack thereof, merely bad attitude!

2023-01-21 19:22:53NEVER USE DRIVE THRU. We have been stuck for 35 minutes in the drive thru and still a car behind. People are yelling thru that window and they do not answer. I am even calling inside the Panera bread and no answer. We are just stuck. So as I sit and wait….figured I can write a review… 🤷🏻♀️🫤

2022-12-07 17:53:0318 months of wrong orders. Why do I keep coming here? I think it’s like a train wreck that I can’t look away from and I’m addicted to seeing just how they’ll mess up the order. We have a game at home where we predict what will go wrong, and someone can always bid “$1, bob” when we think something new will occur that we’ve never seen…todays problem was they sold me a charger lemonade but didn’t bother to make any…after I pointed it out, the excuse was “our delivery truck is blocking the way for us to get it made this morning.” that didn’t stop them from charging me $5.29 for it tho and offering nothing to correct it.OLD REVIEWAfter a full year of coming in, my final review is in.Don’t come here. Stats wise, myOrder is wrong 90% of the time. Something is usually missing. Every time I point it out, the employee du jour isn’t happy to correct it. Usually says nothing, definitely never an apology. On weekends, they’re usually so far behind on orders that it will take over 30m to get the food. So yeah, avoid this place like Covid.
