👍I went to Panera Bread for breakfast today and had a mixed experience. The food was good, but the service was not. The staff seemed to be new and didnt know their own menu very well. They made more than one mistake with my order, and it took a long time to get my food.

I havent always had the most pleasant experience at this location but that was in the past. Ive noticed a recent change for the better and I hope it continues.Alexa, Celine and Andre...you guys always make a point to make sure that my order is accurate. Decent food with terrible coffee. My standards aren’t high for coffee, but this is especially bad. I’ve come here several times and every cappuccino or latte I’ve tried appears to be drip coffee with milk dumped into it - no foam and it didn’t taste fresh. It’s a shame because other Panera locations I’ve tried had terrific coffee.

Wanted something quick for dinner so thought of trying Panera Bread we order their new Signature Chicken Sandwich & Tuna Sandwich both came with a packet of Kettle cooked Potato chips.Chicken sandwich - Seared & seasoned chicken breast with Parmesan crisp emerald green garlic aioli on brioche bun.We liked the sandwich I thought the bread was very soft.Tuna Salad sandwich- special tuna salad recipe emerald green vine ripped tomatoes red onion salt & pepper on focaccia bread.It was good portion size only thing is we thought it was little bit tart for our taste.Overall we liked for quick dinner option will try again since they have many options to choose from.

Whats going on at this Panera location? We came for a possible brunch. They had no soup, no bagels, ... Decided to have a few drinks only and went to have lunch somewhere else. Also, this was unlike the one at Mountain View, with relatively small space and not so cozy... I think I will go to Le Boulanger on Castro street...

3 weeks in a row I have order the chipotle avocado sandwich and every single time they been out of the asiago bread cheese, cmon Panera if the sandwich is this popular make extra bread.

An amazing brunch place! The ambience is amazing and the food was the best! Definitely try out the soup. Cheddar broccoli was amazing! Definitely recommend the bowls too. Overall a great experience!

Food is usually good. My rapid pickup is always at the counter and not on the shelf so I end up waiting in line anyway.

Okay. Ive been going to this place on Arques the last few months. Never had a problem with my order. Usually we dine in. Ive ordered two take out lunches first one had an absolutely no problems with it. Todays takeout order was a bit different. First I started to order online but then I was on a work computer so I didnt want to put my credit card information on there so I decided to just order at the store. I didnt notice that the online order was $2 more expensive then ordering in the store. So I order the take two with a pepperoni and mozzarella melt and a cheddar broccoli soup. They called my name handed me my bag and I left to go back to work. I get back to work and open my sandwich just to find out its a ham sandwich. It was a good sandwich, but not what I wanted. This is the first incident Ive had with this place all in all a very solid place to eat lunch.
