Ordered the vermicelli noodle and house fried rice dishes along with the Thai ice tea and boba milk tea drinks.The wait staff was very nice and friendly.The menu isnt as wide and varied as larger Vietnamese restaurants, but everything I ordered was in good portions and was tasty.Check it out!😀

Good price and friendly staffs. If you feel hungry, you can order the large portion pho; good price!Overall food quality is good, good amount, and fair price. I hope the beef brisket can be a bit more tender.

3.5 stars but rounded up bc people were super nice. Food is good. Parking is tight. Price is typical w supply chain and pandemic. The food is super healthy, no msg but I don’t mind some msg to make the broth tastier. Good place. Would comeBack.

Pho soup is amazing. I ordered the brisket pho and it taste really good. There is two sizes of pho, small and large. I got the large pho soup. Beware the large has a lot of noodles so I think it’s best to get the large Pho soup if your starving.

Some of the best tasting pho broth Ive had. The outdoor seating is perfect on a cool night. Garlic beef spring rolls with peanut sauce are VERY good.

The reviews are real. I made the right decision coming to this place. The chicken pho was good, I really liked it. Tasty broth and nice noodles. The chili oil needs to be more spicy.

Was craving a banh mi sandwich and found this place. Small quiet shop in the corner end of strip mall. They have a parking lot patio which i would have sat in but due to the heat AC was a must. Friendly and kind service from the 2 ladies working there. Ordered the fried pork eggrolls, soup broth, rice, and a bulgogi banh mi to go. The food was good. Solid 7.5/10

We tried the wonton soup with a green machine drink. Shrimp rolls. Lemon grass beef sandwich with a chi tea drink. Weve never ate here before but well visit again the food was phenomenal.

The pho here is great! The egg rolls are great. Four of us went and we all loved it. Super friendly staff. Nice little restaurant that has a little outdoor covered seating as well as inside.

I wanted noodles and ended up at Pho 99 plus. The food was very good and staff very friendly. The restaurant is very clean. Outside canopy is set up for outside dining. Parking available in adjacent lot.

AMAZING vegan broth! Deliciously decadent & well flavoured broth served with nicely marinated tofu. Lots of fresh blanched veggies, rice noodles & fresh bean sprouts (jalapeno, basil & lime too).Always friendly & helpful staff.Took me 20+ years to get my Polish mom to try Pho & now its her first choice for takeaway usually either the rib eye, or shrimp pho (& my mom is brutal when it comes to soup.)

This is by far the BEST vegan Pho I have EVER had. The flavor is incredible and you can taste the amount of love and time that goes into the broth. If you let the broth sit for a day for leftovers it gets even better, if that’s even possible, but sadly I finish it as soon as I get it. 15/10!

Finally! A pho place that does not use msg and is incredibly flavorful and great quality! Very small but with some outdoor and indoor seating - we just get take-out. We love the vermicelli with tofu, beef spring rolls (which are huge), and the chicken pho. Everything weve ordered has been great, and theyre also very friendly. Try it out and support a local spot! Great for gluten-free or vegan eaters!

The people were nice, there was only 2 working, 1 greeting and seating and another doing everything else. She was good. But food took a while to come(understandable) and when it did, it was off. Meat was legit 50% fat. And dry, broth tasted flavorless. Nice people tho.

I eat at Pho places a lot and this place has great Pho. The broth is fresh and delicious, and they put hearty slices of chicken breast on top instead of the typical shredded pieces of chicken that many Pho places serve. Normally I need to order double meat, but Pho 99 Plus doesnt skimp out and their portions are great.My fiance got egg rolls and commented on how nice and crunchy they were. He got bbq pork rice vermicelli and the meat was very tender and had a unique but mellow flavored sauce on the meat, maybe a hoison/sesame oil base? If you are in the area I highly suggest stopping by.

Its our second time here and absolutely love their pho! I get the veggie version and its loaded with vegetables and all the accompanying veggies to put inside.Veggie tofu lemongrass rolls as an appetizer are also delicious.Great service, easy parking. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean environment. I appreciate the outdoor dining area. We ordered the combo pho, the rib eye pho+tendon, and egg rolls. The broth was HOT and delicious. We drank it all and we weren’t thirsty at night, which was a great sign ;) Decent portion size. The egg rolls were crunchy and yummy. We will be back!

My retired parents have been eating here almost everyday, and believe me, my Asian mom is especially picky about her Asian food dining experience. When I was in town, I went with them and saw why theyve made Pho99 Plus their regular dining experience. The pho or noodle soup is served in a large bowl with tasty broth and plenty of meat and vegetables. My folks especially like the combo pho which combines eye round steak, brisket, and meatball. They also serve tasty chicken wings, from 6 to 50 pieces, slathered with seasoned barbecue sauce. My dads favorite is the rice plate beef and stir fried tofu onions and broccoli. For beverage, they can serve you Vietnamese iced coffee or boba bubble tea.The owners mom who helps out with the business confessed to me that the pandemic has slowed business down and that theyre in survival mode now, which is a shame since it doesnt have to be that way since you can eat there now. They have COVERED PATIO DINING, which is nice on a breezy summer evening. Or, if you just want to do take out, they have that too. They do all the regular e-food take out apps also.Pho99 is on Katella Ave, right next to McDonalds, but for about the same cost, you can get a better tasting and much healthier meal at Pho99. Got the brisket pho so amazing. Loved the broth, meat tasted great. Nice noodles and the carrot juice tasted fresh and very refreshing. So happy will order from here again!

Excellent little place to get pho. They also have really good wings and other fusion based foods. Always super friendly and helpful. Usually takes 10 tob15 minutes for a whole to go order for 4 people. Love getting food to go from here.

The broth for the Pho is easily one of the better ones Ive tasted!! Try the ribeye pho.... Excellent flavor. They also have sandwiches and appetizer items that I havent tried yet.

I enjoyed it. My only caveat is the size of the place. I like the broth, but they dont have the traditional Pho ingredients of trite and tendon. They have chosen meatballs instead, which may have the trite and tendon already ground in.

This is the best Vietnamese meal I have had in the United States in three months!The beef pho has a very good taste.Not too soft and firm,The width of pho is obviously smaller than that in Taiwan.It also makes the taste good,The soup is quite rich in flavor.But not too salty,The taste and texture of the beef are also quite good.However, the temperature of the soup was not very high.Although I like to eat hot soup,But I think the store may be considering the doneness of the beef.So control the temperature of the soup to be lower!The taste and texture of the cold shrimp spring rolls are the best I have ever tasted.Just the accompanying dipping sauce, I still think the Taiwanese one is better.And their Houttuynia cordata doesn’t have the fishy smell like Taiwan’s.It’s really a highly recommended dish.In addition, we also ordered a plate of honey chicken wings.The taste is sweet but not greasy,The taste is neither dry nor too raw.It’s also quite delicious!And the overall price is not expensive.This is a very recommended Vietnamese restaurant!
