Olive Garden Italian Restaurant
6725 N Riverside Dr, Fresno, CA 93722, United States
Saturday nights are busy here, but we were seated in about 15 minutes. Our server Allie, is a delightful young lady. She was very attentive and efficient in getting our order to the table as quickly as she could. The soups were on point on a chilly night in Northwest Fresno... Would highly recommend this popular restaurant.
Pho Saigon Shophouse

Never coming here ever again!!! I came in sat down ordered pho and asked for Basil which the lady said they don't have none. Then I went to pay at the register and a Asian person came up to the register next to me while I was paying and asked for basil then the same lady which is the owner gave him a plate of basil and looked at me and said sorry it has to last all day! I was like huh??? I asked as well and you told me there wasn't any but you gave it to them.. This was my 1st time here and was trying to support small businesses in my area.
Panera Bread
3590 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93711, United States
Had been craving French Onion Soup so I went on the app only to find that yes it is one dollar delivery BUT they tack on at least $3 more in fees... so I went in person after a long day and saving my appetite .I went with my son and he ordered a sandwich and I ordered the FOS in an bread bowl... when we got home, and we do not live close, I found that my sons food was in the bag, a small bowl of what was the onion soup but no bowl. I had to go all the way back and spoke with a team lead who was very nice but the girl who took my order just stood by. I was not happy, I was hungry and upset... he offered me a pastry but I was not interested. He did give me another paper bowl with the onion soup and this time it actually had cheese... HOWEVER, French Onion soup it was not. When I got home and opened it, the soup looked like a bowl of diarrhea withsome melted cheese on top. I did taste it and it was extremely salty. The young man offered me a discount on my next visit but it is doubtful there will be a next visit.ONE MORE THING: food is more expensive on the app. The soup on the app was $10 and change. By the time they add all the extra charges, it was a little over $16. If you go to the restaurant, the bread bowl with the onion soup was $8.99 I believe... false claims of $1 on the app and it costs you more to use the app. Not.going.back.
Panera Bread
7780 N Blackstone Ave, Fresno, CA 93720, United States
This Panera Bread IS THE ONLY crappy Panera Bread I’ve been to. TRUST ME!!! I thought that all of these bad reviews were meaningless. NO! Listen to them, because this Panera Bread WAS good, but became bad once it got crowded and popular. I LOVE Panera Bread, but NOT this one. Never in my life have I seen such disgusting behavior. This restaurant PURPOSEFULLY steals from customers. One time I went and 3 PEOPLE in just 10min asked if the store was out of certain ingredients because they were not on the food. Don’t even get me started with the sauce, they are sooooo stingy with everything!!! I ordered 2 different sauces and I didn’t get any. The guy said it was already on the salad, but every other Panera I’ve been to gives separate containers for sauce no matter what. This Panera has its own set of rules that involve stealing little parts of the food to keep their coats cheap. Not to mention that the food gave my friend major food poisoning. The only time this Panera is good is when you order soup or a sandwich because they can’t steal much from those without you noticing. Salads are a no go (I know they are delicious but you will not be given good service) because they will steal and lie to get their way. DO NOT GO TO THE RIVERPARK PANERA EVER (unless you get a pastry or soup)
Panera Bread
6793 N Weber Ave, Fresno, CA 93722, United States
Visited this location after some shopping. Uncertain on it even being open, the Panera sign normally lit and visible from afar but sun had just set and restaurant looked dim. Proceeded to drive thru and only one other car ahead of me, Monday evening 10/23/23 @6pm not busy at all however the wait was ridiculous! Over 15min wait just to pull up to the window and pay. Upon asking the rep at window why the wait was so long she annoyed stated they were simply backed up. There were no cars! Lot was empty! The point is she was never apologetic, never said sorry for the wait or I’ll throw in a free cookie for the wait time…nothing, just attitude. Once I got home, exiting my car, my entire order of chicken noodle soup spilled all over my seat! The rest of the food on the ground. They had failed to thoroughly close the lid to my soup which unknown to me was leaking onto the paper bag. When I lifted it, it ripped! I’m beyond furious at such poor customer service. I’m sure it was done intentionally for addressing the wait time! Cashier name on my receipt is James. Not only did I wait 20min for my food but I never even got to eat it ?CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I’ve never had such a poor experience. Ever!
West Coast Sourdough

The service here is great, they are polite there seems to be a new flip around. Sometimes wait times can get to be a little long but it’s made fresh and it’s not Taco Bell. You’re essentially at a restaurant. They make the soup and bread ready to order. There’s a new girl with short hair that just cares for the employees and customers so much. She went way out of her way to make sure not only my party but the ones waiting In front and behind were all comfortable as they waited. Watched an older man completely disrespect her and so I tried to tip her $5 but they split tips so she put it in their jar. She handled him well and stern. I like seeing the change and growth here. I come often. Most of these bad reviews are just impatient and selfish. Most employees are under 25 closer to 18 and they have room to grow and learn maybe treating your food service workers better will get you better service. Just for the record I’ve never even kind of had a problem here. If you don’t want to wait just go. If you can it’s so worth it.Also if you see more than 3-4 people at a place like that most likely the others are new. They take online orders, catering orders, phone orders, and a line out the door of orders. Think of that when you’re so angry you had to wait 20 minutes. They have twice as much work as you see and think. Thank you all for your amazing service. The manager is amazing as well.

Kokos Deli
4021 W Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA 93722, United States
Give this place a shot. You will not regret it!Sweetest employers who I worked for which is something rare in this post pandemic. Greg truly cares about the service provided and quality of the sandwiches they put out. Greg is a great store owner who runs Koko's Deli with his wife and small handful of employees. He is always attentive, and putting the customers first. Even though I only worked there for a small period of time, I loved Koko's Deli more than my time as an Assistant Manager at Deli Delicious. I also love how clean and sanitized he keeps his store because he truly cares about his customers. His best sandwiches in my opinion are his Philly Cheesesteak (ask them to add mushrooms), Garlic Mediterranean Chicken, and the Turkey Avocado Sprouts with Cream Cheese. The tri-tip that he uses is never dry and is super moist (unlike Deli Delicious which tends to be dry and sad looking). For all the chipotle chicken sandwich lovers, here is a twist you can add to make your sandwich better. Ask for pepper-jack cheese instead of jack cheese and ask them to add jalapenos. All of a sudden, the chipotle sandwich is elevated to another level ? You're welcome.Im going to miss my time there ? but Im definitely coming back for more sandwiches ?
Sichuan Hot Pot
3050 W Shaw Ave #104, Fresno, CA 93711, United States
I was excited to know that Fresno finally have an actual hot pot restaurant. It is a Small restaurant. They have the stove in the middle of the table and you get to choose your soup and ingredients.I did the collegen broth and Kimchi. They do give you good portions of meat and veggies. I did not care for the kimchi broth. The collegen broth was ok. I wasnt too impressed with the soups. The Chinese donut was hard and dry.Out of what I ordered, I would say the fried chicken wings was the best. My 3 years old child really like the chicken wings. She ate it all and would not share. The chicken wings was crunchy on the outside and soft inside. It was not over cooked or dry.
Naju Tofu
8048 N Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA 93720, United States
Refreshingly Korean. This is now my go-to korean restaurant that satisfies that craving along with Asiana Restaurant. We went for lunch and we ordered the chicken katsu miso salad app, LA galbi/beef tofu soup combo, and galbi tang. The chicken katsu was good but it could have been better as it was a bit thin but still juicy and the miso salad dressing was just okay though a bit bland. I wish it was a thick pork katsu with the works. The LA galbi was good and the marinade was tasty but being served on a sizzling platter it would have benefitted from being charred/grilled. Asiana does a better galbi. The beef tofu soup was very good and done with a bit more depth than usual and a sesame touch. We got mild but mild really is mild and we shouldve gotten medium or hot. Finally, the galbi tang was excellent. It came with 3 large ribs, rectangle glass noodles (my favorite), and garnished with scallions. The meat on the ribs were cooked to perfection and was SO SOFT with all of them including the joint parts which have all the yummy chewy collagen parts as well. The broth had a very clean depth yet satisfyingly fatty. It was exactly what you want with a galbi tang and Ive had a lot my entire life. Most places make it bland or there isnt enough meat or the meat is overcooked but I was really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it all and felt like I was back in LA or OC. I highly recommend coming back for the tofu soups and tangs. It is very nice to finally have a great korean restaurant here in fresno. I hate saying cheesy stuff like this but as a Korean, I approve and will be a perfect korean lunch spot.
