The current manager is completely prejudice and rude, I am a member of the sip club so I regularly go there on my bike from my house to do study work and just order the free drinks. When I ask to use the bathroom they hide the code while they enter it and let me in . I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW AFTER FIVE MINUTES THE MALE MANAGER ENTERED THE BATHROOM TO CALL A BATHROOM CHECK AND SAID BATHROOMS WERE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY WHICH I AM . NOT ONLY THAT BUT HE STOOD INSIDE THE BATHROOM TILL I WAS DONE AND AS SOON AS I OPENED THE STALL DOOR HE RAN RIGHT OUT . when I went to confront him calmly assuring him I am a customer and that I was confused why he felt the need to check the bathroom after 5 minutes of using it he said it was to make sure I wasnt doing drugs . I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed. He had no reason to assume that other than the fact I ride a bike from my house there since its just down the street . This is a serious problem and I will be following up with the CEO.

Management really needs to address this. Can’t even fill up the sauce half way for you and you have to eat dry salad. This happens every time and has never not happened to me. Also the same thing with the pastas. I always upgrade to a large and you are lucky if they fill it halfway. When it’s about $17 for the meal and drink… come on. Do better.

Excellent service, the speed with which our food was brought to us was amazing.But I wanted to be punctual in a situation, while we were there an employee was insistently calling attention and with bad behavior because the children of 2 and 3 years old were playing and yelling and even though as parents we were calling attention, this older lady and employee behaved too rude.Followed by that another adult lady, she was even more upset and said again that they were not comfortable with children. We immediately made the decision to get out of there, and the first woman was outside, she was mocking us with a sadistic face.IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT WHERE THE ENTRY OF CHILDREN IS PROHIBITED, MORE EMPATHY, INTOLERANT PEOPLE!

As busy as they get at times you’d think they’d have more than one register. I asked for a coffee mocha they said they don’t have that on menu but they have coffee and chocolate on menu I said mix it which they wouldn’t do. But food is great.

Tricky location on McHenry, a mess to get in & out, the drive-thru is often a bottleneck. Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee; the cinnamon rolls aren’t Cinnabon caliber but still ok.Their bagels are decent; they’re actually the best in Modesto especially given how terrible Posh Bagels is. Absolutely divine grilled cheese sandwich! Pretty solid French baguettes too if you don’t have time to go to Costco or MatKat at the Modesto farmers market. Good service here; theyre open early right at 6am.

I had the cheddar broccoli soup and I am sure it is the exact same cheddar broccoli soup they can be purchased at Subway. I do know that both places just make out. And it is very good at both places its the same. The atmosphere is much better than Subway and if youre going to eat here I would recommend it over Subway Im not comparing the two in a direct way. However if youre just stopping for soup to go and its one of the soups thats at both locations I would recommend going to Subway and saving money. I have not tried anything else on their menu but it all looks amazing and I would say most of it is original to them it seems like a lot of things remain fresh there.

A friend introduced this place to me with their breakfast menu and it is amazing! They are the closest thing to home cooked food with the speed of fast food. The prices are compared to fast food breakfast sandwiches if not cheaper. And way better tasting. This is now one of my favorite places to eat. They also offer an online menu / ordering / paying option. You order what you want, pay for it on your phone and go pick it up. Just walk in, and walk out. Everything is paid for and ready for you to take home. They offer more than coffee, soda, and smoothies. My daughter loves their passion papaya green tea. There are sugar, calorie, and caffeine nutritional guides on their self serve beverages and their teas have less sugar, caffeine and calories than the sodas.

This is probably one of my favorite restaurants for soup and sandwiches salads and sweets. I especially love being on squash soup when its in season The people will always very nice. And never takes long to get your order and its always fresh. True story one time I went in there after delivering mail all day to have dinner. The registers went down and so the manager just gave me my whole meal and drink on the house awesome place awesome awesome place awesome workers awesome managers. Ive never been to a Panera before and I probably wont be back. It wasnt busy but they were out of several Teas that are on the menu. Pretty disappointing to order a drink and have no one mention it needed to be set up in the dining area. I went with a couple friends to have a cold drink and chat and after waiting at least 15 minutes for someone to set up the drink I ordered, I settled for something different because I didnt want to sit there with an empty cup. The drink wasnt that great either. Definitely not worth waiting for so long. Bummer.

There are so many options here. Its almost overwhelming. We ordered the new pizza-like flat bread. I do not recommend this. It is like worse tasting pizza. Doesnt taste too good.I also ordered mac n cheese and a sandwich. The sandwich had a tasty sweet sauce, very unique.Of course, the interior was very chic and nice. When we went a few weeks ago, it wasnt open for dining. But I recommend you dine there once it does open. Because the interior design is so nice and warm.Service was a bit slower since they make it to order. But the employees were patient and friendly.

Disappointed to say the least! I have had Panera many times however it’s always been the Merced location. Well me and my daughter wanted Panera today while we were running some errands in Modesto. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad - all of the lettuce was either white or yellow literally not a single piece of green! And to top it off the f tangerines we’re old you could tell. I am just disappointed in this location they need to step it up and get some tips from the Merced store.After I placed my order the message I got said proceed to the drink area for my beverages, well there was no cups so I asked the girl who was right behind the counter next to the drinks if she can direct me to the cups and she answered with an attitude and tone like it I bothered her. No customer service at all!

Shameful. I could not cancel the coffee subscription for $8.99 per month. During the pandemic they were closed. The drive through was a very sad alternative for hot coffee. I tried for 9 months to cancel the charge. The only way out was to close my bank account. Tried the phone, tried 3 managers, tried the online account. Never to this day did anyone respond. All this while getting Chemo and thats no kidding. When they got your money theres no one to talk to that knows anything.

I love Panera, I eat there on a daily basis cause I work right next door. Unfortunately tonight was the first time I ever had to complain. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. Then there was the food, excessive lettuce and tomato and maybe a half of teaspoon of the chicken salad and my estimate is being generous. Returning to the store on Mc Henry will not be in my future.

I love the food. That said, ordering food at this location for RapidPickup is a misnomer unless its under $50. Above $50, company policy is to treat it as catering which is given a lower priority than regular orders. During peak times, you may wait 30 minutes to an hour for pickup. It doesnt matter if you order online, over the phone or in person. Youll wait for a long while if you dont plan ahead, trust me.

They asked if I would like it sliced. I said yes, and received it while. ???The food is always yummy, and prepared very well. Last trip I had the Spicy Thai Chicken Salad. Lets just say it was a challenge to try to save half. So good!! And a full portion was plenty to save for later. Staff seem friendly and courteous, just maybe not very attentive.

Good food. If you go close to closing expect the popular soups to be gone for the day.Update: go here often and order from the app. My advice always double check your pick up order before you leave. My experience is that what is in the bag or not in the bag is wrong about half the time. They will usually fix real quick but should be right the first time. The printout states what should be in the bag. But still 4 stars because they always fix it. But check before you leave.

It was my First time to get to go to Panera. I gave a few friends a ride. They didnt tell me they did Rapid Pickup.I had to get familiar to order.My friends waited for me...quite a while.I got the half sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Placed order online. Got to Panera Bread earlier than thepick up time I had set. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and was walked through the process of Rapid Pick Up. Then, the people preparing the foods noticed I was seated and without hesitation made the food I ordered which by the way was outstanding as usual. Everyone at this location is always so courteous and cheerful. I have several fast food restaurants within the radius of my home but choose to drive across town in sometimes crazy traffic to eat real great food. Well done guys!!!

Every time I order from this restaurant my order is either wrong (wrong items or missing items) or the food is not edible. The latest try was their breakfast menu. I came to this location on a Monday at Noon for my lunch break. The service is great, very friendly and quick service. I was dissappinted with the Baked Potato Soup it wasnt that great very watery flavor wasnt great. I had a half a turkey, avocado BLT sandwhich which was pretty good. I enjoy Panera but this last time when I was there the service was not at its best. The kitchen didnt make my daughters sandwich because the kiosk didnt send the right order. (I checked the receipt that was emailed to me and it was on there.) Then when I said something to the employee who was sorting and serving the food about it she had an attitude and acted as though I was an inconvenience. She rolled her eyes and said its not on this ticket. I began to explain to her and she just looked at me and yelled to the kitchen staff you need to make a peanut butter sandwich and walked away. I thanked her and she didnt even say anything. The kitchen did make my daughters order which was very nice and the kitchen was apologetic but not the first employee I talked to. The food has always been good but service is important to me so I give this visit 2 stars.

Been to the location twice and each time the service messes some part of my order up. The selection doesnt match the cost of the products served. The mess ups are generally due to lack of attention given by staff members. This last time they completely swapped the soup I had ordered, but easy fix. But this soup was not flavorful, and tasted like it was a mixture of soups. As if they used the same ladle for all soups, I wasnt to thrilled trying to decipher if the soup I had was actually the potato and not the clam chowder. The time before that, the staff underpacked the amount of bagles I had purchased. Was not going to make a trip back for those lost bagles.

The business I work for, orders lunch for meetings from here alot . The food is always good but the reason why im only giving 1 star is because they always always make mistakes in delivery orders. They put in the worng ingredients in their items they dont bring all the lunches. Its not good when your in a lunch meeting and evryone is eating but you, because they did not bring your order. I placed an order over the phone to pick it up thru the drive-thru. When I went through the drive-thru they said our order was ready but it was incorrect. Meaning, it was the right sandwhich (the Mediterranean), but the wrong soup. I had ordered two potato soups, but was given two black bean soups. When we informed the server of the mistake he appologized & graciously let us keep the wrong order & he fixed the mistake. The tables were ALL dirty and had not been bussed adequately. We had to get napkins, wet them with water from the drinks station and clean our own table, moving someone elses trash to another table. I had ordered a bottled sparkling water. I was supposed to get it myself, but there were none anywhere. I asked a server. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. The staff is friendly, the food is great (especially their bakery) and they have free WiFi. Some of the stuff is a little pricy, but they use quality ingredients and IMO its worth it. You can also sign up for their rewards program to earn free pastries. Try one of their cinnamon scones!

Quite small, but decent food. The online pickup area is somewhat tucked away, and difficult to find. It seems everyone is always stepping aside to let each other through the unfortunately cramped dining area. The bread is always a treat, and the cookies soft and delicious. The tortellini always seems a bit under boiled. I agree with Chad on the drive-thru being as cramped as the interior of the restaurant. I guess Fiat driving stick-bugs were their target audience when laying the place out.

It is very clean, except for a strange fly problem that I have noticed from time to time (particularly at the chairs on the other side of the glass in front of the main entrance). The Greek salad is good, but is very skimpy on toppings (for example, I only received 3 kalamata olives on a full size salad). The crust on much of the bread is pretty tough, but I suspect thats intentional.It has Wifi with decent speed, and plenty of outlets, which makes it a solid place for me to work on my laptop. Unfortunately, it is often too busy to find an available outlet.
