Food was great. I ordered a sandwich and a drink to go.Placed an order online at 11:10 am, came to pick up at 11:25 because it was supposed to be ready at that time. I guess they only put me in line at 11:25. Anyway I waited in the line with other people who ordered right there and it was ready at 11:55. 45 minute wait is quite long for a sandwich.“ORDER AHEAD ON OUR APP & SKIP THE LINE!” they say. I guess not at this location, I won’t be back.

One of our kids favorite restaurants to stop at since they know the menu and love their chicken soup in a bread bowl. This was the nicest, cleanest Panera weve ever been too. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly and accurate. We didnt even have to wait when kids went for a second order of the soup. Will definitely visit again.

The atmosphere here is one of the gloomier ones in Davis. Its layout is a bit weird, and whenever I come in here, everyone is quiet, and the lighting isnt the best, but their Mac and Cheese cant be beat

I love coming here every Sunday morning with my husband. Its super quiet and a quick way to get a good breakfast. We usually order the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. I do a keto friendly version and ask for it in a bowl with extra avocado, cheese, and an egg. And their pastries are delicious. I highly recommend one of their muffins with a cup of coffee. They also provide great customer service

Panera is pretty standard across its stores. This one in particular is extremely clean and very well cooled for such a hot summer day. Food was prompt and all the servers were courteous and polite. From entry to food took less than 10 minutes.Very nice spot with decent traffic but isnt swamped or over crowded.

Got the new Cobb salad for to go; just enough for me to feel famished. I also go the vanilla almond coffee and it was good. Good if you’re calorie counting.I ordered it a few hours in advance; and got the notification that it was ready around 10 minutes from the actual time. Staff directed me where I could picked it up.

Perfect for working on homework for a long time, lots of seating, comfy seats. Staff is friendly even though they are busy. The soups and sandwiches are BOMB. Also, their free drink special is awesome, happy to go there and work on homework. Panera is doing a great job placing themselves really well in the cafe/coffee market.They could improve their coffee options but I am not a huge coffee person so I am happier with a delicious soup than a coffee.

Nothing special about this Panera, but almost everything we wanted was sold out. The soup tasted good, but the portions were so small for the price. They got my espresso drink order wrong but they corrected it.It is ok but not a place I would go out of the way to go to.

Worst Panera in Sacramento Valley. Staff rude and not helpful. Slowest service ever. Food once received was great. Tables in restaurant dirty and not cleared. It was 2pm on Saturday. I guess they just didnt care.

Great place to eat with a friendly environment. The manager, Shaun, did an outstanding job of making me feel like a valued customer and helped answer all of my questions. The staff here are all very polite and professional. Very well managed restaurant, hope to return soon.

The food here is not that great. I bought the smoky buffalo chicken melt and it’s drenched in salt. Why would salt be added to a sandwich that already good as is. The sandwiches are always drenched in salt.

Went with my mother and two teenagers at the end of lunchtime and most bakery items were out. Looked like they were a bit short staffed. But the food was tasty and didnt take too long. Nearly every customer was there for the wifi.

One of my favorite place to go in downtown, Davis. Panera manager has a charming and wonderful personality. All the staff members are very cooperative. My father got stuck in the USA, during a pandemic, and guess what, this place was his favorite to-go place for coffee.I would recommend them for their best coffee, the variety of food and theyre decent dealing with costumers.

I placed an order via Uber eats for the husband and the driver dropped it off somewhere else. I called Panera to see if they can track down the driver but since it is a third party, there’s no way for them to track it down. However, Alex offered to redo my order and deliver it herself to the husband. She didn’t even charge me for delivery fee and she tracked down the number to call for Uber eats so I can get my refund. Alex is definitely an asset to this company and I will continue to support them, because I know they care and they go above and beyond for their customers.

Chain bakery and restaurant has a good selection of salads and sandwiches made from healthy ingredients. This location has a large seating area with plenty of windows. Service was good and food was well prepared. The WiFi speed is normal. You can get your work/homework done. I wish the portions were bigger. Most of the times I would still feel hungry after a full portion.

This place is great for studying, although, it can be a bit crowded, especially during the normal school year. I personally like this place because of the unlimited drinks and the wide variety they offer. Although the bakery items are great, the downside is the rest of the food can be a tad expensive. Also, wore of the wise! If youre planning on staying a long time bring a sweater! It can get pretty chilly! ❄❄❄

The atmosphere is welcoming, good for studying college students, and the staff is friendly. Food is also ready in a timely manner. However, Im disappointed to discover that soup isnt served until 10:30 am, when the place opens at 6 am. But they still offer Mac n Cheese and pastas before then? How does that work? I opted for their Pick 2 with the Baja Mac and a side Greek salad. Salad was nice, but the Mac was such a tiny portion! And it was clearly made using the White Cheddar Pasta Roni from the box. Ive eaten that as a kid so many times that I easily recognized it. $10.80 for all of that and a stale piece of bread. I also always tip %20 to help cashiers and servers so all in all that was $12.80 for small portions and boxed food. I get that restaurants have plenty to pay for: taxes, employees, stock and other resources (Ive worked in plenty of restaurants and my mother has owned two bakeries throughout my life) but Panera could at least put in the effort to supply a LITTLE more authentic food. Also, if you have bread in your name, that bread better be good.

I already was bummed out because my husband was really tired and ordered the wrong half pasta/ half salad combo. He ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad which was even simpler than it looked on the website...no flavor (The other salads have more ingredients so they might be better but I wouldnt waste my money on that gamble. ) and I was still hungry even after trying to eat the nasty Chicken Sorrentina pasta. I am still pretty hungry after working all day and breastfeeding my baby but would rather be hungry til I can get something else than eat that crap.I would probably still be hungry even if I did finish it because the portions are so small. I tried my husbands Alfredo pasta and it wasnt nasty but it wasnt very good either, I have had cheap $ 1 microwave Alfredo dinners that tasted better. The bread that came with it was very fresh but not anything special. I think that this is the first review Ive ever written...thats how mad I am. Im always hearing about how great this place is and its not. The sandwiches probably suck too. Total rip off. GRRR!!!

Listen,had Yelp provided me with the creative expression to give this establishment ZERO stars, I would have surely obliged.However, no amount of stars revoked would lessen the utter distress I experienced upon finding pubic hairs in my chicken salad sandwich- lightly mayonnaised.In what capacity Panera found it appropriate to include this additive in my meal, I have no idea. I was deeply disturbed to find a single delicate hair protruding from my baked Asiago, though allow me to describe that my bewilderment did not stop there. Upon lifting the tenderly toasted crust, I was overwhelmed with dozens of short, curly, thick little devils- each individually trying to end my life. It is my belief that the culprit was a tall, charming specimen in the back who had pimples and a faint smell of sweat. I have not returned to this establishment since.I am petrified.
