Showed up at 2am, you can tell the food is gonna be good because of the late night regulars none of which are of the caucasian persuasion, and the fact that the wait staff barely speaks English. The restaurant hasn’t been remodeled since the 90s, perfect. Just the way I like it. Incredible food, very good prices, just make sure to bring cash.

By far my favorite place in garden grove. I always get two things, whether i go solo or not. I get the beef steak, that comes w rice and a fried egg. And a small chicken pho. So good. Soooo good. When i feel like im getting sick i crave the pho, it brings me back to life. Oh and the egg soda, i order it as a dessert bc its delicious. Fast service, open 24hr! So its the perfect food for after a night out, especially drinking. They have their own parking lot and ive found that it gets busier at night, so ive pulled up to a full lot after ive gotten off work at 3am from my bar. Definitely a place to try if youre in garden grove. Its CASH ONLY.

We had visited the pho restaurant across the street and was disappointed to learn that they werent serving vegetable broth. Luckily, we found this place that served us a good hearty vegetarian/vegan pho. The vegetables were quite soft and I wish they added some tofu, but the broth makes it totally worth another visit!Cash only; they have an ATM in the store as well as a BOFA in walking distance across the street.

Please note: I do not based my reviews on service or wait times. I think its standard to find these places with less than stellar typical customer service. As for those who complain that iced water costs $0.65, please note that in many places in the world you are charged for water. Plus water is 65 cents, its not bank breaking.Food: I dont really feel like pho ga was really half off. I would never pay $11+ for pho but $5-$6 seems about right. Also I highly recommend getting the large size which is way bigger than most average pho places. I find the broth for the pho ga to be a tad on the sweet side but is by no means bad. You get plenty of meat in your bowl and the white meat is not dry. The real gem is the liver. I typically avoid liver since it tends to taste too metallic and irony. However, the liver here tastes really clean and has a light flavor. Plus its not over cooked at all, nor was it too soft. It gives a delightful extra texture to the dish.This place was great to go to after a long day at Disneyland. I would definitely come here again

Been going by this place all my life and never noticed it; definitely regret that. Can be a little difficult to get service here due to some staff not speaking english well, everyone is nice and means well. This is some of the best pho i have had in a while. The value proposition here is the best of any vietnamese restaurant i have visted that i can remember.

Came here for the first time at 2am over the weekend. There were a good amount of people there at that time too. The pho was pretty solid and satisfied our late night craving. The ladies working there were so friendly and prices were good too. Would definitely come back again.

Although they dont have the 50% off deal like they used to years ago, they are always the best deal for chicken pho. Hearty and flavorful but still natural tasting. The portion is huge I could not finish all in one sittting. Theres plenty of chicken pieces and the dipping sauce is good. Its also open very late if not 24 hours.

The best, if not the only, 24 hour Pho place. The pho is pretty good and good for the price and hours. Their Thai tea is also really good. They pack to-go pho well so it doesnt spill, and to go orders come out fast. Depending on the time and weather, there could be no one here or it could be completely packed. Parking is great. I would definitely recommend this place!

Owner is extremely rude, was rushing us & other customers to hurry up & come pay. Once everyone was already walking out, she proceeded to go to the table & ask for more tip as we were leaving. First time eating at this restaurant. Will not be going back. Price of large Pho was good. The food was actually pretty good as well. But, there was a hair in my Pho. Not that big of a deal, it happens. But still left a negative mental picture of this place in my head. When trying new Pho restaurants its always a risk. So, that being said, there are many Pho restaurants in Garden Grove. I will not be returning to this one.

This place has so far one of the best Pho I have had among most place, but what makes this place exceptional is the fact that is OPEN 24 HOURS!!! talking about the needs of the community! Not only was the meet so fresh and the soup so neatly tasty but they also have specials for example you can order a combination pho for just under $7 bucks and in top of that your soda drink its free! So talking about good quality, fresh food and affordable meals this place sets itself apart from others! Just the fact that this place its 24 hours in times of Covid made me feel it deserves a 5 star and nothing less than that!

Low key service and is cash only. I’ve driven here from Riverside many a late nights ranging from 2am-5am on a Thursday or Friday and there’s alwaaaays people here. Don’t expect super great customer service but the pho is so good and reasonably priced.

This is a very good place for Pho Chicken. Most people come for Pho Chicken. They make so much chicken that it is guaranteed that their chicken is tender and freshly cooked. You can choose between thick or thin rice noodle. I prefer the thin noodle but you have to ask for it otherwise theyll give you the bigger noodle. The dip sauce is made with ginger bits and fish sauce and jalapeno peppers. Yummy. I go here quite often in the late evenings. I would give it a 5 stars but the place isnt as clean as can be. The place needs a new paint job.

I like the broth of my Beef Pho. Pretty authentic. Good place for late night meal. They charge 50 cents for ice water but free refill. I like it. Next to a few very well known Pho Restaurants so they better be competitive. Edit: I changed from 5 stars to three cause these servers are so conceited. I asked for more water and the waiter pointed to a pitcher containing water and he walked on.

It was my second time having pho because the first time I didnt like the taste but my husband convinced me to try it again from this place and I am glad I did. I ordered the noodles with chicken and I added the peppermint leaves, lime juice, 3 slices of jalapeño, 1 small scoop of chilli sauce and it was perfect for me. Im not too adventurous so my drink was a Sprite. My husband had the egg rolls, which were rich in flavor and he ordered a stir fry of meats, fried rice and veggies. Not all items dealing with phone is half off. Items that was half off is mostly for the chicken type pho items. Beef is still full price, but it still is under $8 for their large item. Overall the price is still decent compared to other locations. Noodles is too soft for me though, ran the chopsticks through them and it came apart.

Pho was delicious! However, the service was ridiculously horrible. My fiancé and I ordered a coke and we received one small juice glass of less than 5 Oz with no refill; while the table next to us received a full tall glass with refills. The other issue we had was the water. Aside from water being 50 cents for a small juice glass (again, no refills), lts an additional 50 cents for ice. Completely outrageous for tap water! The food arrived and lt was great, eggrolls were homemade, but we never got service aside from dropping off our food and not saying or asking if we needed anything. Even though the food was beyond expectations, the service and unfairness of the staff, the price and product of drinks, and basically everything overall that didnt include the food, makes this restaurant not worth dinning here. Even a 50 cent charge for a to go box ls asking for too much. Would not recommend, will not return.

Came here around 1am or 2am with some friends, we all ordered water to drink. When I went to take a drink of water I noticed a bunch of blackish brown stuff on the inside of the glass so I asked the waiter to replace it, he give me a dirty look but brings me back of glass of water. We got the chicken, which, imo, tastes better than beef with pho.Anyway, the taste and quality was very good. Most rude waitress ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing, glares, extremely short temper and just standing in the back of the restaurant without doing her job for the majority of our visit. My girlfriend ordered a beef plate, she was served chicken and shrimp without any notice or apology, after she was served we asked why and she told us they were out, all she said was it was better. My pho I ordered was 75% inedible clear white fat in broth. I looked around the room and out of the 15 tables there were 11 covered in dirty dishes that were not being cleared. Other customers who were looking for a place to sit chose to either sit at a dirty table or leave. I was tempted to walk out before touching the food if it wasnt for the cook who came out with somewhat of a smile. Then we discovered that the entire bottom of my girlfriends bowl was full of bean sprouts to make it look more full, even though theyre supposed to be served separately. What a scam.
