Its really sad, I hope that all Panera Breads arent falling to the level this one has. Its been years since Ive been to a Panera Bread. I I just havent had the opportunity much. We decided to go to satisfy my wifes latest pregnancy craving macaroni and cheese to be fair her macaroni and cheese was excellent I had the broccoli whatever macaroni and cheese and it was horrible it was almost like there was some kind of a chemical sauce not even a cheese sauce on it I didnt finish it and I was sick the rest of the night wishing I hadnt eaten any of it the pastries I got and had later in the evening were wonderful the biggest disappointment wasnt the homeless person doing makeup, who had her Bicycle with her in the restroom and shoes in the sink when my pregnant wife was trying to use the restroom and then had to ask the lady to please remove her shoes so my wife could wash her hands. Or when an employee went into the bathroom (and obviously didnt wash your hands because you couldnt even get to the sink with the bicyclein there), and when she came out, we made a comment to her about the woman with the bicycle and shoes she said do you want me to tell the manager? Duh came to mind. The biggest disappointment was the irritated eye rolling manager that went to go talk to the lady and when the manager came out seemingly bothered by annoying complaining customers and didnt look at us, say hi, or anything. (like we were in her path of travel she had to workhard not to look at any customers) needless to say, 15 minutes later when we left, the homeless lady was still in the bathroom, or should I say house?One star for the awesome macaroni and cheese that my wife had and one star for the awesome pecan pastries I had for dessert that night.Oh, one more thing, the guy at the register with the great customer service really seem to go out of his way to make it sound like each of our orders came with a beverage and a side be it bread chips or Apple so I thought it was weird when I saw the additional charges for the beverages that we werent going to order, but since they came with it we went ahead and got. Its not a big deal, but our total order was over $50, and the overall experience was horrible. we have no intention of ever going to a Panera Bread again, but to be honest with you, I sure do miss those steak and egg bagels. Maybe I will be back one day...

Nice people. Food comes out slow, but the quality and presentation of it is well-worth the wait. Their sip club has saved me a tremendous amount of money.

I went through the drive thru. The young man that took my order was very nice. However my food; I was not happy with. I ordered the pick two; French onion soup and the half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The soup did not contain the cheese nor was I given croutons. The sandwich was not that great. I called to let them know but the response to me was like what do you want me to do and met with silence on the phone. I was asked to come back but I wasnt feeling well and as we all know the gas prices here in California are terrible. I work hard for my money and would like to get what I pay for.

I paid 10$ for a dingy flat “grilled cheese”. The bread was hard as a rock. This company has the audacity to charge 10$ for a stale sandwich and soup that wasn’t made in store. What made it worse they didn’t have chips, bread, or butter. I got croutons……… I sent my husband to get my food. That place was lucky I didn’t go. I would have went full Karen on them.

I have been through the drive twice now, with the worst customer service experience. Not to mention really slow. Ordered my food with the app. After a 20 minutes wait with only a few cars in front of me. They still mest up the order.

When I eat in, the quality of the food is fresh and flavorful. Take out not always the freshest lettuce in my salad. Its worth going in

When it comes to take out, make sure to check your food, I got my sandwich and drove back to work, supposedly bought a Chicken Sandwich but I got nothing but 2 slice of Tomato and Bread

This place is horrible! We ordered breakfast at the drive through. We sat there for over a half hour with just two cars ahead of us. After that the food was awful. What a inexcusable waste of time and money.

This shout out is for Missy. Not too long ago another customer was a bit rude to me, it wasn’t a terrible interaction, but it was rude. Missy totally jumped in and apologized and offered a complimentary pastry. She didn’t have to, but she did. What a recovery! What more can anyone ask for? Shout out again to you Missy. 👌🏽

I payed 6.99$ for the broccoli cheddar Mac n cheese and I get a cup of sauce not one Macaroni was in here. Also they didn’t give me sour dough or chips or an apple, I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to give you one of those. No napkins or utensils. There was like 6 girls working there and 1 car in front of me and they took awhile, I was waiting at least 10 mins. This is my second time coming here within 2 weeks and they keep messing up. I won’t be coming back because Panera is expensive for fast food and the food quality sucks here. They can’t even make a latte correct either. I was handed what looked like a cup of milk with a splash of coffee.
