Excellent experience!Did not have to wait too long to be seated at a table for two.Their traditional dishes and appetizers are served quickly, and all of the flavors in their food were great.Will be coming back.

Went for their grand opening!!Service was excellent - servers were all extremely nice and food came really fast. They were very attentive too and checked on us every so often.The inside was brand new and very comfortable . Loved the cute decorations.The food was decent, but not great. We’ve had better Vietnamese before, but this is probably the best you can find in Palo Alto! A bit on the pricey side, but you’re paying for the atmosphere too. The quality and presentation was awesome. We had the pho, spring rolls, and chicken rice.Would recommend if you’re in the Palo Alto area and craving some nice Vietnamese food!

Great addition to Palo Alto and this one closed by. You write your name on the waiting list, and they will call you. The problem is you have to be around all the time. If not, you might be missed when they call you.Overall, the food is good, but I think something is different compared to the San Jose location. The rolls skin is kind of tough. I feel it is not soaked long enough. The pho is good, and the rib is very tender. The interior is interesting with all the fake flowers. Hopefully, they will clean them regularly because they collect dust easily. 18% granularity added automatically for not really any service for me is not right.

We got the beef rib pho, garlic noodle and filet mignon store fry, crunchy pork roll and a side of crispy rice.The filet minion was so tender and went really well with the marinade. We liked it paired with the crispy rice more than the garlic noodle but both were good. The beef rib pho was really delicious as well and a really good deal @ $18!Also the service was really good. They sat us quickly even though we went at 7pm on a Friday and the food came really quickly as well.

Amazing pho and bo nhe. I would pass on the spring rolls- not bc theyre bad, just pricey for the amount.Overall, very very good pho. They partner with Harris ranch for their beef and the meat quality is excellent. The broth is very clean and the northern style fresh wide noodles are unique to this type of pho.The bo nhe was served with pate, egg, french fries, cha lua and bread. Very tasty!!Automatic 18% gratuity, but well deserved since the service is great and attentive.We will be back.

I really like this place in Palo Alto. I’m especially fond of Pho, and Pho Ha Noi does not disappoint.The atmosphere is very cool with flowers in the ceiling. Quite clean inside. Usually there’s a long wait so plan on putting your name in and then walking around maybe getting coffee.I got the free range chicken dish with fresh noodles. Amazing. They also have northern dishes. Wanna have to try next time includes short rib, meatballs, and flank.For an appetizer, I got the chicken spring rolls, excellent.What I love is the Pho is not over salted like every other place I’ve been to. This is a sign that the food they’re serving is fresh.With an appetizer there was really too much food here for me to finish up so I took some home and had it two days later. It tasted even better!You can expect to spend $20 per person more if you order appetizers and drinks.The service was very good with people moving fast, I did not have to wait long to get the appetizer or my food. They were also gracious and not bringing the check over onto. I was ready.Highly recommend this place for food and service

The interior decor is Vietnamese style. Servers are worn in Vietnamese style too. Be aware, 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill. Pho and sticky rice are pretty good as usual.

Great food. On the pricey side with mandatory 18% service charge. We have six people and spent $220. Everybody enjoy their food. IT’s university ave. We also pay for the location. Sizziling beef dish and spring rolls are my favorite. Highly recommend.

Great place wife saw this place online and wanted to try. Quick and friendly service. Food is unique yet ver familiar at the same time.

Nice menu, lots of options and very generous portions with quality ingredients. The beef pho is great, however, the roasted chicken and sticky rice is fabulous. Looking forward to repeat visits as the menu continues to grow - yum!
