The person that took my order was one of the weirdest guys in the world he would not stop staring at my daughter who is 16 and this man is close to 50. One of the most disgusting things to see. He made a comment Abt wanting to see my daughter again and asked if she worked and called her very pretty. That is something a old man who is a stranger to me and my family should say to my daughter . Terrible customer service👎. The food was AMAZING though and was busting hella hard, would love to go again if that creep wasn’t there.

Me and my family used to go here a lot last year and we loved it every single time we went! Me and my dad ordered our lunches and it was awesome! I had the Mac and Cheese and he got a sandwich. ( I can’t remember what kind ) it was delicious though! The staff was awesome especially Rich! He’s awesome! I would 100% recommend coming here if you are in the area!

We live in Temecula area. On 6/10/21 at 6:10 pm I entered the store to place a to go order. We where heading back over the Ortega’s and wanted to pick up some bagels. I stood in line toplace my order. There was only a couple at the register when I entered the store. I waited for them to place there order. They finished and I approached the register. The cashier at that point decided to talk to the guy who had walked up about going to lunch and making sure that they would be able to leave by 9pm. I placed my order of a bakers dozen bagels. I asked for 3 cinnamon raisin, 4 Asiago and 6 plain. I also ordered the last everything to be toastedAnd 2 small cream cheese and on large. I paid and then waited of to the side as there was now about 10 people behind me. I decided to walk to the back and use the restroom. As I walked back to the restroom I noticed several employees just standing around at the pick up window just chatting. As I walked through the restaurant I noticed just about every table was empty but filthy. I used the restroom (which were clean) and went back up front. I waited a few more minutes and was then given my order. I then proceeded to drive an hour home. On the way home we noticed that we had only received one of the small cream cheese. When we got home we noticed that the rest of the was not accurate. We had only 11 bagels, no Asiago, and some how 3 poppy seeds. We called the store around 7:30 to voice a complaint. The person who answered the phone said they were a manager. The only solution he gave was for us to drive the hour back to get a credit or in the chance that we happen to be in the area in the future we could get a credit off a future visit. Sent an email in to corporate on that evening. That was Sunday it is now Wednesday at noon and we have heard nothing. I called corporate and voiced my complaints we will see if anyone cares. The way the restaurant was I really don’t believe so.

After we finished our shopping yesterday (Saturday, July 16, 2022), my family and I decided to try the tuna sandwiches and the mac and cheese. I have to be fair and say that the food was amazing and high quality. However, as some of the other reviewers mentioned, I was not impressed with the customer service. Our drinks were not served with the food. The cashier did not smile once before and after I placed my order. It is a great place with poor customer service. I believe management should do something in that regard.

The food is good here, but the prices are very high for the quality and quantity of the food. We paid the same for lunch to what we would have paid for a decent dinner out for two without drinks 🍺 🍷. That’s with service. No servers here. It’s just a high priced fast food restaurant in an outlet mall.Panera is not bad. We won’t return. You can get more for your $$’s elsewhere.

06.17.22 Panera bread locations offer generally pretty good food selections and customer service. I was in the area and needed to Yelp or Google a place to eat. I was surprised and noted the less than good/standard review rating. I went to check out why and ordered my food, sat at one of the tables and waited for my name to be called. I waited and waited, until I decided to check and see what is taking so long. I found out that my payment did not go through. I could not believe that the clerk did not look for me and let me know. The same payment card went through without an issue so no clue why the first try did not work. The order was not processed because the payment card did not go through the first time. Costumer service probably perceived that Im no good or my card is no good so no need to check? The follow through and not looking for customer is not acceptable. I received a free cookie for the inconvenience. Bad reflection on business flow does not make a pretty good cookie worth the inconvenience. The food I ordered was good still; however, my review pretty much summarizes my disappointment with the customer service.

Dear Panera, it had been too long. Too long since I’d smelled the fresh baked breads and pastries. Too long since I’d eyed a bread bowl on a fast casual menu. Too long since I’d debated which of the many salads and sandwiches I would split.Whilst I was away, you added lemonade with as much caffeine as espresso. That was unexpected and I think the label explaining that needed to be bigger.But the orange scone, veggie sandwich, and greek salad brought a smile to my face while the tomato bread bowl brought some kind of nourishing nostalgia to my partner.Thank you Panera, it won’t be so long next time.

I rarely leave negative reviews but this Panera bread certainly needs an upgrade. The foul smell from old carpet is so strong that you may no longer feel hungry when your food comes. Its probably better if you simply order food to go. My order was prepared quickly and thats a plus. Food is okay comparing to the other Panera bread we normally go.

We spent for 2 sandwiches and two drinks same as we were having dinner in an Olive Garden. No service apart of making your food. Homemade juices are extremely sweet. They give you chips in a bag as a side of a dish. Sandwiches are McDonalds type. I wont step into a Panera Bread again.

The food is always terrific and the people who work there are always nice & courteous. I am curious though why at lunchtime was there only 1 cashier trying so hard to take orders for a continuously long line. The manager was there. It would have taken him 5 minutes to ease the line for her. Finally someone else came and opened a register, but by then the line was pretty much gone. I think I waited at least 10+ minutes.

I love Panera! I know that I can always count on them for delicious salads and soups that use fresh, flavorful ingredients. Their staff is friendly and highly efficient at turning around orders. I do think many of their items are overpriced though, which is unfortunate since I would love to go there more often. My biggest complaint isnt about the price though; I understand higher costs for higher quality ingredients. Its that this location has gotten our to-go order wrong on three different occasions. When I call them about it, theyve asked that I come back to exchange the item, but who really has the time or energy to drive back to a location at the end of a long day to fix an order? Other than that, it really is a great place to eat, study, and meet up with friends.

The bread was dried out, the tomatoes were soggy and old tasting and the chicken salad portion was maybe a tablespoon and that’s being generous. I ordered a bowl of soup and half sandwhich at5:12 and my order was ready at 5:41. I work there and most of the time I am waiting forever thinking things will change . Today’s waiting time was the absolute worst and another person waiting for their order left since they were on lunch . I hope you guys get it together There’s so many different people all the time that I don’t even know who the manager is. Rich in the morning is the best, he is very prompt when I order curbside. I never have to wait when he is there . Don’t ever lose that guy .

This is our Panera, and even though its at an Outlet Mall, its come to be the location we visit most, despite another one being just a mile or so farther (in a different direction). I will make the first point that this particular location improved DRAMATICALLY over the course of several months after running into what I can best describe as inconsistent service and a strange, aloof atmosphere of detachment. Their service is far better now with pretty near zero mistakes on food orders. A couple things keep it from 5 stars: the food is not brought to the table any longer... You need to approach the delivery counter and get it yourself. If you have a large family and no children with capable hands, this turns into dads good deed for the evening, bringing everyone their food. Secondly, they now charge for each extra baguette. This is stupendously lame. Its bread. I realize both of those things are perhaps mandated by the mothership, so the -1 star is meant more for them than the great management now in place here. Lastly, TRY THE WARM GRAIN BOWLS. This mishmash of salad/bowl/burrito/rice dish is pretty dang tasty. Nice going.

I use to work at panera bread many years ago, but this one is by far the worst Ive been to. Took 30 minutes to pour a cup of soup and make a sandwich... we used to have a police which was order would be ready no later than 5 minutes. On rushes possibly 10. I really recommend a change of staff/ Management or atleast more appearances from regional managers.

Easily accessible off the 5. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and large dining area including outdoor patio. The food is good. The Mac and cheese is amazing-highly recommend. The strawberry poppyseed chicken salad was more a fruit salad with a very light dressing. The fruit was fresh, but I wanted more strawberries and less Mandarin oranges. The dining area had a lot of turn over and staff was pretty good about picking up dishes, but not great at wiping down tables.

I hate banana so naturally I complained (I feel kinda bad) and the sweet worker Shane informed me they were out of what I originally ordered, offered me a new flavor smoothie and made everything right! The order was incorrect (ordered a bread bowl and got a bag of chips instead), went back in to get a 2nd breadbowl and then was informed that they dont have anymore breadbowls, so they offered another bag of chips... that bag of chips had a hole in it like it was chewed through by a rat and to top it all off, theres no utencils. However the last vist the manger Ty was on duty and he was very quick with his work as well as very attentive to his delegation of work for employees. If I could, I would give a 0 star because this place is the worst Panera I’ve EVER been too. I ordered a quinoa bowl (not soup) and a green smoothie. The bowl came out in the worst condition, and it was 100% a soup by how much liquid they put in it. My smoothie had whole cubes of ice and Unblended spinach chunks-obviously no time went into the meal. Also, the table next to us seem to also have a terrible experience. They complained to the manager about portion sizes because they ordered a large and received a small and the manager replied “you paid for a small”. It would have taken her 2 extra minutes to fix the mistake that was made instead of blame the customer- that is the number one rule in food service “the customer is always right”. I can say this for sure, I will never come back to this Panera again. Very disappointed.

All the pastries I’ve sampled here are delicious. I highly recommend the Kitchen Sink cookie. It’s a favorite of mine. Also, the Tomato Basil Bread is a staple in my kitchen and Panera has a variety of great soups and salads to choose from. Every now and then I treat my team members to Panera, just because. They always rave about some of the same menu items I listed here plus more, like the Mini Scones.Thank you to those dedicated employees who work here and care about pleasing the palates of their customers.

Even though I miss the Panera in Talega, I noticed that some of the Panera employees who worked in Talega are now at the Panera located inside Outlets of San Clemente. I love the fact that the summer menu is back because I love the summer corn chowder and the strawberry chicken poppyseed salad! From the winter menu, I love the turkey chili! I wish they would have all of their menu items all year long instead of swapping some menu items every six months.

What can I say? The food took approximately 45 minutes to be served. The smoothie was green water with crushed ice. The Qinoa Bowl was hot, watered down worstershire sauce with flecks of quinoa sprinkled in. The avocado in my sandwich wasnt cut at all, and had bits of peel on it. The people at the table next to us ordered a large, to which the server said Well, you paid for a small. So we cant give you anything else. Then the manager was called for who obstinately asserted the same thing several times before finally breaking.
