Panera Bread in Clovis

Panera Bread at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis has become a favorite spot for me, particularly for its comforting tomato soup and the savory Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. These dishes have a special place in my culinary preferences, consistently delivering in both taste and satisfaction.One of the most welcoming aspects of this location is the staff. Every visit is greeted with warm smiles and friendly service, making each dining experience feel personal and inviting. The efficiency of the service here is noteworthy; from placing an order to receiving my meal, the process usually takes just about 10-12 minutes. This swift service, combined with the warmth of the staff, makes for a delightful visit every time.The tomato soup at this location deserves a special mention. It always tastes fresh, with a rich flavor that soothes the soul. Paired with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, it creates a meal that is both filling and gratifying. Additionally, the Pick Two option is a perfect choice for someone like me who enjoys variety without feeling overly stuffed.Cleanliness is another aspect where this Panera Bread excels. My first time going there for a late lunch after 2:00 P. M. Ordered the chicken caeser salad and it was excellent with bread. They had a lot of great choices for a variety of meals and appetizers. Very satisfied. Clean Atmosphere and great staff. Order didnt take that long.

My first time at Panera, and I have to say they have a huge menu that can be a bit overwhelming and doesnt describe any of the items... its pretty pricey for the portion sizes. The food was very good, but I wouldnt recommend the panera secret sauce it was way too sweet for my liking. The soup, on the other hand, was excellent.. I had the broccoli cheddar soup.

To me, Panera has always been a restaurant that was mentioned by friends as a great place to eat. For the price, it is. I got a drink, duet (1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup) French baguette and a cinnamon roll for 11.96. It is worth mentioning I got the baguette for free. However, the food I paid for filled me up and the roll was an added bonus. The place gives a coffee house vibe and it is enjoyable to sit and relax while on a computer doing work. The thing is, while I was sitting here for about 45 minutes, I began to notice that the floors and tables were not the cleanest. A lot of the tables still had crumbs on them and the floors had pieces of paper and some food. However, I do not think that it was all that bad as I did see the staff actively trying to clean the floors (not so much the tables). Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend. I would tell them to try all the charged drinks and mix them together!

Service was bad. Cashier spent at least 20 minute on one customer. There were over 10 people in line, 3 of them left. When we place our order and complained about how the cashier need help, she stated that she didnt care and her job was just to take orders. Due to her attitude, we left. Will never be back. Went to Deli Delicious. Glad we did. No problems there.

The staff was very friendly but our experience with the food was REALLY bad..The avocados in our turkey BLTs were hard as rocks and also had some skin from the pit. We ordered 3 BLTs and they all had that issue. Then when I went to eat my apple I saw that it was rotten with some mold in the center. Yuck!If I would’ve seen that apple before I ate the sandwich I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish my meal. We spent over $50 there so needless to say..we were very disappointed.

I came here with my church family. And we were all very happy with the food and service. Clean with an upbeat atmosphere. Employees were kind and helpful. I definitely recommend.

MESSY, LAZY, DIRTY! Stay away from this location! Reminds me why I never dine at corporate restaurants! Look how my meal was served to me! I also paid over by 70 cents because they didn’t have change at the counter. So they get to profit even more? That doesn’t make sense. Imagine how much money they took from customers. The kitchen area by bathroom was FILTHY. Bathroom was dirty. Workers filled up their own drinks and didn’t bother to clean up drink station. Kind of embarrassing. The amount of filth in this place is shocking. I won’t be surprised if I get food poisoning. Imagine how they handle our food. 🤢🤮

I actually give another try for Panera bread at a different location and unfortunately I ran to the same problem I’ve seen at a different branch, lack of customer service and mismanagement. Delay in ordering and delivering excellent customer service to clients especially during peak hours when people have limited time to go on lunch

As an older lady, it is always refreshing to experience kindness when out in public. Around 4 pm, we were greeted with a cheery voice and a great smile. We put our orders in and found a table. Buzz buzz, our order was ready for pick up. The food was wonderful. The soda machine was out of order, so they were offering free cold bottled water. The environment was clean and quiet background music played. It was a good time.
