This place is never wrong in any way! My favorite items here are the scones definitely! And when I saw they had a bag with both lemon and blueberries I was so happy! I had a coffee to pair with them. The atmosphere is always nice and relaxed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My girls love the Mac and cheese!!! Specially with bacon! We love it here!

Overall like this place a lot …But Ordered a 16 oz coffee today …..got only 12oz in a 16oz cup …I don’t know if it’s normal or they made a mistake ….but that is not fair if you are charging for a 16 oz ….serve 16 not 12 ….strongly disagree with this type of business….please stop doing this ….be fair to people.

Visited this location after some shopping. Uncertain on it even being open, the Panera sign normally lit and visible from afar but sun had just set and restaurant looked dim. Proceeded to drive thru and only one other car ahead of me, Monday evening 10/23/23 @6pm not busy at all however the wait was ridiculous! Over 15min wait just to pull up to the window and pay. Upon asking the rep at window why the wait was so long she annoyed stated they were simply backed up. There were no cars! Lot was empty! The point is she was never apologetic, never said sorry for the wait or I’ll throw in a free cookie for the wait time…nothing, just attitude. Once I got home, exiting my car, my entire order of chicken noodle soup spilled all over my seat! The rest of the food on the ground. They had failed to thoroughly close the lid to my soup which unknown to me was leaking onto the paper bag. When I lifted it, it ripped! I’m beyond furious at such poor customer service. I’m sure it was done intentionally for addressing the wait time! Cashier name on my receipt is James. Not only did I wait 20min for my food but I never even got to eat it 😡CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I’ve never had such a poor experience. Ever!

I travel up and down the valley between Lodi and Bakersfield and this location is by far the best for friendly staff and EXCELLENT customer service. Let me explain. Came by for my coffee and croissant in morning. No croissants. Girl apologized and I made a substitute order. When I said how much she said “I have it”. She paid for me because they did have what I wanted. EXCEPTIONAL!!! Also, they have the cleanest bathrooms.

The only reason I gave two stars was because the food was good.The eating area was filthy, the bathrooms were dirty and didnt have any supplies.One young man that was working seemed more interested in his friends and using foul language then doing his job.Panera is usually very clean and a really good place to eat.This is a fairly new store and you wouldnt know from the appearance.You cant fix stuff if you dont know about.I hope you elevate the level of this store.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had a simple order two Thai chicken soups and a baguette. First the soup was lukewarm at best and if your going to charge me for Thai chicken soup have chicken in it. So very disappointing I would of thought Panera had better standards. I know theyre serving soup in a bag for sure it isnt homemade, but at least keep your vendor honest and assure that your receiving quality product. Sub par at best on the soup. What a shame... I CAN NOT in good conscience recommend this Panera save your money and go elsewhere for quality food. Panera should be ashamed to serve this product.

The new flatbread margarita pizza was delicious! The use of fresh mozzarella makes a huge taste difference. I also ordered the passion papaya green tea, which was so refreshing and not too sweet. I took home a loaf of sliced sourdough bread, which was fresh and tasty, too. My only complaint is that their curbside service isnt ever seamless. I waited 10 minutes beyond my projected time for my order. When I called, they didnt know If placed an order. They gave me free cookies as a Were sorry we screwed up, which as very nice (also quite tasty!), but things like that always happen at this particular location. Otherwise, fantastic!

Bad experience at this Panera Bread. Went in with my family. There were several workers standing around talking to each other. I get that it was slow, it was just my family and two other customers at the time but, if the tables are dirty and have not been cleaned up there is a problem. They also missed part of our order. Also, work on the customer service skills.

Ive been here twice and both times they burnt my bagel! Unfortunately both times I went through the drive-thru and I was short on time each visit. Also, on my second visit they came up to the window and handed me the bag, said Have a good one. and retreated back inside without asking if I needed anything else. Well, I ordered a coffee that hadnt been given to me sooooooo I wanted that... I had to wait another few minutes and knock on the window a few times (I hated having to do that!) because the woman who handed me the bag took off out of sight and there was only one other worker - but they were on the other side of the store! Ordered the chicken pasta along with a panini, the pasta was half empty and I called the store and told them that’s it’s only a half portion instead of the full and then was told they don’t sell half portion. Was put on hold and spoke to someone else and that person was just rude saying our pasta comes prepacked and it’s microwaveable and how I don’t see how that would happen being sarcastic and basically calling me a liar. I love Panera but I don’t know why every time I come to this location something is always wrong. The staff doesn’t have any customer service skills. If I paid 9 bucks for pasta I expect it to be what I paid for not half the size.

Walked in and there is 1 older lady helping out a couple at the counter for an excessive amount of time while 3 younger workers are just standing in the background and not doing anything except for talking with each other. After waiting 7 minutes I turned around and walked out without being contacted. Mind you the couple in front of me and I where the only customers in line. There are 3 more registers that could have been used to help me but the girls where so busy talking about personal stuff that they completely ignored anything else.
