Last time I was here I ordered a gourmet vegi pizza on gluten free crust and was told that the garlic sauce has gluten in it so I ordered without. I was treated like I was dumb. Then today I went back and ordered the same pizza asking for oil and garlic and because of the gluten in the other sauce. I was again talked to like I am an idiot because apparently I was told wrong.Not going back

Ordered online and paid for it online also. My husband picked up the order and the gentleman that helped him was extremely rude. When he got home I discovered that the cookie dough that I ordered was missing. I called the establishment and spoke with the manager and she said she had been at the counter all day and did not hear any of her employees speak rudely. I asked her to credit my payment for the cookie dough. Then I said I guess since you did not hear your employee speak rudely it must have not happened then. She said Oh wow now whos rude? This was the first and last time we order from this location. Shame on you!

Heather is the manager here and she is INCREDIBLY RUDE! Worst customer service and hangs up on customers. Will not be coming here and do not recommend anyone going while she works there.

I had a horrible experience at this Papa Murphys just last night. My husband had to take the pizza back that we ordered 3 different times and all three times the pizza was made wrong. They even hung up on him once when we first called to let them know the pizza was made wrong. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Papa Murphys with no plans to go back anytime soon. 👎

Pizza was good I was a walk in and the wait wasnt very long. My only complaint was I tried calling though and they didnt pick up. But the wait was short so its not a huge deal.

Thank you for debuting your dairy-free pizza at our local (Red Bluff, CA) restaurant. My son is allergic to dairy and soy and I was happy to see that there is a way for him to enjoy a dairy-free and soy-free cheese on our pizza. We loaded it with all our favorites and in tasted delicious!

Rude to my wife like month ago. All she wanted was to not stand there at the register. How can you expect everyone to know what register to go to? Get a f🤬cking “closed register” sign. Almost every store has one. That would easily indicate what register to wait at. And plastic wrap should still be put over the pizza. Grocery bags are not FDA approved to be touching food. I get the issue from your customers ordering food that shows up tampered with but you can put the extra bag OVER the pizza after you Saran Wrap it. You can’t bypass issues like this, it’s food and you’re a business. You’ll get shut down. Knock it off.

So I absolutely love papa Murphys. They set me up with online coupons. The fact that I can take it home and bake it myself so its nice and hot. My family loves it. When I go and the staff here in rebluff are so nice and so kind they dont try to push other stuff on me come Kama and they make sure I know any deals that they have going on for today. I like the fact that I can get a salad, I like the fact I can get soda pop, I like the fact that I can get dessert. And it doesnt cost me an arm in a leg

This location makes REALLY good pizza! It has been consistently good until the most recent visit when to our horror, we received a tomato sauce pizza, aka you cant taste any of the ingredients because someone dumped wayyyyyy too much tomato sauce on it. It was not so great! Hoping it was just a fluke...maybe a new employee or an employee that should be banned from going near the tomato sauce? :)

The dude working wasnt going to use my coupon, he said its only 5 dollars off my order. Then we get home cook the cheese bread, it was stuck to the paper tray. BARELY cheese on it. I added cheese from home.Like, what gives you the right to tell me I dont need to use my valid coupon?

While the food is good, one cant deny the absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service one receives from this heap of unprofessional workers. On more than one occasion I have had the workers looking at me and talking ill of me. One person even made fun of the way I made my pizza to another employee. totally disrespectful and the female manager clearly seems to encourage bad behavior. If it were not for good fresh pizza this place would have shut down loong ago.Grow up Papa Murphys employees! Your childish attitude is pretty sad since your supposed to be adults there.

Usually get great pizza, but tonight the crust is so dry it is like eating cardboard. My husband mentioned that the crust didnt look right, and they told him to just leave it out for a few minutes before putting it in the oven. Tried that, didnt help at all... To make metters worse, can barely see any sauce, which makes it even drier. We Dont buy pizza at this location very often. Never have a problem at the Eaton Rd. Location in Chico.

Food is great. Service is horrible. If you mess up 2 pizzas or even 1 you should give the toppings that where bought. For $1.50 extra, instead of making them pay again for it.

Worst customer experience EVER. 6/28/19. Corporate text message says $5 pizzas and DOES NOT SAY must order online. Im visiting family and the drive is 20 minutes to the store. Why cant the teenager in front of me take the flipping order??? Unsubscribing from the text coupons. If the human in front of me cant take my order, Murphy can take a hike FORVER.

Just got a call from a female employee asking if I was still coming to pick up my pizza, when i responded that my name is Sydney...not “Keyonna” and that I live in the state of Arizona, employee insisted that she dialed a “local number” and that perhaps I should fix that on my end because they needed to know if I want the pizza and then proceeded by hanging up.I googled the number to make sure it was actually a place of business and not a prank call.I then returned a call to the phone number and asked for the manager—whom was just as unprofessional of an employee. He asked what my call was for and then as I went to explain he did not even give the chance for me to speak he said “your number and name are already in our system and we have your pizza on the wall we need to know if you’re still picking up” UM extremely unprofessional way to treat someone that YOU misdialed, especially when I’m a service member. I may not live in California or that specific area but I do have extended family in the redding area & I’ll be sure that they know & their friends know to never give their service, time, or money to this specific location.I’ll also be calling higher supervisors to report misconduct for rude and unprofessional prank calls from employees.Good luck,Sydney.

Called several times to place my order. No answer. Thought maybe they were closed. Was going to Mountain Mikes to get a pizza and noticed that Papa Murphys was opened. Asked one of the workers why they were not answering the phone. She said that they were too busy. Not good for business.

Okay good all-round great service, theyre fast, the food is good problem is to take advantage of people with food stamps. when they first came out awhile ago food wasnt that expensive, but it has gone up in price, anyway you can go to other places and get good pizza cooked for about the same price you would there.
