Papa Murphys Take N Bake Pizza
845 S Main St, Red Bluff, CA 96080, United States
Just got a call from a female employee asking if I was still coming to pick up my pizza, when i responded that my name is Sydney...not “Keyonna” and that I live in the state of Arizona, employee insisted that she dialed a “local number” and that perhaps I should fix that on my end because they needed to know if I want the pizza and then proceeded by hanging up.I googled the number to make sure it was actually a place of business and not a prank call.I then returned a call to the phone number and asked for the manager—whom was just as unprofessional of an employee. He asked what my call was for and then as I went to explain he did not even give the chance for me to speak he said “your number and name are already in our system and we have your pizza on the wall we need to know if you're still picking up” UM extremely unprofessional way to treat someone that YOU misdialed, especially when I'm a service member. I may not live in California or that specific area but I do have extended family in the redding area & I'll be sure that they know & their friends know to never give their service, time, or money to this specific location.I'll also be calling higher supervisors to report misconduct for rude and unprofessional prank calls from employees.Good luck,Sydney.

We went here tonight just to give it a shot as we have been disappointed recently with our two usual Mexican restaurants lately and wow!!!! The food was amazing the fajitas some of the best I have had in a very long time. So much flavor I didn't need to add anything on it cause it was that good. My husband got the fajita salad and he was extremely taken back out how flavorful the chicken was. The staff was so amazing when we came in, greeted with a smile, made sure we were seen as soon as we walked in. Very attentive. Waitress was so friendly and attentive to not only us but to the other customers as well. Everything was clean and they were very organized. Our order was to go and they offered chips and salsa while we ate and although we didn't take them up on it it was so nice to be offered. Food was done fast packed nicely. We live 15 minutes away so I was worried about how it would taste when we got home but I was genuinely surprised at how warm and great it was. Thank you for a great experience and amazing food.

They use fresh ingredients and the recipies used add additional freshness. My current goto when mexican cuisine is required.Non vegie: Top notch chicken mexi plate and chicken super-taquito.1st time: Best Veggie Soup, flavorful but not salty or overcooked, maybe could use some chayote squash.2nd try soup had more zuchinni squash but started with not such a clean grill. Still the veggies in the soup were perfect.Skip forward in time, Went again and asked for less salty Veggie soup, got the best ever! Great veggie burrito lots of veggies!Year later veggie burrito has changed slightly for the worse with larger portions, had to drop my rating system slightly, will keep buying it.

The service and food were amazing! Waiters/waitress teams kicked butt! Chips and salsa right away, drinks to follow! Food is like grandma made it! Robust flavor of home cooking. My wife had grilled chicken tostada supreme, and I had the chili Colorado plate with a grilled jalapeño! Ohhh My Goodness! Off the hook! Alba was our server and she did a wonderful job! The restaurant was clean, food was great, and we found out the food is made to order so you can make adjustments to your food if desired. I ordered the espresso burrito and it was fantastic! My wife ordered the vegetarian fajitas and they were so good! Alba made our evening very pleasant as we had a rough day and this was our first visit to this establishment. We dont live here but if we pass through again I would definitely eat here again. Thank you Alba!!!

Former Employee so take it as you will.Heres a list of ingredients that is processed and bought in as opposed to fresh. This could mean frozen, peeled, etc. Already processed food that youre paying for, basically. The garlic, the Ahi Tuna, the chicken strips, the biscuits come from a box, the chicken in the salads both grilled and the shredded chicken salad are made days in advance and cut up to be scooped later, the ranch is packaged so just go to your local grocery store and add a few jalapanos and extra paprika and boom. The meat for the French Dip and the Philly cheese steaks is frozen, as well as the pork sausage and like i said, the Ahi Tuna which costs 12.49$. The bread is delivered daily and the drinks are fantastic, the girls are doing a killer job. And so are the chefs for that matter. That is, each one is doing the best with what theyve got. Much like how the front of house is gorgeous and presentable, the back is a bit of a different story. Not only is the kitchen cramped in terms of space but the measures taken in terms of cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. I take responsibility for being negligent during my time spent there. Simply from what I saw and other peoples experience being there. While it may have been dealt with since i was fired in June, there is a cockroach problem and until one man took it upon himself to scrape years of gunk off walls to some progress, the place has decreased its standards over my time spent there. However there is one specific example of negligence under management that I would like to share with all of you. In the Basic Food Safety Course that every Chef is forced to take it makes very plainly clear the dangers of cross contamination. So when I saw cooked gravy next to raw meat, I very quickly brought this up not once, but twice to management. And I bet if you were to look to this day, you would find gravy next to raw meat. And the only feedback I ever got after fixing it for the fifth time was to put a note on the refrigerator to remind everyone. This review might be deleted, so Ive made sure to keep it backed up because it needs to be said. My personal beef with the restaurant aside, I really genuinely think FTH is not as good as everyone says, and that theyre laughing at customers behind their back. But the bread is good and so are the staff. Drinks are nice too. 2/5Oh, and the Hollandaise is NOT FRESH. It comes in a bottle.

I love supporting local businesses but my experiences here continue to disappoint to the point I feel a review is necessary. I placed an order for a sandwich for pick up during my lunch break. I arrived when the sandwich was meant to be completed to find it had not been started yet. I waited another 10 minutes for it to be ready. Once I got back to my place of work, I opened it to find that it was not the sandwich I had ordered originally. I attempted to call 5-10 times in the next few hours to request a remake but was unable to get through. Finally after a few hours had passed, a worker answered. I let them know the situation and was responded with a handful of accusatory questions about why I took so long to call back, “how” I ordered my sandwich incorrectly, and just a lot of poor customer service and attitude. This wouldn't be the first time experienced poor customer service at this business and I feel the employees need A LOT more training in how to address mistakes and dissatisfied customer experiences. I hope management recognizes this room for improvement because small town businesses thrive when word of mouth is positive. I realize this experience is a common consensus amongst others I know.
Ikkyu Japanese Restaurant
645 Antelope Blvd Suite 4, Red Bluff, CA 96080, United States
Update 3/7/24-Well this used to be one of my fave places to eat at in Red Bluff but since the ownership has changed, so has the food quality, service and amounts.Just the other day I called to get a to go order and the woman who answers speaks such poor English that I do not know why she even answers the phone! She can not understand me and I also can not understand her. I asked for Teriyaki Chicken with Tempura, my usual. I was told they dont make Teriyaki Chicken any more, just Sushi. I hope this was wrong.-------------------------------I really like this place. My go to item on the menu is Chicken Teriyaki and Tempura Veggies. The teriyaki sauce is perfectly flavored and has a nice consistency. The rice is always perfect and I am not a salad eater but I do enjoy the salad that comes with the meal here.Service is very friendly at the location. However sometimes when I call in they just answer with Hello and I think that maybe I called the wrong number somehow.I would leave 5* for the food but the portions have gotten smaller. I realize everything has gone up in cost but I used to be able to stop eating it and have enough left over for lunch the next day. Even if you reduce the main course, perhaps add a little extra rice. This last time I ate the entire dinner and usually can not finish the rice portion.Sorry but I can not give any option of the sushi, not a fan of it. But i have had friends tell me that it was really good.
Firehouse Pizza Restaurant
734 Main St, Red Bluff, CA 96080, United States
I always get the bbq chicken pizza and a half Pepperoni half cheese pizza, they are to die for. My family and I like to eat out at Firehouse, we try to make a family event out of it pizza, a movie, and a board game. I love Firehouse pizza and would give them 5 stars but my only complaint would be the high prices. I whole heartedly believe in the saying Quality over Quantity and I promise Firehouse is a dam good pizza if not the best in town and around the northstate, but the prices make it hard for me to indulge more frequently. I appreciate the craftsmanship and the quality of Ingredients but in my opinion a pizzas a pizza, just dough, sauce, and toppings. I respect a good slice of pizza but cant bring myself to pay such high prices especially with a larger family your looking at spending $100 or more for a family of 6-8 if you want everyone full. Its a great pizza and a true honor to be able to indulge in such a delicious slice of heaven, I highly recommend giving Firehouse Pizza a try I promise you wont regret it.
Burrito Bandito
525 Adobe Rd, Red Bluff, CA 96080, United States
Great food and service. The overall experience was great and the unique decor and paintings add for a unique experience. There are many hot sauces and branded products for sale in the restaurant. The burritos are giant and very filling with many make-it yourself options including pollo, asada, chilli verde and many more. Vegetarian options available. POLLO IS JUANS FAVORITE!
