A quiet little restaurant! Very calm and relaxing atmosphere! The food is always amazing! I have been here many times and have not had a single complaint! The staff is absolutely amazing, courteous, and accommodating. The service is fast and food delicious! I never have to worry about space or parking!

Possibly my favorite Vietnamese restaurant of all time! Weve been here 3 times and have only good things to say. Their rice and noodle dishes are amazing, and so is their taro smoothie. Oddly, we havent been in the mood for pho when we visit - but seeing as everything else is delicious, Im sure its great too. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff is attentive, and the wait is never long. Theyre open until 10pm, which has been helpful when weve had to take a late dinner.

Whenever I come here I know 2 things. #1- I will get fast, friendly service. #2- the food always hits the spot. I usually get in, get my food and get on my way within 30 mins. The broth of the pho is so delicious. Everything is filling and worth the money.

A decent Pho place when I crave for it (without having to drive to O.C.) and in the area for work. I recommend the combination Pho so you can have everything and get to try different parts of a cow. Vietnamese coffee has a bit too much creamer to my liking, they should use more condense milk instead of creamer.

I visited this restaurant last April 11. This is my favorite place to get banh mi, pho and spring rolls . Food is always great and fresh. Their pho warms up my body and makes me feel like a real man.If you are looking for a restaurant that serves one of the greatest pho, banh mi and spring rolls, I highly recommend this place. And I highly recommend their A10 dish. Its a grilled BBQ pork if I remember it right.

I only gave it a three star rating because there was an ANT floating in my soup!!! I love Vietnamese cuisine and was craving pho, so I was looking forward to it!! Unfortunately the insect really threw my craving astray!! I ate my boyfriends noodles and it was really tasteful, but dont think Ill have Vietnamese for a while!!!

The food was great tasting and plentiful for the price. Only complaints is that I was never offered a refill(assuming they do this restaurant style) and saw a child walk into the kitchen area. Clearly a sanitation issue. I hope this doesnt happen again on my next visit or I will do see to action as this shouldnt be allowed in any dining setting. Overall was an okay experience. May go again at some point.

This used to my go to date night place with my boyfriend. Went there tonight and as I was prepping my food i looked down into my pho, and noticed there was a dead cockroach. I called it to the attention of the manager, who then grabbed the roach and rubbed it between her fingers as a way to confirm it was a roach. I wanted to take a picture as proof but I believe she purposely rubbed the proof so that I couldnt take a picture. Never going back again!

Place is great!Comfortable seating as well as prompt service. Both taking your order and bringing it out to your table. Disappointed went in yesterday been there more than 5 times really good place but unfortunately is been two times already that I found a piece of hair on my plate I let a worker know and he asked me if I wanted another plate of food I told him no because I get grossed out what if another hair gets on the other plate he got mad and told me this is the second time you do this if you dont get the food their not going to believe you and this and that (like if it was my fault a piece of hair was on my plate) he was just looking at me dirty I had my debit card on the table rude old guy took it with out me telling him and charges me just the drinks another worker brought my card leaves it on the table and walks away the guy came back and was mad treating me like if ive but the hair on my plate I told him that I love that places and that Ive been coming here a lot of times ...they even know my fam because they also go there often I told him to check the cameras and he just kicked me out ! I loved that place wont go there ever again though not because supposedly I put that hair on my plate but because he was being so rude and kicked me out!!!!

The Good and The Bad, The GOOD the food was delicious👍 I truly enjoyed everything we ate. The host was kind and attentive, and the place looks clean and spacious.The BAD 😔 Red flag The moment I sat at our table I was smacked by the smell of stinky dirty wash cloth 😖 its one of my pet peeves I hate it, Bacteria I would have gave it a 4 🌟 if it wasnt for that. Please use clean bleached rags to clean your surfaces.

Went on their grand opening. When we were inquiring about the free drink promo the server said that the soda machine was down (it tasted funny). I asked her if I could order tea instead, she agreed. While we were eating a cook came out from the back and filled his cup with coke.........so were they lying to not give out so many free sodas???.Our food arrived promptly and was pretty tasty.When we got our bill they charged us for the tea (which is still cheaper than the soda). When we asked for the clarification about the drink she just said that the soda is the only thing thats free. That was pretty frustrating.

Flavor was off. Pho tasted like perfume. Service was quick but was asked if I was hungry as I got my plate I was then told I should have gotten a bigger size 🍜 and she wasnt playing. Looked peeved I got small pho with sandwich.

I think they using flavoring paste on their broth. They need to use ox tail to make the soup more flavor as it should be. Soup dont have any taste of original beef. Flat just like water. Would not eat there since its not the same flavor as the soup place by waterman ave. and mill street. Thumbs down

Food was good other then me choking with a small metal thing, I was super scared couldnt believe this was happing I mean I had my child with me could been worse. I went with my mom to try it for the first time. I was shocked to see how nice it looked inside and there was one more person in there and as soon as we walked in there was this man just standing there idk if he is the manager or what but it was weird just walking in and see someone just standing. When we sat down of course he came running to us giving us the menus and we looked around and then ordered our drinks first and then ordered our food we got the first pho in rice noodles in reg size both of them and he kept asking large right? And I kept saying no regular and then orders a side order of rice and he said just rice and I said yes .. Like idk if theres like a language barrier or trying to make me buy what he wants me to buy .And then a couple came in and sat behind us and they ordered there food after us and our order was ready and the waitress gave them our order and I heard them talking to that man that was just standing when my mom and I walked in .The man was telling him that it wasnt what they ordered and he said that he didnt touch it or anything and the man literally took the bowls and brought it straight to us without saying what happened and I asked him about it and he said to me they didnt touch it or ate theres nothing wrong. And I told my mom lets go bc I was like we cant get a new order bc obviously it went to the wrong table and they had it at their table for 5 min and I just walked out.

Ordered the spicy bowl and it was near inedible. I requested normal noodles and they still gave me the wrong thick type. Huge chunks of bone and near impossible to eat any of the minimal meat from it. Spent a few minutes trying to separate it myself while splashing hot soup all over, not proper. The other chunks of meat were too thick and tough also. I told them I couldnt eat it and they still charged me full price! Way to much hassle for improperly prepared ingredients.The regular pho broth is dark and has a huge anise type kick. Definitely better pho out there.

My 2nd time here the 1st was good . tonight bland NO FLAVOR it taste like a packet of seasoning. I also noticed there was hardly any meat or squid in it. I had to add salt and spices bec it taste like bland top ramen we buy in store.I am upset I dont have time to drive back there bec of work. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT AUTHENTIC!Before you leave open the bag to check your order out food. My broth was very light meaning watered down and the bowl with noodle and meat was 3/4 filled. I am sick of these Asian places ripping us off.To all my friends that I recommended this place to scratch off the list!

If I could rate this restaurant a 0 star I would.. my friends and I came here we all ordered pho and as I ate mine we were talking but for some reason I looked down at my spoon and there was a fly in my food I was so grossed out I screamed and told my friends to confirm that I’m not seeing things then I told the managers. I will never see pho the same again !

Food has always been good prices are really reasonable I order a week ago and the portion was so much less also the baggies of the bean sprouts they were so old it was milky inside and the lemon was old … alright we decided to give it a try bc I came down with a cold and found a piece of a metal scrubber that I pulled out of my mouth totally disgusting and killed my dinner I don’t think I will be returning quality has gone down and portions too

Today was our 2nd time coming to this place first time was when it opened we were excited to have a close place for pho but honestly we decided that it didnt come close to Fontana pho where we go at least one or twice a week so knowing that the pho did not meet my expectations we decided to try different items I had the fried rice and wife had the chicken and rice with salad ...her plate was okay flavor but the chicken was too dry as for my plate it was okay not it wasnt something I would say it was so good I will go out of my way it was better than having a fast food burger but nothing extraordinary they took a few min to get our order and acknowledge us and brought out plates separately wife got hers first then 10min after I got mine place is nice since its a new build
