The pho is ok but not amazing. The broth lacks a depth of flavor, but they did include a good amount of meat. I was disappointed in the hot pepper sauce provided on the table. I had to put 6 spoonfuls to taste any kind of heat. They probably have some really good rice and noodle dishes, but I really wouldn’t go here just for the pho. Someone at my table tried to order a specific rice dish and the waitress said it would take 40 minutes for that specific one since it was busy, so be mindful of that if you are in a hurry.

The noodles were cooked perfectly, the meat was delicious and plentiful, and the herbs and sprouts were fresh. The broth was the biggest let down but it could have just been a bad day. Overall it was pretty good but nothing exceptional.

Food again always consistant. We have dined in and also taken out. Today did take out. Never usually ask for the receipt. Today I decided to ask for one. I guess they charge $0.75 extra for take out! Its not that they charge that bothered me, but the fact that they didnt SAY ANYTHING when I was ordering. Shouldnt sneak in charges without telling customers. Not even a side..BuT will still be back. Food is comfort food!

This was the second time that I dined at this franchise. The food was bland to the palate and the aroma was subdued. The cuisine is geared more towards Westerners than Asians. Overall, it was decent at best.

I know times are tough, but the banh mi was unacceptable. Ordered a beef and a pork sandwich - one sandwich was missing most of its veg and both are miserably small. The meat does taste great and the grilled baguette is nice.

Its nice to have a good pho place that still opens early. The pho is good, I like the broth a lot. Meats are decent quality. This place is very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. The food is not authentic. I ordered the chicken pho and my husband ordered the pho special (pho dac biet). Both broths were MSG sweet. We also ordered their egg rolls, which were not bad. Service was okay. You can find better quality Vietnamese food in the San Gabriel Valley such as Saigon Flavor and Vietnamese Golden Deli. No waiting time for a table here. We came here on Friday night.

This is my first favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the U.S. The Pho is delicious, especially with fresh lemon juice, it’s even more delicious. In addition, the Vietnamese spring rolls must be served with the sauce, which is really great.

Not impressed. The egg rolls were not fully cooked and presentation wasnt great. Once they seat you, take your order and bring your food out, your waiter will disappear. Not once did my waiter check on us or refill our drinks. At the end of our meal I was told I couldnt use my Discover card to pay, however, the tip tray has Discovers logo and slogan on it. There are better places, dont bother with this restaurant.

Ordered vegetarian soft egg noodles, and it wasn’t good this time. I always order this dish, and the vegetarian fried rice, #74 & #79 Had a terrible experience today the noodles were very hard and undercooked. The staff refused to replace the dish, just took it off the bill.

This just happened today. So my dad ordered the sizzling steak and we found a big piece of plastic in the food. And when we told them of our discovery they took his plate and didnt give him the plate to eat it on. Then they argued saying that the rice costed extra. They tried to charge us for it. When we talked to the manager he said our meal would be 50% off. He lied.he only took off 10$ off of a 50$ meal. Im never eating there again.

The serving size was on par as was the shellfish portion, but I found the broth of my shrimp pho to be somewhat bland and not as aromatic as I was expecting. Adding the typical accompaniments (basil; jalapeno; sprouts) as well as fish and Sriracha sauces could not mask this problem, at least on this particular day.

I wanted to get small bowl of pho for my gf because she was not feeling well so I called to place the order for togo but we were told that we had to get the large size because it was a togo order. Since we didn’t have a choice we just got the large. When we go there, we were told that because it was Togo order, we had to pay an extra 0.75 per togo pho to pay for the “plastic”. She didn’t even tell us that when we were placing the order in the first place. So not only were we forced to get a large size but we also had to pay an extra $1.50 for plastic?! Very stingy restaurant especially for a togo order. Feeling ripped off. Never coming back again.

By far the best Pho I’ve ever had. Ordered the #16 and put the broth in a pot to boil again once we got home and then put the raw meat and broth into a bowl to cook and then threw in the rest of the ingredients. Meat was perfectly sliced with only a little fat and onions and other veggies all tasted super fresh. Definitely will return.

No bad with the pho. The taste is up to par with other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. But this place is hard to get the attention of the waiters. We tried to wave our waiter for order and could they his attention. But foods came out very fast through. When come here, should definitely try their egg roll, very authentic. Rice dishes are ordinary, we had better ones in nearby Vietnamese restaurants. For those of you who love in Monrovia or north Arcadia and don’t want to drive far, this is decent place to have Vietnamese foods. Parking is a bit challenging as there are many popular restaurants located in the same mall.

First time visit. It was dinner time. Its mostly Thai cuisine. The menu is extensive and they MIGHT swap certain parts for another depending on whats desired, but also might need to pay the difference if any. There are a few Thai non-alcoholic beverages that are usual in Thailand with some tasty smoothies like Avacado (delicious). Spicy, mild, and non-spicy dishes for all palates. Service is pretty good. When the music is turned on, its pretty loud. It was a pretty good experience overall. The cheque was reasonable.

This place has upped their quality, especially their soup base, which is the foundation of all pho noodles. I love tension and well-cooked flank, but they only put in two pieces of the tendon. Thats weak sauce! I also love the egg rolls. My son lives the BBQ beef and BBQ pork with rice dishes. Wash it all down with a thai ice tea or fresh squeezed lemonade.

Parking right in front on the street or I side the plaza parking lot. Carry out only at this location for the moment. No outdoor seating allowed. The BBQ Chicken vermicelli (#59) is delicious! Generous serving that probably weighs more than 2 lbs. The shrimp spring rolls are also fantastic. Not usually in this area as Im closer to Alhambra but definitely worth the drive! Check it out some time

Their Pho broth at this location used to be the best in the area, but the flavor has changed (faded) slightly. We went out in search of the best broth in LA & always came back here. But no longer. We may have to go back to the one in Pomona & see if they retained the old recipe.

I would give it a 4 but the service was rude in pleasant. They made me feel and my family like we werent good enough to eat with others. They wanted us to seat in a corner when I had politely ask for a booth. They still refused. The entire time we felt so uncomfortable I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE. Service was extremely poor as waiters stood around and talked and ignored you unless you hit this button they had on the table to signal the attention. Food was just fair but waitresses forgetting to bring the boba we ordered (we had to ask for them to bring the drinks way after they served the food) and they just place the food on the table without asking which person each serving belongs to. Not a place I would recommend except to order their boba to go as the bibs is very good here.

Bun bo hue broth was flavorless as it didn’t have any lemongrass flavor that is usually in a bun bo hue. Its portion was abysmally small despite having ordered a large. Chicken pho and the beef pho were lackluster. Nothing tasted bad, but nothing I ordered was good enough for me to want to come back.

Check reviews on other pho places around my location. I first arrived parking was a Nightmare! This place is located in strip mall but very small parking lot. Granted I came in at 12 :30 pm so I could understand the scarcity but a turnoff. I was noticing a large line for inhouse seating so I asked for to go order. I placed order for small chicken Pho but I was told only large Chicken Pho could be ordered. I ordered a Thai Iced Tea. I wondered why I could not order a small versus large? There was a small difference in price and I could always eat the unused portion later. I brought the pho back to my office and I realized the chicken wasnt in the broth and I could tell it was dried out. I added all incredients and only half of the noodles until the broth overflowed over the rim of its container. They simply added too much broth and should next time leave about an 1 inch of room for the ingredients to fit in the cup. Poor quality of chicken and very chewy and tough even after sitting 20 minutes in the hot broth. The broth was delicious but the chicken quality brought 1 star down. I have been to far better Pho restaurants and this one Pho restaurant is average in quality and service.

They really need to work on their customer service. I came and got a pork sandwich, but the cook made a beef sandwich instead. I saw the cashier and a guy opening the bag and taking out my sandwich ( which I thought it was weird), the cashier took it out of the paper and opened the sandwich. All that was going through my mind was I hope she washed her hands. The guy came and told me the kitchen made a mistake (they made a beef sandwich instead of pork). They guy was very insisting on me taking the beef pork (extremely pushy about it), he said if I didnt want the beef they could make the pork. I asked him if it would taste the same (he said no), i told him I would prefer the pork sandwich( he was not happy about it). Didnt even let me finish talking when he just took off. Well, it seems like I will not be coming back to this place.

Food is just okay. But can use some more improvement. For example, typical fried egg roll only comes with one single lettuce leaf, a table of four number one’s only gives one plate of bean sprout and basil. Waiters seems to have difficulties understanding English.

The Vietnamese Bahn Xeo is great, it’s a seafood pancake, wrapped in fresh vegetable leaves! Crispy and sweet! Worth a try!

This Vietnamese restaurant is delicious, but the price is a bit high! The braised pork ribs in soy sauce are slightly different from those on the menu. I thought they were fried from the picture, but they turned out to be braised in soy sauce and slightly salty... The portion was too big to finish, so I had to take it away... Good service, clean and hygienic restaurant!
