I went with my mom to try it for the first time. I was shocked to see how nice it looked inside and there was one more person in there and as soon as we walked in there was this man just standing there idk if he is the manager or what but it was weird just walking in and see someone just standing. When we sat down of course he came running to us giving us the menus and we looked around and then ordered our drinks first and then ordered our food we got the first pho in rice noodles in reg size both of them and he kept asking large right? And I kept saying no regular and then orders a side order of rice and he said just rice and I said yes .. Like idk if theres like a language barrier or trying to make me buy what he wants me to buy .And then a couple came in and sat behind us and they ordered there food after us and our order was ready and the waitress gave them our order and I heard them talking to that man that was just standing when my mom and I walked in .The man was telling him that it wasnt what they ordered and he said that he didnt touch it or anything and the man literally took the bowls and brought it straight to us without saying what happened and I asked him about it and he said to me they didnt touch it or ate theres nothing wrong. And I told my mom lets go bc I was like we cant get a new order bc obviously it went to the wrong table and they had it at their table for 5 min and I just walked out.

Pho 77 is a pretty average pho restaurant - not the best and not the worst. The soup base was ok and the amount of noodles was on the light side in my opinion.Like how other reviews mentioned, the servers messed up all of our orders. My advice is to not order the dishes by their numbers but instead try pronouncing their Vietnamese names. I dont think the servers know which numbers correlate to the dishes. But the servers were kind enough to fix all of our dishes.Theres plenty of parking because the restaurant is in a new shopping center in Rialto.

There are lots of good choices of stores to choose from at both ends in this shopping center besides Walmart. I usually go to Starbucks for a caffe americano when I visit this center, but have also eaten at the pizza place, wings place, Vietnamese restaurant, and juice place. I like all of them for a variety of reasons. At the other end, there are Jersey Mikes and Chipotle to name a couple of food places that I make purchases at now and then. Depending on what time one goes to this shopping center, the parking lot is often quite crowded. But this gives you a chance to get some exercise in.

Im not from around this area but my good friend is and it was her first time trying this spot! i will definitely will return back to eat again. The orange chicken was ? hot( temp) soft ( tender) sweet (moist with sauce) NOT DRIED OR CRISPY as in over fried! The chow mein was really good, noodles were a bit thick like panda ? express but, overall BOMB. I got a mango smoothie natural ? ( not sweet) which is a plus if your not into sweet drinks/ smoothies. Can soda drinks are a bit over priced in my opinion could be a bit cheaper for a regular size soda can ?♀️. But overall its a great place to buy food to go ( small dining area) not a good idea due to covid . No long line which is a plus!!!

This restaurant doesnt even deserve the one star that I have given. I ordered 5 plates. 3 plates were shrimp with orange chicken. 1 of the plates of orange chicken came with a penny inside the plate. I drove back to the restaurant didnt want to scare the customers away so I spoke with an employee of panda Express that was outside the restaurant and told her nicely of my situation. 1 of the 2 managers came to me and I explained to her that 1 of my plates had a penny inside the orange chicken. I told her that I just came to return the 3 plates that had orange chicken and wanted my money back. A different manager came and gave me a full refund for all 5 plates but, she then noticed that I had only brought 3..... so she tells me (I gave you a refund for all 5 plates and you only brought 3? Basically telling me a need money back from you (from me), that got me upset and I told her that I deserved the full refund for what had happened. I will never eat at this place again, disgusted.
