For the price of the smoky buffalo chicken melt, I’d of expected atleast for the sandwhich to have a decent amount of chicken but it’s 85% bread 15% chicken and cheese. Would recommend other menu items, but location was nice.

It was our first time dining at Panera. We ordered You Pick 2. We had pepperoni pizza and home style chicken noodle soup. Baguette which came with the soup was warm and toasty. With butter, you cant ask for more. The soup was good as well. Pepperoni pizza was good but we were not able to finish it because we are not big eaters. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good vibes, great place to people watch and study. Iced coffee is good and so are the soups. Sandwiches are okay, but I mostly come here for coffee, so it doesnt bother me. Lots of seating, both inside and out.

Panera has been one of my daughters favorite eateries! Mine too! Especially for their fresh souffles that go quickly in the mornings!🌞She ordered the new mac n cheese sandwich and loved it! I had the chicken chipotle sandwich and I liked the touch of heat in it! Yummy!🤩😋😋😋

My food was really good, and Panera is consistent with the quality of their food. The bill is the only problem I had. 2 orders of the u pick 2 with 2 drinks and a bag of cookies was $51.50. Thats a lot for soup and a 1/2 sandwich.

This Panera Bread was disappointing. First of all, it seems as their prices have gone up a whole lot. Almost $20 for a pick-two or $5 for a cookie.The place was messy, I had to clean the table where I sat and service wasn’t great.I won’t be returning to this location at least.

Panera Bread that we used to go to in Burbank closed unfortunately so we checked this one out. The price you see on the order page via Google Maps is identical to the in store price for pickup, and when I went in, I was able to use the kiosk/tablet to place an order seamlessly. Upon ordering, I saw my name shown on a screen to indicate that its being worked on, and it came out within 10 min. I ordered three things, one specifying no sesame seeds and that came out great but they left out a bread from the order. I suppose it was a rushed mistake. Other than that, the place had many seats available, street parking was okay with meters. Peeking at the pastry section, it looked almost empty, around 5:30pm. I suppose most went out during the brunch time. I enjoyed the food and Id suggest ordering in advance so you can just grab and go next time!

This is a tough one. 3 Coffee urns basically empty. 2 other urns w/ lukewarm coffee. Chipotle flat bread served lukewarm. When I notified the kitchen - excuse was “we’ve been calling your name” so basically, it wa my fault I got a lukewarm flatbread? Guess so. I used to go to the Panera in Glendale regularly. Will I return to this Panera with so oh oh m any other choices in walking distance ? Not likely. As a side note; I’ve worked in fast food restaurants and never told a customer, “we called your name a couple times and maybe that’s why your food is not hot.🥺.

This location has issues with getting the order correct. Check your order and bag before you take it and leave. I went inside I ordered a gift card, bagel, cranberry orange muffin and brownie. I pointed out the muffin and brownie I wanted and she picked them up and I thought she put them both in the bag. On the way home I reached in the bag to find the brownie and it wasnt there. Even though the receipt says if we dont get it right let us know, I wasnt about to turn around and go back there. When I got home I realized the bagel was old because it wasnt soft and crunchy it was hard. Its softened up a little bit in the toaster oven but it was not palatable so in the garbage it went.Two stars for the orange cranberry muffin which was delicious and the Chive onion cream cheese. Again check your order before you leave !!!!!!!!!!!

Plus Electric outlets are broken.It doesnt work.One more thing.The store wasnt clean. Ive always like the food here, very cozy and the soups are comforting. Id avoid using their self ordering kiosks as they can be a little finicky, or sometimes the order wont go through at all.The sink cookies are amazing!

-Often missing key ingredients (no chipotle aioli, full-sized tomato instead of cherry)-this locations in-house baked goods can be prone to taste yeasty-could use a little more cooking time on toasted items- time spent per order is presented as a very important stat to workers and I feel that could be impacting overall quality.aside from that, the portions are just fine, and the food is usually good. not worth the price but that’s classic panera. maybe just make sure everything looks good before you leave the pickup counter.

The past two times Ive ordered pick ups at this Panera my order has been about 5-10 minutes late each time. If it wasnt the closest Panera to me, I would go elsewhere. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was okay. But the service wasnt 5 stars because of the tardiness of my order being ready.

I ordered an item on their menu that suppose to contain bacon and cheese with egg. All I got was egg. Got a drink and soda machine was down and other drink refreshers wasnt right. I usually tend to eat here for breakfast before work but guess wont getting food here anymore. Cashier needs to repeat and pay attention to orders and if soda station is down, please advice customers about it.

Great service! I have no complaints! Ive had bad experiences in Paneras recently. It seems that they forget to take care of the orders that come from fast lane kiosks but in this restaurant, my breakfast bagel arrived pretty fast. The staff were helpful and friendly. I spent almost half a day here to study and of course drink a lot of tea! I like the environment. The staff constantly were cleaning and attending the customers. Altogether, I had a good experience.

I love this place. Im a member of the Unlimited Sip Club so every now and then I get my free coffee or tea. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Team members are overall polite and upbeat. The wide variety of healthy foods such as salads, soups and sandwiches are astounding. My favorite is the Lemon Chicken Orzo soup. It’s a flavor delight. I’m blessed to have 2 or 3 close by to my place. There’s free WI-FI and bathrooms are always clean.

Drive to a different Panera. I got a bread bowl here and had three spoonfuls of soup and the rest was bread. I went to the front and asked nicely if it was too much trouble to get a little cup with a little more soup because of that and they came back at me right away not believing me and saying they always put 8oz in and showed me the 8oz cup. I said I didn’t get anywhere near that. I love Panera bread bowls, I get them all the time, but this customer service was so poor. I just had a meal of bread.

I used to frequent this location very frequently (nearly every day) because of their iced tea and bagels. Its what I would order 90% of the time. However, the iced tea is now very inconsistent (sometimes mistakenly mixed with the flavored tea, sometimes its gone bad, etc) and e quality of the bagels has gone down hill.I still occasionally visit this location as it is the only one near my house and they are the only place that has good Jalapeno Cheddar bagels (& their asiago Bagels are made the best), but I know it is a gamble, so typically choose somewhere else that is farther away.Many Paneras in other locations still have great plain black iced tea and wonderful bagels!

Ordered a bagel warmed with cream cheese spread this morning. They charge you extra for this at least $2.99 I believe. I gave them a good in-store review on their in-store review system explaining how friendly the guy was. Got to work with my breakfast with no cream cheese spread, my bagel was not cut in half, and it was not warmed. This was my whole breakfast really disappointed my day. Seems like it should be a company policy not to do this, especially if you charge extra. Im also starving my whole shift, and I dont think thats fair to do to another worker because you dont want to do your job. They could have at least thrown the cream cheese in the bag if they didnt want to warm it I dont see why I had to lose out on both.

I liked this place and today I walked in without the face mask, like usually happens to a lot of people. One of the employees called me on that, but I couldnt find my mask. I asked the girl behind the counter if you had extra masks for customers and she said no, we dont in such a cold fasion that made feel unwanted. Shame on you Panera, you rather loose a sale on bread and keep a customer happy having lunch and delicious coffee than keeping a box of cheap face masks in casa a customer forgets or looses the mask.

I got for breakfast souffles they were not ready when I went to pick them up on time. I was told Id have to come back in a half hour. They had a mix-up with delivery, they had a lot of orders, all kinds of excuses. They did offer me a free coffee or cookie or muffin for the inconvenience. I did go back and 1/2 hour to get my order. I told them they should have texted me to tell me my food was not going to be ready on time and when I should have come in to pick it up. I wouldve given a 2 star or even 1 if I hadnt met the Manager. The guy was so exceptional that I must give 5 stars.I went there for lunch after a business meeting. No one bothered to take my orders even when they saw me waiting. All the servers were talking to each other. Then someone showed up grumpy. After I paid for the order, I asked if I had the birthday treat since my birthday was two days earlier. The grumpy face with grumpy voice said no since I didnt come to the store on my birthday. I was out of town and also before Id get it in the same month. I didnt say anything and moved to the dining area to eat. When I finished and was about to take my dirty dishes to the trash, I was approached by the Manager who offered to take dishes. I mentioned about the birthday treat. He went to the pastry area and gave me one with a smile. That smile is customer service. If I ever come back to Studio City, Ill definitely go there simply because of the customer service provided by the Manager.

The wait times here are super slow. Especially when there’s a rush of people. There was even one time where we waited probably close to 30 min for an order of 2 to go. Since they closed the one down on Ventura in Sherman Oaks - this is the next closest one. Prices haven’t changed, meaning it’s a littler pricey for what you get. Service is usually good so no major complaints there. Just... if you go in to order for takeout, you’re better off ordering beforehand online. Also, double check your order before you head out as there have been a couple times where our order was not right or something was missing.

My friend and I always meet at the Studio City location for breakfast. Usually once a month. The food is great. The service is great. My only complaint is the blender they use to make smoothies is so loud you cant have a conversation when its running. Its like an air plane. Vegamatics are loud but at least put a plastic container around it so the noise it makes is workable.Love your menu!!

Super disappointed in what 13.00 got me here. I ordered the pick 2. Wanted some chicken soup which was good and 1/2 grilled cheese with tomato and substituted the bacon with the dollar extra avocado. As you can see by the photo the portion was miniscule and the tomato was not a fresh tomato. No value here will not return. It was tasty and staff was attentive. Not looking for large portions but left here hungry.

Genuinely didn’t feel safe at one point when a man next to my table kept cursing at his laptop and seemed like he was going to explode in rage at any minute. I used to work at Panera and I dont know what it is about the Studio City location, but they are completely dropping the ball. Ive ordered ahead, in store, and with the manager too, and every single time it comes out wrong or looks absolutely awful. Go to a different Panera, theyre not all bad, but this one is HORRRRIBLE.

I`m a regular customer of Panera, but this location is horrible. Orders for pickup are never done on time, so I have to wait even if I placed my order online. The workers look constantly dissatisfied and any request is perceived as if they are doing you a favor. Seems like management doesn`t care at all.2 stars instead of 1 only because they have a parking lot and a nice terrace.

I used Panera Bread for my wedding in October! The food was incredible! Everyone is still raving about how amazing it was. We got the Lemon Chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, Tri-tip with chimchurri sauce (incredible by the way), and mixed veggies. It exceeded our expectations! This is a nice place to spend some time, meet with someone or get work done—nice ambience and not too loud. But something weird has been going on with the food for the last couple of months or so. Nearly every order I place here comes out wrong. If it’s just a single pastry, it’s fine... but pastas sandwiches come out with half the ingredients missing or switched out for something else. It’s started to be almost funny to lift the wrong bread to find the right meat for the sandwich I ordered, but absolutely no other ingredients. Just some meat on the wrong type of bread. The most common missing ingredient seems to be cilantro—anything that’s supposed to come with cilantro will absolutely never be served with cilantro. Drinks are also hard to come by—a pick-up order that includes a drink is almost as likely to have no cup as no cilantro. It’s a close battle.The most recent baffling mix-up was a Baja Mac & Cheese with no modifications at all. That was the only item in the order. Instead, I received a mac & cheese with an alarming amount of bacon on top and nothing else.These orders wherein maybe 20-30% of the elements are correct and the rest either missing or substituted with something else have happened to me at least 5 times now. On two of these occasions I was offered a free pastry as an apology, but the rest of the time I just get confusion, and a little extra wait time while someone remakes the order.The corner of my mind that occasionally entertains wild conspiracy theories sometimes asks whether it’s personal. Does someone here just really want to cause me mild inconvenience? But that only seems as likely as the theory that someone putting together these orders just really hates cilantro and will not touch the stuff under any circumstances. Not impossible, but also not probable.It’s a shame because the building itself is very nice, and close to my workplace. And I’m not a very picky person, either. If I were, I wouldn’t have continued returning to a business that has gotten my order wrong this many times. But for the prices, I’m not really inclined to come here anymore. At least not for a while—maybe this is just one very confused employee, and everything will go back to normal once that person has moved on. Who knows. But I feel fairly confident that as it stands, anything more complicated than putting a pastry in a bag is not going to be right on the first try.

This is a great place to have a meeting with associates. Noise level is manageable, music is at a low level if on at all so if you want to sit with your own tunes and a cup of coffee, you wont have much interference. There is also patio seating for those who like sit outside. There is some sound coming from the adjacent parking lot, but one could get used to that.

I placed a catering order on Friday from here and the food was suposed to be ready by 800 am Sunday. When we arrived at around 830am to pick up our order, it was not ready because our order was misplaced by the employee that took down the order. We called the manager, Maynor and he was on it right away. To our surprise, our order was ready in 15 minutes. Everything was prepared correctly as ordered. The manager was very apologetic.

This Panera is very lovely and has a huge comfortable outdoor seating area. The dining room has sections of booths and tables so you can dine in quiet and comfort. Fresh baked breads and pastries and soups, salads, sandwiches are all freshly made.

I called to adjust my Postmates order. They couldn’t find it despite it showing it was being prepared. Then the woman started talking very fast so I couldn’t get a word in and said “Have a nice day” sarcastically and hung up on me. This store needs some new staff who understand what customer service means to Panera Bread as a brand as I have usually had positive experiences at other Panera Bread locations across the country.

The bread at Panera is wonderful. Problem is, I ordered a tuna sandwich and was told the tuna was albacore, but in fact it was dark brown. So if you are going to use crappy tuna, then dont charge so much for your sandwich. And have your employees know what albacore tuna is for starters. But if you just want bread, its the best in the neighborhood.

This place is amazing! The place is great to study in and it has free WiFi. One time, after I ordered, the order took a little longer than usual (it was ok because I was focused on my math homework) and the kind waiter offered a free pastry even though I only waited 15 min. This place is really concerned about customer happiness. If you enjoy kind service, great food, and a amazing enviorment, this place will not dissapoint!

Overprices sandwiches lacking in content or flavor. You can get as good a meal/sandwich at Burger King for a tenth the price. The by-the-loaf bread isnt bad - but nothing to write home about. Compared to a place like Porto, in Burbank, which has spectacular quality and is always packed, for a reason, Panera is really sad, and, as I said, vastly overpriced for what you get.
