I revised my review. Panera Bread Corporate contracted me immediately after reading my review. I feel better and they gave me a gift card for expressing my concerns.I am writing to express my with the experience I had at this location today. I arrived at approximately 5:22 p.m. and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, lightly warmed. Despite being the second person in line, I waited for 15 minutes without receiving my bagel. During this time, I observed several drive-through and large-order customers being served while my simple request remained unfulfilled.I suggest reassessing the counter setup to ensure bagels are readily available to counter staff. Additionally, I recommend prioritizing in-store customers to avoid lengthy wait times for simple orders.While I appreciate the friendly staff and clean environment, the inefficient service left me feeling overlooked and ultimately led me to leave without my bagel. I didnt request a refund.I primarily visit Panera Bread for bagels and fear a repeat of this experience. I hope you will consider my feedback and make the necessary changes to improve your service.

Was inside store yesterday speaking to a young lady about her life and work and the General Manager interrupts our conversation and doesn’t let us finish our conversation and forces the young lady to go outside. Also, I can see through the window and she was getting loud with the girl because people in the store were looking through the window. She was very disrespectful. And I spoke to the couple that was outside that heard everything tell me that the manager was threatening her And saying all these rude things which is inappropriate. She’s not skinny herself.need new management herefood wasn’t great waited 20 minutes For my food. Starbucks food is so much better than better quality

Well for one i was at the restaurant yesterday and saw the General Manager was yelling at this young lady outside. me and my boyfriend were trying to enjoy or lunch. she was accusing her of things and threating her. she works with customers and she wasn’t treating that young girl right. she was not letting the young lady talk or anything like she’s her mother.now for our lunch it was stale and wasn’t worth the prices. waited long for it. staff were ignorant

Firstly, its Panera Bread. You already know what expect.Ive been here several times now, as I live and work nearby. Ive yet to experience locked doors after business hours have begun, and poor service.I will say the food is great, and every si gle server Ive encountered was kind, polite, and focused.Although there is a Panera Bread closer to home, I will continue visiting this one.[EDIT: 11/04/2023] Esme is a role model customer service rep, and manage needs to recognize her as such. Attention to detail and customer care is unsurpassed.[EDIT: 11/25/2023] Updated my review because of the (pardon my expression) the piss-poor attitude this short Latino man gave me when he had to unlock the door for the morning. If this man wants to direct the anger of his life-events at the restaurants customers, this particular Panera Bread wont last long.As far as I can tell, Esme is the absolute only saving grace of this restaurant. Nevertheless, I wont be returning so long as the man with the bad attitude is employed there. And, will ensure my coworkers follow suit.

The General Manger is rude and disrespectful. l tried talking to hear and she wasn’t having it. if you can’t handle talking to customers get out of customer services. the floors and tables are always nasty.the use this red bucket filled with god knows what. it doesn’t clean. Bathrooms are always nasty men’s and women’s. they allow homeless people to hang out in there and make people uncomfortable .she thinks she knows it ALL. she is just a manger i own my own law firm. she’s a nobody. she talks about people behind there backs.

Newly built, good atmosphere, I come for lunch. There, new sandwiches are on point. Better than Subway hands down.

Waited over thirty minutes to get my order that was stated to be ready. Manager couldn’t have cared less and told me to cancel the order if it was taking too long. No customer service and poor management

This Panera is brand new, place is nice, service was great. Food tasted very good. They have ap order and pickup also, including a drive thru. Definitely coming back for lunch.

Food and service are very good. Restaurant is very clean and there is plenty of of free parking.

Went for that charged lemonade the strawberry mint is amazing couldve drank like 2 more.
