Online ordering has been down for many months, instead you have to order on the phone and their phone line is always busy. Their entire business model is for you to order online and pick it up. Ill just go elsewhere.

Always good food and prices, but tried to order dairy free cheese pizza and was informed they were out of the non dairy cheese. Will try again

Seriously, the stupidest place you will ever go to. Unbaked pizza that looks like a frozen pizza, but much much more expensive. We ordered from here by mistake

I come to this location every week and I have used a credit card a number of times without showing id. Today they want my id and of course I dont have it. So he refused to sell me my 3 pizza I get the same order every week and today they dont know me. Great customer service they wont see me ever again.Helpful?

I love papa murphys, alot. But in this instance I dont think Im inclined to return, at least tho this location. I waited 5 or so minutes to order while the employees had a phone conversation with what may have been the Manger, was ungreeted that whole five minutes, and saw them argue about an extra 30 minutes on their shift, whomever it may have been. Just sad since I love the product to be uncomfortable in place Ive been in since the early 2000s since youve opened. Not saying you wont have a good experience there, considering I have before and many times before, but this instance bothered me alot and if I had gotten a chance to get any food ordered within that 5 minutes I wouldve certainly left a minimum 3 star review from quality alone like Im accustomed to. Sorry papa Murphy franchise, but today, at least with me you missed the mark in a way Im inclined to comment on. :-(

If you just got out of work and too tired to make dinner? Call in your order from work and it will be ready to pick up just the way you tell them and you take it home thow it in the oven and its done in 20min. youll be able to relax when you get home.

They dont honor Facebook adds and coupons. Wasted my time driving there for a deal. If the add doesnt say Martinez on it dont trust it.
