Panera Bread in Redlands

Quality has really declined over the past couple years - another casualty of Covid, I guess. I always loved the mixed greens in my go-to salad, but now the base is just lettuce, and this last time they even forgot to add the chicken to it. Like another reviewer noted, the coffee pots are often empty or just about to be, so you might get half a cup of one roast and half a cup of something else unless you want to stand in line again and ask them to refill the coffee station. I used to love this place and still love their Ten Vegetable Soup, but next time Ill probably drive to the one in Rialto to see if its any better.

Was disappointed in food, staff was friendly and place was fine except padding is worn town in some places I sat down expecting cushion and hit wood. Nephews food came out hot kine was lukewarm at best, they do have a microwave you can use but I mean... soup should be hot... got their broc Mac n cheese was not good it was too soupy and flavor was not nice.

I really enjoyed dining at Panera. Their sandwich meals are good. Its a family friendly place. Its clean and pretty crowded. The employees behind the counter are working hard and seem organized. Great atmosphere. Enjoy

Orders are 8 out of 10 late, coffee is always out and you have to tell them so they can bring out a new one. They also run out of bagels by 830am. So if your in a rush or get bothered easy then skip this place.

Yikes this place is gross 🥴 everything is dirty..how is this even acceptable!? The staff used the same gloves she used to touch the register to grab the pastries we ordered. I told the manager about it and she did the same exact thing. Also, I was shocked that they just put the bread in the bag just like that without wrapping it. Wth 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love Rapid Pickup! I ordered my food online last night and picked it up first thing this morning. Panera is always clean, with friendly staff and of course, great food! Today I ordered a variety of seven sandwiches and two Greek salads. Everything was ready when I arrived at the designated time. As is always the case, the food was welcomed by all and tasted wonderful!

Delicious,fresh to order foods,drinks, pastries and deserts! Great friendly servers and lots of tables,booths and chairs-free WIFI too-doesnt get any better!We had their chicken salad,walnut cranberrySandwich and chicken Cobb special salad-topped off with a Madagscar vanilla bean latte-excellent experience!

It wasnt to bad, food was good, water was warm for my tea. Did have a pretty negative experience with the throttled internet speeds, I wasnt able to get some important work done, after I ate my meal. First Panera, that has dirt low speeds, and didnt allow me to do regular browsing and emails. I work and consume, this isnt a location that I can come to unfortunately.

It was clean and refreshing... thats always a plus !!! The food is good and the staff was pleasant... that will get my vote every time !!!
