Haven’t been here for a while! My favorite is the Mac and cheese sandwich! The chicken soup was a bit saltier than before but still good! You can pick if you’d like bread or chips in the meal as well! Their tomato soup is a bit too thick and sweet for me but it’s just my preference. The portions are pretty good. Parking won’t be a problem since it is in a plaza!

I go there at least once a week with my drink subscription. The food taste is generally good but they often misplace the order. Tea bags dont have flavour or aroma. If coffee is available at the station I am surprised. Most of time the dispenser is empty, also half and half. Today in my coffe cup, I drank the coffee ground at the end of the cup, terrible! 😭

Cashier told us all the soups come in a bag, in a box, frozen. Also this is the grayest meat Ive ever been served in my life. The steak is dry, gray, and flavorless. I would feel ashamed to serve this to anyone! I expected at least a little more than bread, cheese, meat, and a few slimy onions on this steak sandwich, considering the price... Save yourself the trouble. Theres a Jersey Mikes just east of Panera, or Ikes love and sandwiches right next door, to the West of Panera.How disappointing!

This location is very nice and clean. The food is pretty good. The parking space can be limited during busy hours. Staffs are friendly but often short on cashier, as a result, the wait can be long sometime. There are self serving stations but no one like to use them. The drinks are self serving and they have a good selection of it including various tea and soda. This place also have free wifi and it makes a great place to relax, study or even casual dining.

What is happening with Panera? ......food was expensive, portions small, and employees were rude. We ordered apple slices with the kid meal but the employees at food pickup gave us chips and refused to give us the apple slices we ordered because we dont do that here.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. He said it’s already a deal so we can’t take manes off. I don’t know what taking. We did an online order and requested no mayonnaise because we are allergic. When we went to pick up the sandwiches the manager told us that it was already a deal. But highly recommend not visiting this location. They are extremely rude condescending and not willing to work with the customers. Would rather drive to Pasadena where there are nice and accommodating and professional. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Do not visit this location do not do online orders.

I love Panera Bread. Usually, the food is delicious, but have to admit it wasnt so good. This location food was a 3 out of 5. However service was good. Oh yes and have to bring up the curdled milk I almost added to my tea. Yuck we spent about 70 dollars. Cookies were a 5 but the soup and sandwich were awful.

Great place to go for soup and sandwiches, love their baguette but not so much for their onion soup. Customer service is okay at this location, perhaps due to the short of staff nowadays, plenty of parking and there are lots of stores in that plaza to walk around after eating.

Coffee and milk counter(containers/coffee pots) has empty containers always especially during 7am to 10am.This place has this problem for a longtime and has not mitigated the problem even though the manager had been notified of the problem many times in the past.Employees can be rude when alerted of the problem .

I saw lots of negative reviews here so I decided to give this Panera Bread 5 stars regarding my several visits here.I’m a continued customer at this Panera Bread because it’s convenient for me. Today, I stopped by with my 2 dogs during the lunch time and the staffs there were super busy apparently. I asked the lady to have water for my dogs while I was getting my pick-up because I just brought them to the dog park and the weather is pretty hot today. She didn’t hesitate to do it and gave me a bowl immediately to allow me have ice water from the fountain machine. No chance to have her name but I said “Really appreciate it!” when I left.Overall, I’ll keep backing to this Panera Bread and thanks all the staffs there!

As usual, in my opinion, the food is very good and the menu selection is amazing. The pumpkin squash soup special was as good as Ive ever had anywhere in the best of restaurants. And I love the toasted bagel with chicken salad. Unfortunately the place was busy and the kitchen staff must have been overworked because we waited 30 minutes for our order. The atmosphere is fine, nothing fancy, but certainly comfortable and more attractive than just rows of tables. Panera is one of my favorite places.

I have the sip club membership and genuinely canceled it because of this location. The guy manager and some of the employees do not care about their customers. I never got my *self serve* coffee cup from online and stood there for 15 mins without being acknowledged. I asked the guy working there if he knew what’s up w the cup since the app told me it was ready. I said it so nicely and I would’ve been understanding of the situation, whatever it was but, instead i got ignored and he walked away. I waited another 10 mins and just left and got coffee and food from Mcdonald’s across the street. I then, told the Panera support on the app what happened and they gave me a credit. I go in to use the said credit and the second they notice me, the manager and the blonde woman employee started to talk badly about me infront of me. I heard exactly what they said because, I was within an earshot. I canceled my subscription to Sip Club while I waited on my food. When my food was ready, the woman didn’t even call out my name and then just looked at me. i approached and she asked me for my name. I told her and she just slams my food on the counter and just starts to help the next customer. No your welcome to my thank you or anything. Yeah safe to say this cafe doesn’t care about you. I’ve seen some of the other reviews that state the same thing too. I have a terrible taste in my mouth because of those 3 employees. The first one that ignored me could get a pass as maybe he didn’t hear me. I’m not sure.

Very busy location. Lately the staff moves so slow you’d think they’re apathetic to a line of customers waiting for food to be made. Perhaps due to a lack of management but it’s really disheartening to see such a lack of urgency at an otherwise lovely place to eat.

This is the best Panera I have been to since I started going to Panera. This store is always fully stocked and the employees are all fully attentive and somewhat courteous. They’re too busy to know you on a first name basis at this location, but that’s a good thing because that means you’ll get fresh food. Visited many Paneras but our first time here. Good food so far - they really warm up the soup, the hazelnut coffee I got was strong and not diluted, friendly service, a little crowded on a Thurs late afternoon. Only ding is that the internet is super slow (3.3mbps) compared to Studio City and LaCanada Flintridge (100mbps).

I would say, if youre only here to catch some AC and study, this is a good place to be, as they were less busy than Starbucks. Have the sip club, plain iced tea is usually my beverage of choice but here it tastes slightly tropical, not sure if its lazy cleaning procedure or if someone decided to be special and do their own thing. Pretty disappointing and gross, if they want to offer flavored iced tea thats fine just label it as such. And the coffee is too weak to be enjoyable.

Not friendly staff -and didnt bring my order out to my vehicle as I requested online. I got notice it was ready and I tried to call [as I am disabled] and they would never answer their phone. I could see two employees at the front ordering counter -and no customers, so Im not sure why they couldnt answer the phone. So I had to painfully go inside to retrieve my order that I had already paid for and was snubbed by them again....finally asked for a manager and he was very polite and offered to take my bag out to my truck for me, but I already was there inside.I usually have excellent service from all Panera Bread restaurants

This particular location has all of its windows face north or east creating a slightly darker atmosphere compared to the Alhambra location. Its an older shop showing some age on the carpet. Standard food service. Somehow I end up here often in the afternoon and the catch here is power receptacles. School kids hog all the tables with one and camp out most of the afternoon studying YouTubes and the like. But that takes one to know one... 6 tables have access to power and the two chairs got one off the floor.Outdoor seating is nice on the north side. But its LA suburbs close to the freeway so heavy dust is inevitable.Discovered this value duet on the menu, its pretty good value indeed. I tried the chicken noodle soup and Caesar salad. It was good. Well managed amount of dressing. Soup is salty as expected but that is perfect with the chunk of bread. Verizon 4G is just 1 bar here so you might have to go with the shop wifi here. No 5G.I was hungry so I ate the stuff.. no pix. Sorry. Parkings are narrow. Consider taking a few steps and park a bit further.

I love their chicken salad sandwich so much. Its delicious! I love that they have curbside pick up. They are usually pretty quick to bring your order out when you order prior to arriving. Even when youre right outside and place an order, they are still pretty quick. Im kinda new to Panera bread but I am stuck on them now. And they have free coffee every 2 hours if you subscribe!(tmobile had a 3 month free coffee deal)

I used the app to place my order. I also placed my order 24 hrs in advance and guess what? They popped it out right on time. I am really pleased. The staff was working hard cranking out in house and to go orders. My advice is dont be too early because your order wont be up and if you come late it might be cold. These days we all need to be very careful how we shop. With this unusual inflation and the deliveries in the supply chain off due to covid we need to go 3 to 5 different stores planning out our weekly shopping to basically focus on the Lost leader items that are at the best possible prices in this terrible inflationary. Of time. This is the only way to stay ahead of inflation and to buy quality food and it sprouts they have bulk spices with your very reasonably priced and their meat is superb their vegetables and fruit are also superb and when they are on sale they are on sale this is not the place I would go to buy milk or other Dairy eggs or Delicatessen because the quality may be high but so were the prices unless you see something on sale that you like and feel you will use but overall Sprouts is a wonderful place to shop and you will enjoy yourself there and the people give great customer service. They rarely prepare the order accurately. This morning, I waited in the curbside pickup zone for quite some time. I went into the store to find what was going on, and they told me they ran out of the items I ordered and wanted to replace it with something I did not order. They should have come out to tell me, or have called to tell me. The manager said something about not coming out to the car with an incorrect order. This is BS because they usually come out with an incorrect order. I asked for a refund. I dont know when I will receive it. They also usually forget to process refunds until I go back in the store a few days later and request it.

I ordered 2 margarita pizzas with Mediterranean salads. First of all they didn’t put the season topping on one of the pizzas and both of them were hard and old tasting and cheese was awful and the lettuce in the salad was soft and old tasting and the dressing containers were only partially fulled. I hate being negative but was so bad I had to throw in trash. You can always count on 98% of the time something will be wrong. I gave the 2 stars because once in a while the food can be really good if your lucky. We Will try another place next time.

Latest order through app for curbside was a $29 failure. Bad service. Order never brought out to vehicle despite other customer orders being brought out while we waited 20 minutes past promised time. Phones not answered so had to go inside and wait in line. Order was sitting on pick up shelf despite attached receipt showing correct curbside instructions. Then got to wait more while melted smoothies were remade. They left out utensils and butter from bag with heated food cooled off. Guests eating in seemed to get more attention but overall they seemed short-staffed and overwhelmed. Rating for afternoon take out only.

The place is very busy especially during breakfast and lunch time.The team of Panera at this location is what makes people visit it again and again despite the rush.They never miss your order and if something is not right they do fix it with a smile.I am not good at names, but would highly recommend this place for the wonderful smile from one of their team member. The lady always greets you with a smile takes time to ask if you are being helped. Her smile can bring a sense of calm during the morning rush.The food excellent. Every sandwich is tagged with what it is - which really is very helpful as you don’t have to open each pack to figure out what’s in it. This feature I have seen only at this Panera bread location (not sure if there are any that do this - definitely not seen it in Houston locations).Parking is a issue during rush hours.

Very tasty food. Love their pick two combos. I get their tomato soup and grilled cheese with bacon and roasted tomatoes. I was a bit disappointed this trip because my grilled cheese was missing bacon. I also noticed that the bread no longer was grilled. The bread was soft on the outside. Maybe they changed their recipe, but Ill have to get something else next time because it wasnt like it used to be. The bagels and mini chocolate chip cookies are so good. I grabbed an asiago cheese bagel to eat with my soup which was a great combo. I always grab the bag of mini cookies to go for dessert.

Usually this place is awesome but today its just not the day. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 sandwiches and 3 bowls of soup. After we drove home, we realized that they forgot one of them. This place is joke..... placed an order on Postmates for 2 breakfast sandwiches, when the order arrived there was no bacon on the sandwich, or cheese. Every time I come here the service is so slow. You have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes to get your food to go. Not enough staff in the back to fix the food. Other Panera Breads are not like this. Plus they nickel-and-dime you with silly stuff. I told the girl on my vegetarian sandwich they didnt put any feta cheese on it the last time. What does she do? Charges me $0.99 for feta cheese extra. Not and Im sorry not oh well thats too bad here let me give you some feta. No its $0.99. and then they make you look bad for quibbling over $0.99. Service is the slowest I’ve seen among the Panera branch I’ve been. The store was not busy at all and I was the 4th on the line and there was one behind me. I ordered a strawberry lemonade margarita, second an El Niño margarita, and last we tried the BlackBerry margarita. For food we tried the double burger with fries, the tripple dipper appetizer, and the 2 spicy shrimp tacos with chips and salsa. The tacos werent spicy at all they were more sweet than anything. The burger was yummy and the fries were too. As for the appetizer we had the boneless chicken wings, fried pickles and the mango habanero crispy tenders. My 2 favs were the fried pickles and the boneless buffalo wings. The mango habanero tenders were not crispy at all but had a good flavor and had a bit of spiciness to it. My favorite margarita was the El Niño because it wasnt too sweet like the others.
