Ive eaten samiches here before and it was great. Their bread is amazing. The strawberry mint tea is the best but...their chicken on the chicken Ceasars salad was nasty. It had a fishy taste to it. Not good at all. The rest of the salad was good.

Ordered online and the whole process was quick and easy. Lunch time is very busy here but the order was ready within 10 minutes, I think thats pretty fast after seeing how many customers were dining in and picking up. I chose curbside pickup, my order was brought out immediately upon check in. Stickers are placed on all items sealed for your protection. Staff was friendly and order was correct. My family tried the chipotle chicken, margherita and pepperoni flatbreads...could use a little more cheese and it gets cold quickly but still tasted good.

The service was fine, and everyone was very friendly. The reason for the low rating is due to the fact that the portion sizes have significantly decreased, while the prices have not. So long as this continues, I will not be returning.

Ive ordered take out with them before, having not had the opportunity to sit down in store for the first time up until just recently, and it really only adds to the worth of your meal when you get to sulk in the comforting atmosphere of their dining area that is lively and welcoming. The food is made to perfection every single time, their craft mastered in serving the same delicious meal in solid repetition. This is the place to go for sandwiches, salads, and baked goods, with coffee and lemonades refillable to you during your stay. If I could give six stars, Id do so in a heartbeat.

I had my favorite sandwich, which was Great, could use a little fluffing of the turkey, but otherwise same as always. However the tomato soup which I also always get, was not the same. VERY THICK, I mean marinara thick. It shouldnt stand up when stirred. The new salad with Lime dressing wasnt amazing per the servers rexommendadtions, just okay. I had to get something to make it taste better, and the dressing mixed with a Fuji dressing was WAY better....try it. I do like the drink choices, and with a 22.00 bill would expect clean tables. Thanks for the plug to charge my phone though! Ill try it again, but maybe in a few months, I cant not to spend so much on the regular.

I’ve always enjoyed Panera! The southwest chicken salad is the best aside from their Mac and cheese! I haven’t experienced bad customer service. In fact, I placed a mobile order and they were only late by 5 minutes, I didn’t care but they gave me two free drinks for my “troubles”. They have good coffee and their cold lemonades are amazing!

I had used th kiosk to place my order. My kiddo grabbed the cups while I was paying. Turns out their payment system was down and I didnt have cash. I felt bad that we had already touched the cups and wasnt sure what to do. The manager told us not to worry and let us get drinks anyways. We came back after ordering online and enjoyed a tasty lunch! The crew was also working hard to keep everything going despite the issues!

What has happened to Panerai? Long wait to order. Only one person taking orders yet I counted 5 people scurring about behind the counters. Once ordered it took almost 15 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich. Few customers eating in but I saw large orders being take out. Looks like poor management.

Would totally give less stars. On my first time ever trying this establishment there was a hair in my food baked between the grilled Mac and cheese!! So gross! Couldn’t even stomach the place after that! Needless to say I will never come back!! Make your employees do something about there hair!!!

What can I say, always a fan of the potato soup. Add the the French loaf and Im in heaven. Dont even need a spoon. They keep the place clean despite the business. Service is good, also despite the business. The line can be slow at busy times, but they do try to keep it moving. But the food is always worth it. Parking is a little issue. with all of the other popular businesses around, it could be tough. But you cant complain about being busy.

So today I ordered lunch online for pickup at this location for my wife, her sister, and myself. I picked it up at the store then went home. When I got home I realized that they forgot my wifes lunch order. She called and explained the situation to the manager. He kindly offered to give her a whole sandwich instead of the half we ordered and a bowl of soup instead of a cup like we ordered. I drive all the way back to the store and he greets me by name and was extremely nice. He gave me my wifes order and then asked me if I wanted a large drink for my trouble. I went and filled up the drink and as I was leaving the manager was at the door. He said, I know you got family at home take this to share and it was a large pastry. This is customer service at its finest! Good job on the manager and on the store.

Being Greeted by the employees as you walk in is very important. Make one feel like they are liking their jobs, which sends out a positive message. Everyone greets you as you enter. Today, I had the ciabatta breakfast sandwich, with a pecan swirl, and a coffee. I sat in my truck and enjoyed my meal. Was made as shown. Will order again, and will visit this location again. I took my daughter for breakfast 9/6/20, which during covid is a rare event unless its take-out or pick-up. We ordered and the espresso machine for some of the specialty coffees wasnt working. This was ok, no problem, but our next step to outside seating was bad. Tables are well separated, but they were all dirty. Like dry soda spills and food crumbs. The first table we came to had ants running around. The second table by the side of the building is under the eves were birds droppings are present. We didnt stay for long, but it didnt seem like anyone was in charge of outside sanitation, which isnt too healthy during a pandemic. A note, the breakfast wraps very good. My opinion, someone should be assigned for one purpose only, walk around with a squirt bottle of disinfectant, spraying doorknobs, tables and countertops. Also keeping the restrooms sanitized, keep the trash emptied.

Went here to celebrate a friends birthday today and was really disappointed with our food. His French Onion Soup tasted old and my roast beef sandwich had only one thin slice of roast beef and it was only on one side of the sandwich. The other side was empty. Just bread. Dont think Ill be back. That meal cost $40. Next time, Ill go across the way to Chilis.

I just door dashed an order of 2 flatbread pizzas and a half tuna salad sandwich totaling $30.00. The food got here in only 40 minutes but the pizza was harder than a rock and the tuna sandwich might have had a tablespoon of tuna. By far my worst food experience. I have a 20 year old living here who couldnt even eat the pizza. Needless to say Im done with Panera bread. Rough. I got a $10 certificate from a family member who lives by a location 2 hours away and it turns out to be location specific. Went there on a date with my wife and got a brownie that was hard as rocks, I mean brittle. Got the sandwich soup combo and a salad with the brownie......nothing good to say except no food poisoning. Small portions, nothing special and not a bargain. We ended up getting another dinner somewhere else -I am 6 foot, 160 pounds, and a lite eater. This was on a Friday evening with a less than 1/2 packed place. The other location wont give a refund so what I have is a $10 paperweight that can not even hold paper.

So disappointed in this place. This is my 3rd time going in where customer service was bad or they didnt have something available. This time, it was breakfast. No eggs and no gift cards available. Recently went to get Bagels for a meeting and they didnt have any Cream Cheese. I used to go here a lot but when service started going downhill I stopped going. Most Paneras are alike -- very much so. Best coffee around or in top 3 at least. Lately they have the national embarrassment of tainted cream cheese. Locally they began to serve a different brand. They ran out of that and now have no individual servings of cream cheese !! How hard can it be for a bagel place to find cream cheese !!?? This is crazy. While Im at it, their breads are mostly tough and hard to chew -- should be softer. Broc cheese soup is always good. Maybe they can have Amazon deliver cream cheese ??

Not only was my rapid pickup not ready at the specified time I ended up having to spend 20 minutes in line just to find out that my order would have been made yet want to cancel my order find out I have to wait 10 business days for it to be transferred back to my debit card on top they did nothing to try and make things right just a half hearted sorry. I highly recommend the subway next door expecially if youre needing quick service.
