Probably the best tasting pizza Ive had in a while. Ingredients seem to be fresh. Its best to use coupons to save a few dollars.

I ordered a stuffed pizza with some add ons and the gave me the entirely wrong pizza. I couldnt see what it was missing until we cut in due to it being stuffed. When I called to let them know I had someone elses pizza the only resolution was to drive back and return my pizza. I asked if I could instead give me a discount and was told no, I complained and they then hung up on me.

Sadly the store looks really bad now. Things cracked, broken, dirty. They are always out of certain sizes of pizzas. You do not get the correct measurement/portions on your pizza (hit or miss). As well as additional charges for already priced items. This is a you get what you get type of place now.

Ordered family size all meat no ground beef, xtra cheese, + bacon. There was no sausage on the pizza. 12 pieces of pepperoni, 6 pieces of Canadian bacon, 5 pieces of salami. The crispy bacon was in clumps and not scattered on the whole pizza. The Xtra cheese was OK. The restaurant was dead no cars in the parking lot no cars in drive thru. In fact drive thru had a sign on it hat it was closed. The time I called in order 6:05, picked up at 6:30 on 8/02/23. I work hard for my money and I chose to spend it at your establishment. I wont make that mistake again. This establishment use to be great, use to be.

I placed an online order so they obviously saw my request before I came in. I had ordered the 5 cheese bread and I was told they were put and they substituted with the wheel cheese bread. Store was not busy when I went in, I believe they should have made an effort to reach out to me instead of wsiting till I came in. That being said the veggie pizza and cheese pizza I ordered were good.

This place has really turned into a dump. Long grass, garbage and graffiti make it a real eyesore. The employees arent very professional either. Unkempt facial hair, shirts untucked, pants sagging etc. Even when you order a pizza your kind of rolling the dice so to say. Some look OK, but theres been plenty of times where I couldnt help but wonder where are the toppings at? Somebody needs to teach these employees how a pizza is supposed to look each and every time.

Employees are friendly. The service is very fast and efficient. They are quick with making your orders and getting them out to you. The wait time is not long at all. The pizzas are delicious and topped perfectly. Prices are great and affordable. They can get busy but it does not get crowded. They have a drive through for pick up orders only which is awesome. Great place to choose for pizza for groups, family and/or yourself. And great for lunch and/or dinner. It is also clean inside the store and the parking. And personally I love the smell inside the store.

This place is ok. Dont understand when you get up to 5 items and you want extra cheese as one of them they want to charge you extra saying that extra cheese is not part of the 5 items. Yet order it online and you can. Pretty shady guys you need to do better and not rip off your customers!

Nice for the very reasonable prices. They aways have some special going on. Love the Cowboy pizza and fresh salads! The chocolate chip cookie dough makes great home baked cookies. Attentive staff. Quick service especially if you order ahead of time and pick-up at the drive through window.

Always fresh, great price, really good coupons and a very nice and friendly staff. I come here often, sometimes 2x a week but definitely atleast once a week. Its easy to order online, by phone or in person. The pizza is always done ahead of schedule and i love the convenience of going through the drive through. They are very generous when we ask for extra toppings and pizza is alway so delicious.

Customer service is excellent. I originally went to the Lodi store....RUDE. Refused to give me a menu, refuse to tape a menu to window...etc. Staff rudely stated I must go online for menu and ordering. I drive the 10 miles to Stockton location. Now I can see why this store is so busy. Fantastic customer service. The were polite, friendly greeting, said thank you and asked me to come back soon. Lodi should send their staff to this store to learn customer service. Stockton will be my weekly store for pizza.

Order a family size chicken bacon stuffed no onions or tomatoes. Put onions!!! Then refused to fix or refund without full pizza not touched. Told me to check before I leave next time. How do you check the inside of a stuffed pizza. The manager daisha is rude and wont help. Dont bother going to this location. Cant get the taste of onion out of my mouth ew.

Hey Papa! I love how you made my all meat pizza exactly as I wanted by substituting the ground beef with bacon, and not just bacon, but EXTRA bacon!!! Mmmmmmm! Oooh, and that cinnamon wheel dessert was made perfectly with just the right amount of brown sugar, butter,oatmeal and cinnamon spread mix ( before baking it, I especially love the oatmeal clump balls because I can just pick it up and feed it to my little boy and it puts a huge beaming smile on his face ). Even the mediterranean salad was exceptional! Not only was it fresh like always, it had generous amounts of everything I savor in that specific salad, the only salad I will ever buy premade ever again! For any one that did not know, the mediterranean salad comes with the most delicious sun dried tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese that I have ever tasted in my whole entire life...and listen to this, although I usually ask for ranch, and I do like ranch with any salad, but for reals, this salad is ah-maaaazing WITHOUT dressing and WITHOUT croutons!!! Im not kidding!!! And I am sorry for not remembering your names, but I want to thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart for making my familys lunches and dinners fulfilling and delicious. These 3 items ( all meat pizza, cinnamon wheel, mediterranean salad ) are my familys favorite order and we will continue to order this over and over again endlessly. And you guys really outdid yourselves by mailing me coupons including one for 25% off my order which I use as much as possible. The Papas at Thornton and Pacific is HORRIBLE!RUN to another, any other Pappa Murphys!!Ive had two horrible experiences there this summer.#1) The first one I called and ordered a couple pizzas, like I do all the time. My daughter went to pick up the pizzas and they said they didnt have any order under my name or phone number. My daughter drove all the way pout to the store@Morada & 99, thinking i mustve ordered at that 1. I hadnt, so seeing that she was so upset they made my pizzas right then and there. She was out the door in 15 minutes. They were very nice there. When she got home I called the store at the Civic and Thornton and when I ask to speak to the manager I had to go through three different women saying they were the manager before I actually got the man that is the manager. He wouldnt do anything to make it up. They had written my name wrong,wrote my number down wrong. The so called manager said that was my fault.#2) I bit into my first piece &crunched right on a piece of glass, it felt like I busted my tooth. I put it in a sandwich bag and called them. Instantly defensive, not apologetic AT ALL! I took my piece of glass to them and all I heard was, We dont have any glass in our kitchen so it couldnt have been on our pizza!That was it, the last straw. I or my family WILL NOT be going there EVER again.SUCK IT PAPPA MURPHYS! CUZ YOU SUCK!!
