Absolute ripoff. Small portions.Look at my soup and tell me it’s worth $6.39 + tax. It’s small and has almost no solids. $16.06 for a tiny soup and salad? No thanks. And they have the gall to ask for a tip? Absurd.Panera has gone downhill and their meals have little value when compared to the other fast casual options out there. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I’m disappointed for the last time.

Very first time coming here and I’m pleasantly surprised of how good the experience was. It was cold today and I’m glad I ran into this place. I got a classic grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. I’m vary happy with my meal and I’ll be back to try more . The Costomer service was also very attentive and friendly.plenty if parking and tons of seating inside .

We were in the area and decided to try this place. They have ample parking and when entering posters with a very varied menu. The very attentive cashier helped us choose. We ordered soups and sandwiches. they give you a locator. The decoration is a bit old. We sat at a table by the window, it didnt take long for them to call us, we have to look for the order in the cooks area. My French onion soup was lukewarm, I asked the cooks to warm it up and they pointed out that there is a microwave for customers to use, the portions are small. It is not a bad option if you are very hungry and want something fast, but I do not think I will return because we paid $ 38 dollars for something quite mediocre.

I asked for a cafe mocha and when I drove down the street to take a sip, I realized it was chocolate milk. I hate chocolate milk. I was in a time crunch and couldnt go back. I had to stop T Starbucks for a real coffee mocha. ☕️

They are very welcoming and courteous, and this Panera location is best serviced. I have been their unlimited sip member for a long, and I always check in their location to start my day with iced black coffee before I head to my office. Always have great start of the day after they greet me with big smiles, especially, Grant and Claudia. Very motivated, top notch service they offer to their clients. Thank you for working hard for the communities!

Great service here but this large salad was extremely underwhelming. 8.50 for a half filled bowl with some soggy lettuce!**UPDATED Review** - have changed this from 2 to 4 stars. I just went here and the food is great! There are lots of options and all of them taste good. At this location there are screens near the front of the store where you can order and then you pick it up near the back so that is convenient. The wait times for the food is somewhat long (around 5-10 minutes), but it is worth it! A great place to eat at!

11/10/20 - taking into account the pandemic, some not so fresh might be expected, but these progreso chicken soup tastes better than todays chicken soup here; the chipotle chicken avocado melt, not fresh but eateble, however the salad, very aged, old and bitter, really not eatable. Worst of all the service; when I came to show and ask for something different instead. I was told It must be your taste, cause weve been selling this all day. Had to ask for wipe to clean my own table... Overall worst place Ive eaten all year. I can only speak of this specific location as I have been to other Panera Bread that has been so much better; my advice would be to stay away. If I could give 0 stars would be a more fair score.

I like Panera. The sandwiches are always good. Turkey, bacon, avocado on flatbread is a winner.You can never go wrong their salads. Lots of varietyMy favorite item is their strawberry banana smoothies. I never review stuff but the autumn squash soup blew me away I had to figure out how to tell the world. It was so amazing I finished it before my cinnamon roll, which is saying something.Sweet and savory with just the right amount of tang to keep it interesting in every bite. This soup awoke in me a deep hubris, and when I looked down it was gone, my side of warm french bread untouched like a forgotten piece of luggage you only remember once youve touched down across the country. Robbed of the chance to bathe my bread in the holy waters of autumn squash soup, I prepared to eat the tiny loaf plain as a punishment for my carelessness. But retribution it was not, for the soft and warm bread was another gift from the heavens instead of the purgatory I deserved.The staff must be gods angels bringing forgiveness. They directed me to the customer microwave not once, but thrice, as I walked in a daze to reheat my cinnamon roll, understanding that both of us were mortals here among the divine.My record of the encounter is but an empty cup, as I did not expect my life to change today until it had already happened.

This was my 1st visit to a Panera Bread restaurant, so naturally, I did not know the menu nor their procedure. That is why I told the lady taking my order that it was my first time in one and what was the procedure after ordering. She asked for here or to go. I said to go. She said my name would be called out, so I and my daughter went and sat down as we waited. Nearly 26 minutes had passed. I had gotten up and looked twice at the cashier. But nothing. I said to my daughter, This is taking to long. I have seen many people come in and out. My stomach is feeling bad. I need to eat. Im going to get my money back and go somewhere else. We went up to the register, I spoke with the same cashier. I said that I wanted my money back. She said, oh...a...you didnt get your breakfast? I told her no. I said that we didnt even hear my name. She said oh, I can see your food over there. I was like, Over where.? She pointed towards a wooden block shelf that she said is for pick-up orders and for orders that are made in house to go. I said that we didnt hear my name. A lady came near and responded, I said your name. I said, if so, it wasnt loud enough to hear. Besides, I was not informed about that wooden box. Another lady came up and started to get argumentative. I got my money back and the food. Apparently the man looking at papers near by was the manager. He now came up. Seemed more important for him to defend rather than see it for what it was; Poor communication.Hopefully, my story will enlighten those to know the procedure before placing an order at Panera Bread, so that they too will not be cared for in the same manner as I was.

This location is always clean when I walk in and the staff is happy to serve you. Busy sometimes but that’s a good sign and they are fast! You don’t have to wait long at all, even during lunch rush. The atmosphere is so warm and relaxing. One of my favorite places for a bite and to sit and relax a bit.

Mostly positive. My orders have been correct. However, I just ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for lunch. I got to work, and on my lunch break, I opened my salad, and found that it had no apple chips. No apple chips?!!! Come on!!! Apple is in the name of the salad. How could you miss the apple chips. So, it was just a chicken salad. I was so disappointed.Well, I had just given the review, and given them 4 stars, until I called to have my salad replaced, and this happened.I called tonight to see if I could come in tomorrow for a replacement. My call was at 9:48 pm. A male answered, saying that the store was closed, but he would take my name, to get me something tomorrow.I asked if I could get a replacement salad, and he hung up on me.I called back, and he repeatedly took the phone off the hook, not saying anything.Finally, I asked (into the silence) if the phone was acting up, or if he was deliberately hanging up, and he hung up again (answering my question). When I called back, the phone went to voicemail.I come to this location every day for my lunch...no complaints, order perfect. This is the first time they made a mistake, but when I tried to give them a chance to just fix it, I get an idiot on the line. I didnt deserve that, just for asking for my order to be made correctly, over getting a cookie instead. He should be fired.

Online order, I was stuck at work on an emergency, I ordered lunch, grabbed it and got back to work. When I finally had a moment to eat I found 2/3 of my order was wrong. My receipt was correct, but the contents were not. I could not connect Online, so I called and called and called the store without anyone answering the phone. The bag apparently contained another patrons order and sat on my desk for 2 days. I was hoping to get it back to store and get what I ordered. Too busy at work, I didnt make it back to correct this situation. We are all busy, but this not only cost me money, but I went without lunch to boot. Im sure the other customer was not happy either. 🙄

The reliability of good food and complete orders has completely gone done. I order delivery at least once a week. Orders keep arriving with small missing items. Chicken noodle soup arrived with no noodles and no chicken, just the broth. Tonight I got the wrong soup completely. The location doesnt answer their phone so I had to drive there which is not the reason I pay $10 for delivery. The manager couldnt give me my money back because he didnt even know that they have delivery! I said nevermind and went home with the actual soup i ordered. I got home and my Thai chicken soup had no chicken or vegetables. How does a restaurant give people soup with nothing in it. Well I am no longer ordering from this location.

I frequented this establishment at 8:50AM and then again at 1:50PM. They had not refilled the Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea, an obvious favorite. Or it was down to Nil, I want to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. If you see that this drink is a customer favorite have 2 (Two) of these lemonade charged drink fountains. I like stopping here for a quick lunch. Lines tend to be long when I go, but they do keep it moving. They seem to make a lot of mistakes, both at the register and when they fill your order. Kitchen is often slow, and they dont check your ticket, so you should always check the order yourself if youre getting an order to go. The pastries all look great, and there is a large selection. I dont go for the pastries, though, in honor of my waistline!

I have been a big fan for years now. I have especially enjoyed the Broccoli Cheddar Soup but was crushed to learn that its not vegetarian. A perfect place to meet with a friend and have soups, salads or just dessert. Try the blood orange drink and pair it with avocado turkey sandwich.My friend had a delicious Fuji apple salad with bread. We laughed, ate our food and talked until it was close. Wifey went to Panera for me today for the first time and ordered a steak and cheese sandwich.The bread was really good but $10.99 + tax the sandwich was a complete and total letdown!!! Why do you ask? Well my sandwich had 3 small slices of steak on each half of my sandwich, no joke 1/2 my sandwich was just 3 or 4 sprigs of onions and horseradish, if I wanted a horseradish sandwich fir $10.99 I would have ordered one.It’s a total shame that they feel they need to charge $10.98 + tax and give you nothing in return. Save your money one go somewhere else.NOTE TO PANERA: being cheep with your food and charging a premium is the quickest way to go out of business.

Honestly, I thought that Id never say this about Panera but this day has come. I ordered few items in my last trip there, and one of them was a salad, some leaves were old and had dark spots on them. Also, it came with a side apple, which seemed that was kept frozen for a long while, its appearance was awful, the taste was kinda in a beginning stage of getting rotten.

Out of almost the entire bakery by 3pm the day I went in. Only thing on display were two trays of cookies, a couple loaves of bread, and one selection of bagel. Beyond that, the manager taped over at least 5 menus items that were no longer available. I understand why the salads could not be made with the romaine recall, but the crossed out items didn’t even include the salads. The cashier shrugged her shoulders and said “we’ve been busy” when I questioned why they were out of everything. Absolutely unacceptable.

Excellent Pastries! You definitely need to try the Cinnamon Crunch Scone!!! Its a small slice of heaven! Also, in a close second is the orange scone...Im not a huge fan of the coffee/espresso products. I think their espresso is weak for my taste. I like a coffee/espresso drink with a nice punch and this area needs work. The pastries make up for this hands down. Im perfectly happy getting my coffee or mocha at a separate location. Its totally worth the extra trip when you have the time for these awesome pastries!

I have no idea how this place gets such great reviews. Paneras food in general is not bad, but this particular store has to be one of the worst managed Paneras I have ever been to. The mens bathroom is one of the dirtiest least kept bathrooms I have ever been in at least when compared to other Paneras which are generally very clean. This one today had NO toilet paper and NO paper towels for my young son who needed to use the restroom. When I told the manager she seemed very unconcerned about the condition of the restroom and she did little to nothing to rectify my situation with a boy on the toilet needing toilet paper. Poor management is all I can say. We decided not to eat there today and we will likely NEVER go back to this pooorly run Panera location!

Okay.... Still 1*. This place should be called Panera Croutons not Panera Bread. How they seem to consistently mess up the one thing they are supposed to specialize in is beyond me.Ordered a chicken salad sandwich with toasted bread and extra mayo + basil pesto. Not only did they spend 25 minutes making it but when I get home I find out theres no mayo or pesto at all, the chicken was clearly expired and tasted super spoiled (diarrhea almost immediately after eating), and the bread was literally hard as a rock (see my video). I had to throw away the top pieces of bread because they were inedible, but ended up throwing it all away after I realized I was eating rotten chicken after the first couple bites. Good Safety hazard to the max. This place should be shut down. Im officially done with this place.

Curbside pickup from here once in February 2021. The whole pickup experience was a nightmare, even though it had never been so for me at any other Panera Bread location, in any other city or state.Also, the employee who brought my order seemed to take issue with my name...I am not quite sure what I did wrong to get that at all...

I think the idea is fun however Panera in general is missing the mark for their healthy eats claim. I ate the seasonal strawberry salad a while back and instead of having the flavorful spinach or mixed green salad it was overflowing with iceberg lettuce. Talk about a let down. The watery lettuce did nothing to enhance to flavors of strawberries or poppyseed dressing. It was terrible. I hope Panera changes somethings to truly become a healthy eats place. Otherwise I will continue to frequent other salad places more.

Love the team, ambience, & service here! A line started behind me and the Mgr came out to help me decide, & keep everyone happy & moving. Im pretty certain that smiling hard at your sandwich makes it taste even better. These peeps get that. 😋I just inhaled the frontega chicken panini. Ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese to go. Realized the cream cheese was forgotten. Returned to Hamilton location to get cream cheese and the girl at the register Lupita was questioning me like Im lying. Asked for a manager and Claudia came to the register with a bad attitude and informed me that I needed to prove purchase and her exact words, Do you know how many people lie? My response,, Its cream cheese, you act as if its.$5000 handbag. Since its an issue I will pay for it. Claudia and her bad, horrible, I hate my job attitude return with a bag, throws it on the counter and states, Heres your cream cheese on the house. Horrible customer service and I typically visit Panera once a week but I will NEVER return. I would rather return to a place who has respect for their customers. I have zero problem with what her argument was. My issue was her attitude and tone.

I dont know if its a management thing (well, if there is one, Ive never seen one) but the people working here are incredibly rude. I know how difficult good customer service is to find but if panera didnt have a decent product they would never make it on good help. Geez!

Almost standard Panera Bread except they dont use beepers which buzz. Instead theyre meant to be placed on your table so a server can bring your food to you. But that should be implemented by numbers attached to tall rods, not to a number which is hard to see in the table. This story comes from the server snarkly remarking that I was supposed to put my marker on the table (I thought it was a buzzer). Ironically the same worker couldnt find the number for another person in my party who did have her marker on the table...
