Its been years since Ive been. Went with our neighbors for dinner. YES! Their Pho is still delicious and the service is excellent. Theyve been around since 2013 that I can remember. Theirs a reason why they are still around. That PHO they serve is 🔥🔥🔥

Ive recently been going in once or twice a week. I love everything about this place! The owners are so kind, and the food is always perfect, Im trying a different beef cut each time. Ive always been picky about where I get my food since moving to Temecula, so Im so glad I finally found my favorite spot. Please go in and try it its so worth it! Bringing my friends next time :)

We go to Pho Mai at least once a week. We are always greeted by Lin with a smile. The food is always amazing. I always get chicken Pho, the broth is always hot and very flavorful, the best I’ve ever had. I usually get the child size and it’s more than enough food, lots of chicken and veggies. My boyfriend loves the chicken wings and the combination fried rice. What makes this place even better is how friendly and nice everybody is. I will continue to dine here weekly.

Clean, quiet,small mom and pop restaurant. The chicken pho is really good here. Nice people. Service is a little slow though. Weve been waiting about 15 minutes to get our check. I had to walk up to the counter to pay. Other than that, it’s worth it. We’ve been returning to this Pho restaurant and it always hits the spot.

If you havent tried this place and like Vietnamese Food, youre missing out!Had the #83 Pork Vermicelli and #22 Pho Tai with a Vietnamese Ice Coffee and Jasmine tea.Everything was the best quality ingredients. The drinks and food were perfect.I grew up in Little Saigon (Westminster/Fountain Valley area) so I know my Vietnamese food.The Iced Coffee was as good as the best Ive ever had and the tea was so rich it made the stuff Im used to seem like water. (Even their disposable chopsticks were top quality.)When my wife and I walked in, we expected another hole in the wall experience, but when they brought the food, it ended up being one of the best places weve ever been.Well definitely be back!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great Vietnamese cuisine. The Pho broth actually tastes good and it bland! The BBQ pork with rice and egg was delicious! The red rice gives it a nice different taste. Very yummy!!!

Was pleasantly surprised. I dont recall the pho broth strike me as something memorable the first time around.That said, when the beef pho came out, the broth was very tasty. More tasty than others in the area. There was a decent size portion of beef, I added the meatballs, and heres where I was impressed - they didnt overwhelm the bowl with rice noodles.The restaurant was clean, the service quick, and it was very affordable. Looking forward to the next visit.

I ordered regular pho with extra beef for $2 and this is what I got. Then I asked the server where is extra beef and owner came out and said it’s inside. I stir it in front of her and asked where? She said this is it... I didn’t bother eating it at all and paid $14 for this. I would not recommend anyone for this restaurant. Poor service and attitude.

Mediocre at best. I mean the food edible but compared to truly authentic it completely misses. One rating said best one in town. Perhaps because it is the only one.To start the soup was not really hot as it should be. The brisket tasted older as if out of a frozen state. There is a difference from fresh to thawed out. Those that know will know what I mean.If you order the 1/2 chicken with steam rice be aware its a quarter chicken with rice that for some reason is red thus diverting from being steamed rice. Maybe its their spin. The fried chicken was unsalted and fried so much it was dry.The noodle quality is sub par missing the main taste of what pho is suppose to be. Its priced well more than what its worth. Also if you want a glass of water expect to pay .50 for cold water, Really? The pic is the quality of just the condiments, dirty.

Maybe I was wrong to ever sport a frownBut Pho Mai did what they did before I came to townYes, the air hung thick, the afternoon I came to town. It was cold, and I felt like a hot bowl of Pho. I mean, I craved a hot bowl of Pho. I still feel weird about calling if Fuh. Im a middle aged white guy. Im supposed to pronounce it Fow, fo-sho. Calling it Fuh would just make the waitress wonder if my next stop was Hair Club For Men, so I could get fitted for a toupee to hang around the stands at the high school football games.But maybe Im over-thinking this.Anyways, the egg rolls had pork in em, yet were fairly tasteless. Pork and taste go together like Rarity and Brony. Seriously, when was the last time you ever had anything pork, and been like, oh my, the flavour has absconded? It just doesnt happen.The Pho (pronounced Fow) was standard, but you can order extra noodles for $1.50. So thats like Kai-Dama for yo mama.

We are on a quest to find good Pho in Temecula. This is our 5th Vietnamese restaurant we have visited since landing in Temecula. Pho Mai is decent for the area. I hate to admit it but our worst Pho experience in the Bay Area is better than the best we have experienced in Temecula. The Pho was just ok, says my wife. I went with the wings and they lacked flavor and size. Hell, the 6 pigeon wings cost $10. The spring rolls were ok but the peanut sauce needed help. If we visited Pho Mai in Northern California it would only get 3 stars but in Temecula it deserves 4 stars. Our quest for good Vietnamese food continues.

The waitress was amazing! I ordered an appetizer of chicken wings and a bowl of pho. But my pho came out before my wings, which isnt the way that should work. The pho lacked flavor in my opinion, it just wasnt very strong or flavorful at all. Usually the chicken wings at pho places are a sweet and sour kind of plum sauce wings, these were marinated in a good sauce then fried in a tempura batter which left them dry and greasy. From the pther reviews Im seeing this may have been an off night but Id go back and try again for the service and decor alone.

Went here for the first time with my girlfriend a few days ago and I can say it definitely delivered! We ordered two beef pho and a side of spring rolls. It was excellent! The beef broth was flavorful and the sauce to go along with the spring rolls was delicious. The server and possibly the manager were extremely kind and considerate making you feel welcome and appreciated. Would FOR SURE return. Support local businesses! 5/5.

Absolutely terrible service, extremely rude. I asked for spicy rare beef pho, as Im getting a cough and Pho is always my go to. I was told they only have Sriracha, Ive worked in Thai, and Vietnamese restaurants. They always have satay, and spices like capsicum. After pressing the issue I was informed they do have it. Except they refused to make it, and gave me packs of Sriracha instead. I will never be back to this place. Terrible experience, took almost 45 minutes, which I wouldnt have minded if they had just made me what I was paying for. Dont waste your time, or money here.

Wanted to try this place. Ordered Spicy Beef Salad Sliced beef with cabbage served with fish sauce, what I got was beef that looked nothing like the menu it was pale with a few spices on a bed of ice berg lettuce, it was suppose to be cabbage. Plate was missing the cucumbers the peppers, it was just plain, when I asked about the cabbage and other veggies that come with plate, the waiter or owner smacked her teeth and had an annoyed look because I asked, Her response was we are out of the cabbage she then rudely asked if I wanted something else. This could have been avoided if she had mentioned that they were out of some of the veggies and cabbage. But her attitude was bad I am paying for the food not getting informed free. A customers should be treated with respect, I was not rude. I left will never go back.

Service is terrible but the sad part is the food is really good. The older lady was super nice and smiling to everyone except me and my boyfriend although we were polite...I usually dont write reviews because Im not picky. But as a server in a restaurant myself I get frustrated at bad service. I asked for chicken pho (no chicken, I know its weird but we get full off the protein and like noodles and broth the most) but whenever I ask for plain pho they dont understand and dont put the garnishes. She looked at us as if we were stupid and then seemed like she got irritated because I asked for my pho with vegetable broth. She didnt acknowledge and rudely walked away without saying a word even though I said thank you. I wasnt rude it was just a request. The food is good though I just hope the restaurant recognizes how service is important as well

This is the first time I have been here in years and I had a great experience! I was a little pressed for time but I was waited on quickly and my food came fast!! My server was very sweet and checked back on me several times even though the place was packed and she was busy. My pho (#22) was delicious and prices very reasonable as well!! Happy camper here!!

Pho is exceptionally good! A few times Ive been there the broth tasted a bit weak, but majority of the time the Pho is a great and tasty warm up during chilly weather! The staff are very friendly and eager to help you, definitely my favorite Pho place in town!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Forgot part of our order, totally forgot the persons sitting next to us and gave the next table over the wrong order. Beyond that literally the worst Pho I’ve had, ever. And I’ve tried at least 6-7 places just around the surrounding neighborhoods. Broth greasy, chicken was sliced deli meat quality and noodles were chewy and clear. Almost gelatin like. Egg rolls were overdone and ingredients we couldn’t even tell what we were eating. We walked out after our attempted lunch. Do not waste your time. Saigon Noodle House is the best. We were headed there to begin with and ended up here by default because our favorite place was closed. Sorry we did.....

I wanted to try a pho place I hadn’t tried today, so I found this place on google & gave it a shot. It took 4x calling for them to answer their phone- not great, especially at a traditionally non busy hour (after lunch). My husband went to pick up our order & he said he could tell the lady I had talked to had never put the order in. I called at 2:30- it’s now 3:30 & he’s still waiting on this food. That’s totally unacceptable for 2 bowls of pho & eggrolls. I hate giving small places bad reviews, but waiting an hour bc of their mistake is really annoying.

I tried to go here for lunch but sadly had to leave empty stomach due to how long the food was taking. My group of 3 walked in and it took 10 minutes just to place an order. After 25 minutes of waiting we asked to have it made to go as our lunch was going to run out. Waited another 10 minutes when we decided to leave. When we told them we were leaving they said the order was ready. Waited 5 minutes after they said it was ready and had to walk out empty handed. Now Ive been to most the pho places in this area and was very excited to try a new one and this place was just disappointing. The only plus side was the server who seemed to be filling the position for someone else, was very kind and considerate. This place lost my business permanently and I didnt even get a chance to taste the food. It should not take an hour to make a simple order of 3 soups and their kitchen staff needs to step it up with orders. Side note even the women next to us was complaining about wait time. So Del Taco recieved my business instead and I wont starve.

Went there on a Saturday night with my husband for dinner. The place was packed. Service was good and so was the food. He had a beef pho and I ordered a seafood pho. I opted out of the imitation crab and received a few pieces of pork instead. The chicken broth was light and not overly salty, the rice noodles plentiful. A good deal for $7.50 a bowl. We will definitely go back.

This is a very good pho place. Weve been going here for years and keep coming back. Its not The Ritz, but the owner is friendly, the recipes are family recipes, and its reasonably priced. This is the best pho restaurant around. Before moving to Utah my wife and I went here regularly. To the point where the owner knows who we are, where we sit, and what we order. Every time we visit home in Temecula, we eat here. I always get the beef ball. You cant go wrong with any of the menu items though. I HIGHLY recommend Pho Mai.

Place is hit and miss, go in the evening and you will get what is advertised on the menu. When the kids run the place during lunch you get shafted; food is not delivered as described by the menu and the pho bowls have fewer pieces of meat than in the evening. Good but buyer beware you get dissapointed often.Btw spring rolls are empty and expensive avoid them unless you like paying 8 bucks for fried spring roll wrappers.

Todays a rainy day, and rainy days usually demand a lunch of hot, soothing pho. Thats what I was hoping to find a Pho Mai, but I was a little disappointed with what I received. I ordered pho with rare steak and flank. The portion of flank I received was mostly fat and gristle, so I reluctantly set that aside. The flavor of the broth was very thin and flat, almost bland. My usual suite of add-ins (lime, basil, soy sauce, sriracha) couldnt make up for the lack of substance in the soup.Also, the prices struck me as a little steep. I am used to paying much less than $18 for 2 bowls of pho.

Worst Vietnamese Food EverWhen we entered the restaurant we asked an employee the food was good. He declined to answer the question and referred us to the owner whos also the waiter. The owner responded, the food is the best Vietnamese food in Temecula. He flatly lied to us. I love Vietnamese foods but this one restaurant was tge worst of the worst.I ordered rice with tofu and assorted vegetables. Instead I received a plate that was mostly diced carrots, sliced onions, flavorless tomatoes colored rice, and four shaved off tinny tofu pieces. Looked like something scraped from the bottom of ancient cooking pot.My girlfriend ordered lemon grass beef and chicken. The portion she received was mostly fat, gristle beef served over the flavorless tomat colored rice. One side of her plate was filled with their so-called salad, no greens. It consists of two slices of cucumber, one small slice of tomatoe and watery inner part of Iceberg lettuce. Please save yourself from disappointment. DONT EAT HERE. DONT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO YOUR WORST ENEMY. :-( :-( :-(

I didnt like the taquitos, which were very small and very watery inside and the soup was a little bland, but if they serve you well because they are on the lookout, you wont miss anything.

This is a Vietnamese pho that is above standard. The soup is fresh and sweet, and the amount of beef and pho is sufficient. It is a rare good restaurant.
