This was my first time at panera. And.The restaurant itself was okay. The restaurant could have used a little bit of cleaning.Maybe a little less A/C it was a bit cool in there, We ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cup of chicken wild rice soup and and a half turkey avocado BLT sandwich cut in half and 2 drinks a small sprite was not good tasted like seltzer water. My mom got a Pepsi instead, and I had a small half and half tea/lemonade. All that for $38, the staff was pleasant and helpful, its a good place for a quick bite and the music wasnt bad.

I ordered soup and salad. I was surprised by the small portions. I paid extra for avocado but it wasn’t even fresh or an acceptable portion for the price of the add on. That was very disappointing. This was my first time visiting Panera and I would only return for the dining room and hot water spout. Lol. They have plenty of space and outlets with comfortable seating to study/work. My soup was good but I didn’t find any pumpkin seeds like the pictures from the menu. Honestly, the seating areas were the best thing about the experience lol.

I have never eaten at Panera, and I very rarely do fast food. But it was 4:30pm and I had not eaten since 9am. This Panera did not feel welcoming as I quickly checked around. Being famished I went ahead to order half a chipotle avocado melt, since the young guy at the counter (Dustin) was very sweet trying hard to help with my clueless questions. Three golden stars for him.Good thing that I ordered half a sandwich and I was starved. The serving was skimpy anyway, with its small avocado slice and some tasteless cheese. Very poor value for $12.57. No more Pandera for me and probably no more fast food!!

1st time visiting Panera. Cashier was very friendly and the organization of the restaurant makes sense, I was very impressed by the layout. That is where the good ends :(. Food portions and the taste was terrible and definitely over priced. Hey look if you are going to charge that much provide good quality food or at minimum a good portion size. The seasonal soup autumn squash soup was wayyyyyy too sweet. Avocado chipotle chicken sandwich was dry and was bread with a sample size portion of chicken and avocado. Got a hot chocolate and the whipped cream tasted like it was spoiled.... man I thought this was going to be a new go to place for me again the service staff was amazing, food was such a let down. Come on Panera there is potential here!!!!

1st I would like to say the only reason we came to this Panera Bread is because we were discriminated against at the Westchester Location by Lamar Tinsley & Xavi. So now The 1st thing I will say about this Panera Bread location is Alex doesnt keep the restaurant clean. There are dishes left on multiple tables and the staff takes their time cleaning. 2nd for some odd reason they keep the AC high and its still cold outside. I have asked them to turn it off a few times! I dont want to be cold and eat. The last is the food prices and portions. I ordered Large Macaroni & Cheese and got a small mac in a large bowl. When I put the small mac bowl next to the large it was the exact amount. When asking Alex for a bit more because I paid $13.77 he gave some resistance but the customer is always right so he finally gave in but it shouldnt take that. Instead of watching to see if people sleep you should be paying attention to the food portions and keeping the place clean. Only cool thing about Panera Bread is you can sit and chill ALL DAY as an UNLIMITED SIP CLUB MEMBER. THAT IS THE ONLY COOL THING ABOUT PANERA BREAD. MARK OF THE BEST 10 VINYL OUT NOW!

This was my first time and last time ordering from Panera Bread in Culver City. I ordered two steak sandwiches to be delivered. When I received them they barely had any meat.It looked like they sprinkler the meat onto the bread. Im very disappointed because the sandwiches were not cheap. Honestly every time I go Im like yes the food is so tasty cant wait. Then I feel like an idiot for how much I paid for very little food. A quarter of a sandwich and a cup of soup for 13 bucks.... Just doesnt feel good to me anymore. Ive been going here for years. But now theyre so many options out there with great quality and more for the money. Greendoor in BH is a great example.Update... Gave them another try and the portions are even smaller... I bet the employees arent getting paid with all that profit.... Even the chip bags are smaller. The only consistent thing is bagel n coffee. I went to Panera Bread in Culver City. I ordered the Chicken almond salad sandwich. I was very disappointed. I might as well ordered a tomato and lettuce sandwich. The tomatoes were cut in large slices top on with lots of lettuce. If you ever order this sandwich I guess you have to ask for extra chicken salad in the sandwich. Unfortunately I had issues eating here. Its too bad its in a nice area and the layout of the place is great. Unfortunately they use outdated products especially vegetables and give you extremely small portions. Complaints are not handled correctly and messages to corporate go unanswered. Check out some other review services and youll see some shocking stories. I mean the business no ill will but they need to clean it up and have a little more friendly staff. They also should be taught that the customer doesnt necessarily have to be always right but make it usually right.

I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do In Person to place an order or you can place an order online. You can choosewhich side order you want like Chips or Apple. And if you download the Panera Bread App you can get points for a free meal.

I wanted to rave about one of your employees, Deisy. I called your store on Tuesday when I realized that my catering order for 41 was noted in an email for the incorrect time. It said 5:45pm delivery instead of 11:45am delivery! (I am sure this was due to the time zone difference when I placed the order). I called your store at about 10:30am that same day in a panic and Deisy helped me solve the problem and drove the sandwiches to me personally. She really saved the day for our conference attendees. In today’s world of customer service issues, I wanted to be sure and praise Panera and Deisy. Thanks for making our first day of the conference start with a success!

This particular restaurant has gotten worse over time. I dont know if its new management but the employees have gotten sloppy & lazy. The food was excellent, the trainee was awesome smiling and greeting the trainer was very rude all she did was stare at me and when I asked her questions she didnt know the answers. And did not tell me till like 15-20 minutes later that I had to pick up my sandwich on the other side of the restaurant. Never been there before told her that but she just continued to stare at me. So dont go to this location unless you know about Panera if you do not know I wouldnt go. Also did not smile once just a continuous stare. But the food we got was excellent!

The Corn Chower was good at this location. The space itself was clean, stocked and wasnt too busy when we visited. The person at the counter was helpful with a question about a sandwich, but forgot to put mac n cheese on the order...no biggie, but the kids were a little disappointed. This Panera location was currently the most convenient one. There was previously one we could walk up the street to on Melrose.Orders are placed near the front with the cashier, who provides a pager to let you know when the order is ready at the pickup window. The coffee station is self service.We ordered two soups and a Greek Salad: a seasonal Squash Soup and an Onion Soup.The order was prepared quite fast. We found a nice booth for us to sit in. It took a few minutes for the crew to come around and clean off the table for us.The soups were very tasty and the salad was delicious...as well the accompanying bread of course...This location seemed to have a lot of homeless people nearby.

I ordered online for pickup, got to the location, and waited 23mins. I finally went to the window to ask what happened to my boss’s order and they said they ran out of soup. I understand that but why didn’t they tel me? The rest of the order was cold by the time they added a replacement and I had to reheat it in a microwave once I got back to the office. The staff was friendly but the coffee I wanted was out, it took 40 mins to get the food, and the sandwich was missing the egg on it. I feel the food is consistent across all nationwide locations i have visited. The interior of this location is nice and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and staff very nice.My only major negative which prevents me from ever coming back is the fact that the WIFi is so slow that a web page on a laptop can take minutes to load!So effectively at less that .5Mbps this means your LTE phone is 10x as fast and makes any laptop work you might try and accomplish that requires email or web access impossible.I have found other locations in LA that have much faster WIFI so it’s not all locations but only this one.They have a wonderful set of stools and roughly 15 stations with power outlets for laptops next to the windows with nice high back chairs, but given the wifi is so pitiful, I do NOT recommend anyone come here to try to do work if you need basic internet access.

I love this place especially the coffee membership. Its only $8.99 for a coffee a day and it works at any Panera location. Also the staff and management at this location go above and beyond to help their customers. I ordered French Onion Soup. It had absolutely no cheese or bread! I took it back to the counter and they stated they were out of those ingredients. I told them they shouldn’t have taken the order if that was the case. A very nice young lady replaced my soup with a a different one I chose and gave me a bigger size and two extra bags of chips. She apologized and was very gracious. This was the first time I’ve ever encountered a problem at this Panera and they made up for it. I will return as usual.

When I provided my order the cashier who seems to be the night shift supervisor, confirmed my order but when I received it, one of the orders was incorrect. The same cashier stated that theyre not allowed to alter one of the meals and mid sentence, just walked away. Came back and said, I dont know what you want me to do. I stated that all I needed was clear communication and not for you to just walk away. The bakery service is awful. The last day I went there, and I do mean the last, there were 3 people behind the counter. The young man was working, the 2 young women completely ignored me, the only person waiting to be helped. When I said something, they continued their personal conversation, and then ask what I wanted? She worked the register with attitude and her hand on her hip. The soups and salads are good here with many choices and combinations I also enjoy the variety of herbal teas they offer since I love hot tea.The breakfast choices include steel cut oats..yum..my favorite! Not fancy but clean good and nutritious.Ive been coming to this location for years, every now and then have had a challenging experience, but for the most part its been pretty good. Anybody can have a bad day every now and then... I love the location,parking is fairly easy; the restaurant is clean, the service is good. It is pretty centrally located between my home and the homes of friends so we meet here and have girl time and sometimes boy and girl time.Just relax.... and enjoy!

They DO NOT cancel your orders when asked to. I placed an order a couple days ago with my credit card and I called to cancel it. I was told that it was cancelled, so when I picked up my order, I only had one bag which I expected. However, now that I checked my account, the cancelled order is posted. Overall food was tasty and good customer service. The only problem is when I ordered toasted tuna sandwich, it was not toasted when order was ready. And I know the cashier put it on the order because it showed on the receipt. It is very important that the cook pays attention and does not miss those details of the order. I had poor experiences at other Panera locations but gave this one a shot because I was in the area and starving. The girl at the register was very sweet and bubbly. My order for take-out was very quick. Unfortunately thats where the positives end.The sandwich left something to be desired, especially for the price paid. Id like to take a moment and praise a particular employee that I met here today - his name is Fareed and he completely took me aback by his kind and welcoming demeanor. It was our first time at Panera Bread and he took the time to help explain the menu and the items to us (the broccoli cheddar soup was so scrumptious that I ordered it twice). He proceeded to take me through the process of obtaining a Panera card and was nothing but open and friendly the entire time. My experience with him coupled with the cozy interior and delicious food of this location made for an excellent first impression. I will absolutely come back here.

I ordered the chicken tortellini and the picture looked better than it tasted. The tortellini was honestly the best part of the whole meal because the chicken gave it such a dry and irrelevant flavor to the meal. I should have just ordered the cheese tortellini by itself without the chicken. The chicken was very wasteful and didnt bring anything to the plate.

However, something we have consistently noticed is the poor service at this location.
