Ordered from doordash and we only got a half order of grilled cheese, no turkey sandwich, and no salad. Ordered again and we got soup without ordering soup. How do you mess up such a simple order.

Not very busy, but it took a long time to order. They were out of many things. I didnt get the drink or the bread I ordered. I got the macaroni and cheese and the cup was only half full. I do not recommend this Panera Bread.

Panera Bread management needs to offer higher pay to attract workers. Did a Rapid Pickup order and got the notification that it was ready. Went there and they did not even start making my order. Had to wait 15 minutes. The couple of workers were backed up with a long todo list. Seriously the management needs to hire more people with attractive pay.

It’s December 7th 10:15am. My son and I weso in to have breakfast. The first thing is that I had to repeat our more than once. Also I had to ask for fresh coffee as what they had was old and cold. 20 minutes later still no food so I went back to find my sandwich sitting there not made the way I asked for which was only toasted and my sons order wasn’t even made as the two employees a blonde and brunette were both working in the one guys order together even though it was only a couple of sandwiches and he was flirting with them and they had no idea on anyone else waiting for their food either. So I asked her why my sandwich was cold and the other not made and she rolled her eyes and said I will do it now. You better believe I stayed watching as I didn’t trust her. I will NEVER go back as this is the one of many times u was treated this way. The Panera in Citrus Heights is excellent!

Panera has excellent breads & salads-the oatmeal is pretty good, too! The restaurant is always clean and picked up. The options for healthy choices are also plentiful. We tend to eat there for breakfast, but have also eaten lunch there, too. My main issue with this new iteration is the ordering system. Gone are the days where the was interaction between customer and staff and ordering was simple. At this moment, I truly dislike the easy automated system and wish it either changed or eliminated. For my dysfunctional brain (apparently) it is organized in a counterintuitive fashion and what used to be a simple order came out opposite of what I wanted-my bad.

I added “Sliced Bacon” and “extra Buffalo Sauce” to the “Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt”. Sandwich was too dry even with the extra sauce. Not much chicken, I should have ordered extra meat if that’s an option. Tiny shreds of chicken. Bread was good but not $15 good.This was my first visit to Folsom location. Entrance faces East looking at the two story parking structure. The West side is facing the street “Via Sole” but it’s not the entrance and a sign directs you through the outdoor eating area to the back door which is the main entrance. So back is front and front is back. Got it. I’ll give the chain another try at a different location.

The ladies at the register were sweet and conversational which is nice because theyre not just trying to take your order. Food is always fresh and delicious, great presentation and ambiance. Id highly recommend this place for any time to be alone or to socialize!

The salad was delicious. It was what I would expect at any Panera location. However, I have always found the service at the front counter at this location lacking. They didn’t have any large cold drink cups. The restaurant did not appear to have been cleaned after what was probably a busy lunch hour (I arrived at 1:30 PM). The restaurant was too cold. The parking situation is horrible. I know that’s an issue for the mall, but it impacts your ability to easily visit this restaurant.

Went to their Folsom location to get my usual take out Napa Chicken Salad sandwich which I have had on many occasions and a side of fresh fruit. The sandwich had way more lettuce put on it than it had any Chicken Salad on it and looked like it was thrown together in less than 5 seconds...and the Fresh Fruit side order included very few small pieces of assorted fruit in a cup a little larger than what they usually put a side of salad dressing in...hardly a side portion for $3.50 (pictured when opened)...I have been there before many times, but wont be going back there again after this total rip off.

My experience with Panera Palladio is the staff doesnt wash and cut away bad romaine lettuce I ordered a bread bowl of soup and they put in more sourdough bread and not a stick of butter for delivery. I also ordered coffee with almond milk for delivery and I got coffee with no almond milk so black coffee What is going on with Folsom? Roseville Panera is on point but you have not trained your staff in Folsom to be restaurant service people.

I’m never getting food from this location again. I literally go to Panera bread once a week and get the Mac from the location in rocklin ..was feeling under the weather today so I decided to go to my local Panera in Folsom and they gave me soggy Mac ..and not just mine but my daughters Mac was soggy as well ..it was like it was carried over from the day before .. the texture was disgusting the cheese was hardly there ..I definitely won’t be going back to this location

Im traveling on a solo road trip across the Country and Ive stopped at many Paneras along the way. As a digital nomad i am always looking for a great stopping point to work for the day, and this location was one of my favorites. In fact i spent two days here. The ambiance was perfect, my food orders were delicious, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, wall sockets are limited, and many are so damaged that they can barely hold a plug (fire hazard?). Otherwise i loved this place and would highly recommend it for other digital nomads out there.

Guess its a sign of the times. Slightly higher prices and smaller servings. This location is nice except when theres no parking when its busy to get in and out fast. But what was really annoying was that there were $5 October coupons all over the Internet (which prompted our visit) for orders over $25 but none worked and provided no explanation as to why. Still good food tho. Some of the kids working there could use a bit an attitude adjustment as I felt as tho I was bothering them by ordering. We ordered two salads - exactly the same and no special requests - and the guy left us in the middle of the order to let someone else finish it. Then they screamed my name when I was literally the only person in the waiting area.

I love this cafe! I have a monthly subscription! It is in this cafe at the address that we are for the first time, it is clear that it is new, clean, pleasant, networked! Suitable for all ages! There are chairs for the kids in the room! You can either just drink coffee or buy it, the service is fast, modern, the ladies are given a sensor and how it works, go for food! Today we ate pizza, it was good! I recommend this cafe by subscription.

Slow service, incorrect order, bathroom not stocked. Walked in and ordered 6 bagels (sliced, toasted, and buttered) and a scone to go from kiosk. Waited 30 minutes for my order and 2 people who had ordered after me (and had more complicated orders) got their food first. It was not busy (only 4 tables) and online ordering was out of service so no reason for the delay. Went to the bathroom while waiting and stalls were completely out of toilet paper. Once I finally got my order the bagels were not buttered and there was no butter in the bag. Employees were polite but this location obviously needs better management.

Isabel is a Rock Star!! Love this Panera! The manager and staff are very kind and helpful. I ordered over the phone and Isabel was so helpful. She got my order 100% right and offered me options when my they were out of cinnamon rolls. She kept me up to date when it took a little longer (5 mins) than we thought and came out to deliver it ASAP. My grilled sandwich was still hot! Thanks Isabel!!

I LOVE this place! The people working there are so nice and professional! At lunch rush I have seen them pull it off with amazing skill! No one complaining, food was prepped, and to the people in an amount of time that made my jaw drop! I was at the door leading outside, and i was at the register(by 7 minutes), ordered, and my food was ready by 5 minutes from them! THAT is how a restaurant is ran! Everyone working there should seriously get a raise! I am not joking, and i hope headquarters sees this and does something like a raise or something! I know if I was in corporate or headquarters, they would have is in a heartbeat because they certainly deserve it! They feel like a friend when I go there, and I go A LOT! I wont ever stop going there! I look forward to seeing the employees and enjoying a healthy, perfectly made, and superb meal! PLEASE never change this place! It is a gem! Location is good, right off of 580 on First St. The layout of the dining room is kind of whacked and loops all the way around the restaurant. Counter person was very helpful and friendly. The manager on shift was not unfortunately. She questioned me having my coffee subscription when it wasnt ringing up correctly. Once that was corrected, I requested whipped cream on top of my iced coffee. Was told I couldnt have it because of the type of lid they have. When I asked to take off lid and remove enough to fit whipped cream, I overheard manager say, seriously? Not very professional or customer service oriented.

They willfully ignored calls.. the phone was ringing off the hook, and the AGM refused to provide the number for the GM. If you’re not able to handle Curbside, why not just turn it off. I used to enjoy Panera but feel like they just keep going downhill while their prices go up and up. They advertise like crazy telling us how fresh and real their food is but it doesnt taste that way to me now. Everything tastes like its processed and weighed to be precise, the manufactured food service feeling. A couple years ago it actually tasted like fresh baked bread with nice ingredients for sandwiches. Not worth the time or cost now.

Ordered by mobile a soup with bread bowl, never got my bread bowl, because of previous bad experience with manager was afraid to ask to check receipt so I just paid for another bowl, apparently ended up paying for bread bowl twice and they didn’t even cut through the bread, just gave me the chunk of it as is so I had to cut it myself for the soup. Lots of happy memories made here. Folsoms Panera Bread is constantly fresh, delivering equally healthy and delicious food to their customers. I recommend the roasted turkey, apple, and cheddar sandwich, or the napa almond chicken salad sandwich. Both are great options. The place is kept very clean, and the line is never too long. Overall, its a great place for lunch.

Ive never had them mess up in order and I work in a local office building and one of their breakfast sandwiches was an everyday purchase for me for 7 months of my pregnancy with my daughter 2 years ago. Least to say, they dont make mistakes and, if they do they make it right.I feel a little bad about this review right now because I didnt realize what I had in this little Panera store until I experienced the customer service at the local Noahs bagels. Just choose Panera over Noahs.

My issue was they dont except $50 bills. It was a special order for my best friend who had just given birth. I had to drive all the way to the nearby CVS to break my bill and they didnt even make my order like I asked before leaving. Brought my little girl for mommy daughter girls lunch. Super-bummed the only vegan, gluten-free option of the delicious black bean soup was not on the menu. You might have difficulty finding its main entrance as it is almost hidden, next to the parking deck. Otherwise it is conveniently located, easy to spot from E Bidwell Dr. For some reason there was no music playing, it felt awfully quiet. Other than that, no complain what so ever.

While I love Panera Bread, this is one of my least favorite locations: disorganized and messy. Objectively, the quality of the food has been good-to-very-good everytime; but the service and atmosphere are not, in my opinion, on par with other Panera Bread locations.

The tomato mozzarella sandwich here is definitely my favorite. I enjoy the quality of the food here, ranging from the salads to the sandwiches. The place as a whole feels natural, adding a pleasant touch to the food being eaten.
