Panera Bread in Fullerton

First time here and it’s definitely my favorite one! I was looking for a new place to study and I’m glad I gave this location a chance. It’s very spacious! I found a room in the back and I was there for almost 2.5 hours. I thought that when I ordered thru the app and entered in my table number, they would bring the food to my table. Instead, I had to go up and get my food. But it’s okay there wasn’t a lot of ppl when I was there so I wasn’t worried someone would steal my laptop and personal belongings. It got busier around noon and others joined in the same study area, but the 2 other ladies were really nice. I’ll definitely be back here very soon!

I am a member of Panera Sip Club and love unlimited drinks! My favorite drink is their Charged Lemonade, Fuji Apple Cranberry w/ guarana & caffeine...I grab it often using rapid pick-up and its got a kick to it! Its plant based and 259mg of caffeine!! There are plenty of overpriced menu options, but all very delicious and fresh. I recently decided to order lunch direct thru the app and had no issues doing so. I got the delivery and it ended up being doordash. They delivered in my preferred time range. Happy with the Value Duet of half sandwich and cup soup. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and Wild Chicken soup. Recommend both! Perfect amount for lunch, not overdoing it. They have good cookies, try the Kitchen Sink cookie!

Its mostly self service. The silverware is beat up but clean. Food is the same as every other Panera. Lunch time only had a few other people dining in so its a decently quiet spot.

The food was good. I got the BBQ Chicken MAC and Cheese and a half Tuscan Chicken sandwich. The service was slow. I got a number and sat at a table for over ten minutes. It was not crowded but other people were slowly getting their food served at the corresponding number. Come to find out my food was sitting on the counter to be picked up. I also think the staff should have been wiping down tables after people ate.

The chain restaurant is about what I expect. I do think the prices are getting more expensive that it doesnt justify going out here to just to get a sandwich anymore.Everything is fine but given how slow the food came out, I am unsure how other time it would be different.But the guys at the counter was extremely friendly.

This review is overdue. The service I get in drive through is always great at this location. I go to this location like 5 times a week. The warm bowl I always get is delicious, the cheddar mac, the Papaya iced tea, the you pick two with the modern. Thanks to the guys at this location for making it happen.

Dining floor was very dirty at 11:45 am this past Friday. Women’s restroom was very dirty, floors very sticky, sink is old and dirty. It makes you wonder about their kitchen being dirty. Usually Panera is a clean restaurant but not this one. Very disappointed.

Finn was great. He answered all questions throughly and did it all with a smile. He made sure we knew what we were ordering and that we got all the condiments needed.

Went through drive thru to get two sandwiches and two soups. Got the two soups but not the sandwiches and didn’t realize until we got home (from a very rude employee who we were told was “having a bad day” due to it being the last at this location by the way) so we called and came back to get them freshly made again. Not until we came back home a second time did we realize they got the sandwiches wrong. Something not right at this location.

Our work bought us sandwiches from Panera Bread and they tasted delicious. They were turkey sandwiches. The only thing I didnt like were the Kettle Cooked Potato chips. Maybe its just me but I didnt like them one bit. The chocolate chip cookie was really good.
