I love this place. My sister and I always come here and the staff is very nice and friendly. Alex is a good server. The food is very tasty as well!!! So if you want a very good pho come here!!!!

My favorite local place for Pho. It is a challenge to find places that stay open late. They are open until 9. Here they dont try to hurry you out the door if you are not finished at closing time. The staff is very friendly. 👍🥰

Honestly so good! I loved their teas, handmade! I saw them chopping everything up, amazing!!! The pho was so delicious, swear! Will be going again! Our waiter was so friendly! Gave me the extra lemons I asked for! Unlike other places only give you like 3 thin slices.. lol I loved this place!

This place has been a traditional stop while working in Gilroy at the garlic festival for our crew. Since the shooting happened I drive up and visit the park on the anniversary. Well, this year I decided to continue the tradition and I stopped and got a sandwich to take to the park with me. Let me just say I live in Sacramento. So unbeknownst to me (until I got home at 9:30pm) I lost $200 cash. I knew that the last time I had it was here at this restaurant. I called them at 10:00am and they had my money. So I drove back and ordered 2 more sandwiches and drove back home. Im SO THANKFUL for their honesty! Oh and the sandwiches are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! 😋❤July 28th 2022..Same routine.However when I got to the park and opened my sandwich I was disappointed. The bread was not fresh, it was over sauced, the cucumbers were in chunks, the daikon looked like chow mein noodles, and there was lettuce on it. I did call them and let them know. I just hope next year will be better. I will absolutely give it another try. Until next year ✌️❤️🙂

I was in Morgan Hill helping a friend do some therapy and we ate there 12 times in 7 days. That included cafe sua Dạ, bánh mí, the pork and salmon bánh mí so good. Phở was consistent as its a family operation. Spring rolls too. Huge vegetarian menu and a little Buddhist information kiosk. Alls good! The owner was fantastic. He went above and beyond to assist us. We did dine in, take out and he delivered!!!

We had a Great dinner in appetizers over at foes restaurant I had D special for Morgan Hill on the menu it was delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable quiet cozy. The food was definitely fresh, authentic, very tasty. Great broth, rice, vegetables and ingredients were on the spot.

Tried the special, wagyu beef pho. The wagyu slices were very tasty, but the broth was too oily and not enough noodles. The spring roll appetizer was good though. The vermicelli chicken bowl was ok. Service was very good.

I love that they offer a real bowl of veggie Pho that is full of a variety of fresh fun! Service wasnt the best as they never did bring my tea I ordered, and we asked for no sprouts and they brought them anyway. The young man serving seemed slightly preoccupied with it being the last hour before closing, but then 4 more tables came in after us...I would still go again.

Great experience in this restaurant. The pho I ordered (chicken and rare beef steak) was very tasty with a large quantity. The broth was delicious with the rice noodles and the herb mix. Meat was in good quantity as well and good. Its served rare but it will for sure cook a little bit more in the broth.They also serve very tasty milk tea. I recommend the jasmine milk tea, served with bobas (tapioca).Very fair price for what you get.Our waiter was very friendly and served us very quickly.A very good place to go :-)

This place is great! We tried some of everything including two very different drinks. Everything on the menu is very good. Prices are quite fair. Their pho is excellent but really you cannot go wrong here. Try the green milk tea or Smoothies, they are both excellent.Our waiter, a congenial young man was a pleasure to deal with as well. We will be back for sure!

Pho is much better than the one in Gilroy. However, the portion is just not worth 13.25 for a regular. Thats a small for majority of pho restaurant. But, the spring roll is a must have. The wrap for the spring roll looks to be hand made compared to the paper wrap that is dipped in hot water.

I just discovered this gem last week and returned this week because it was so good. At a time when prices are high and quality is low, I appreciate this place so much. Fair prices for GOOD food and friendly service. I cant tell you how many disappointing spring rolls Ive had from other restaurants. All rice noodle and no herbs and skimpy on the meat. Not at Pho Morgan Hill! Their spring rolls had the perfect ratio of fillings and they were delicious. Their pho broth is wonderful and so are their rice plates. They season and cook their meat very well and their menu is amazing. Their tea is also steeped correctly and tastes lovely. I cant wait to eat there again. Will be back for banh xeo

Not meant for vegetarian (no egg, no meat) people.We have had veggie pho & veggie Vietnamese food at many many restaurants across states. Sorry to say this stands at the last place. Quality and taste lacked everything, very oily!! Zero veggies :(:(: Additionally, It is a pretty pricey - so be aware with what you expect. Portion is less. Sorry to also state but management is of not much help :(Had high hopes based on reviews but guess its tailored for non-vegetarian audience.

This place is a Morgan Hill institution. Great service and even better food. I never had a bad dish here but my go-to is the pork bahn mi and the steak and tendon pho. Its a ton of food for not too much money, so youre likely to have lunch for the next day.

Really tasty food at Pho Morgan Hill. Had the fancy chicken wings appetizer, Korean beef ribs salad plate, and a Vietnamese Tiger Beer. Everything cooked perfect doneness and delicious. Great service, good came fast when though they were about 80% full tables.Eat there you will enjoy and have no regrets.

I think this a great place! Ive been coming here since I was little and I still do. The staff are lovely. They’re very polite and fast. They have best egg rolls I have ever had. I love the pho and the little melon candies they always have at the cashier counter.

Ive been here 5 times now and havent had a dish yet that I liked. They have a good frappuccino, but Im here for the food. Service is very slim and they only come by to take your order. You pay the bill op at a desk, its not brought to you. No smiles from the employees.

Updated below!We used to get food-to-go from Pho Morgan Hill a lot. They used to have really good chicken noodle, rare beef, and beef balls soups. Lately the soup has always been very greasy, perhaps theyve changed cooks or recipe. Well probably try them again in a few months, to see if theres been any improvement. Otherwise I cant recommend it without some hesitation.As promised, heres an update! I added back one star because the soup has improved -- at least its as good as it ever was. I think they have more help, and the newer half of the eating area is open for business. Theyve added a lot of things to their menu (sandwiches and desserts). Prices are reasonable for the quality and amount of food.

Wow! I was really happy I found this spot. If you are vegan and enjoy pho definitely come here and try the vegetarian pho noodle soup. It comes with mushrooms, tofu, vegan ham, lots of noodles, and Thai basil and all the normal pho toppings. They were very busy be seated me quickly and my food came out not too long after that. I also tried a vegetarian fried rice with no egg to veganize it. I enjoyed that as well.

This is a small restaurant, or at least it looks small from the outside in a strip mall. It is quite large inside. I came in for a snack and some hot tea and was promptly greeted. I explained that I did not have much time and the waiter suggested either soup or some spring rolls and I chose some spring rolls. This is the hot Cheeto arrived quickly and it was very hot and tasted good. The string rolls also arrived quickly with a very good sauce they were delicious. Price was very reasonable. I will go back

The Pho was ok, but ultra expensive for what it was, and the place had barely any ambiance whatsoever. So I most likely will not go back. I’ve had Pho in the most tiny hole in the wall places that was awesome for a fraction of the money, so I’ll hold out for those places.

Its a family tradition of mine to always go here for Pho. They have never let us down and whenever we try out another Pho place we use this as our reference. Nothing has come close to the pho here. Coffee is amazing and they dont shy away from traditional/obscure food. Very nice.

I frequent many Pho places in San Jose. Tully Rd, Story Rd, etc. So I guess Id consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur.This place is as good or better than those in San Jose. Broth is very flavorful and portions generous. Plus its one of the cleaner places without the cafeteria feel.Ill be back

Pho Morgan Hill has upscaled their menu! Long a favorite of mine on a cooler day, I walked in and found Wagyu Beef as one of the specials. Their menu has been expanded and the food is always spot on. Average facility with very authentic style interior. Definitely a place to come for the flavor. Those flavors are spot on.

1st time here and it was TERRIBLE.My first impression: no staff were wearing masks. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Oh well, Ive already called in the order, Ill give it a chance.I picked up the food 12 minutes after I called it in, I got it home 5 minutes after that.Poured it in a big bowl.... And it was COLD. Not luke warm, not cooling down. COLD.I put the pho in a pan and heated it on the stove, still not giving up on it. Broth was tasty, chicken was fine, but the noodles were soggy and basically disintegrated on contact with the chopsticks (which were not provided, I happened to have some).Disappointing and I wont be back.

This is an excellent family run Vietnamese restaurant. The service is outstanding you’re treat it like a member of the family. I have no idea what people are objecting to, frankly I’ve been there hundreds of times and I’ve never had a bad experience nor a bad meal. Menu is a bit confusing and all over the place I didnt see any pictures of the food just names so I thought I was ordering fried rice with beef but it was cubed fillet with white rice so will both take a hit for this. Also ordered taro with pearls along with a strawberry with pearl and it was disgusting 😑 so much syrup or flavoring in them taste like your eating concentrate from a bag i vomited because of the syrup content taste like i grabbed smuckers jelly and ate straight from the jar with a spoon

A little pricey (>$10 per entree) but excellent, attentive, courteous service. I felt very valued as a customer, even though it was fairly packed.The pho itself was just as good as any that Ive had. I got the chicken vegetable pho, and after adding the jalapeños, basil, bean sprouts, and a touch of sauce it was the perfect combination of savory, spicy, salty, sweet and sour.Would recommend the jasmine milk tea with pearls to settle your stomach (you will probably leave stuffed).

This is my daughter and mines spot. We come here for lunch every two weeks. She gets a kids 14 and I get a large $14. We share spring rolls with this amazing peanut sauce, followed by steaming bowls of pho. They give you plenty of garnishes and its great prices too. Just for the two of us, I usually spend about $25 and thats for two milk teas with boba, 2 bowls of pho and an appetizer.The staff is pretty cool too but they e known me for a few years now. They always ask if we need scissors so I can cut my daughters noodle so she doesnt choke 🥰

This was the second time my friends took me there and the first time i wasnt super impressed but this time the service was poor. I ordered a honeydew smoothie with pearl and the first i time I got it was great but this time it was horrible tasting. I complained and asked for a different drink and the waiter told me that next time I would have to pay for both drinks with a disgusted look on his face. I was really shocked since I had eaten there before and had the exact same drink and liked it.

Be careful - fraudulent place!! - I went there on July 15 2018. Ordered grilled beef and shrimp over rice to go. The price on menu is 9.75, but they charged my credit card $11.45 !! As an accountant, my intuition told me it is not correct because sales tax here is 9%, should be $10.63. So I asked cashier to show me the calculation. He then referred to the cover of the menu which has a VERY small yellow sticker with blurred writing all price will be added 35 cents!!! So be careful, the price you see on the menu is not the price you pay. They can add 35 cents in 2018, so they can add 350 cents in 2020, who knows. Cashier then said another 35 cents for taking out!! I just dont like the way they run business, so many hidden charges!! So be careful when you pay. Looks small amount for each customer, but accumulated amount for them.

I am a vegetarian and ordered vegetarian chow fun at this restaurant. Although, the food tastes good, I could not get past the smell (smelled similar to a non-vegetarian food) from the food to enjoy it. This is one of the few restaurants that I visited has that smell to the food from another dish. I usually dont waste food, but that day I wasted a lot and still regret it. Also, the utensils were dirty with some sause stains. I dont think I will go back again.

- If I want good Pho Ill take the drive to Fremont.- The Mexican restaurant that was replaced by Pho had the best Carnitas in MH before they shut (and stayed open into the evening the latest of any restaurant in MH). Sadly, when the elder generation was ready to retire the next gen was apparently not ready to step-in and carry the reputation forward. While this isnt Phos fault everyone ignored a basic tennent in restaurant success ...stay with the same cuisine when replacing a previously long standing successful restaurant and then do it well. People had been in the habit of coming here for good Mexican food for years and more likely to give a new/replacement Mexican restaurant a try when they show up and see it has changed. I dont go expecting Mexican and when finding Pho instead think Oh good - lets eat here - I fire back up the car and head to another Mexican restaurant.

This is one of those hole in the wall places with great food and great service. The Vermicelli is just as good as Vietasia, but half the price. The barbecued pork and shrimp Vermicelli is great. So are the bbq pork spring rolls. Service is quick and friendly too.

Im a SJ resident, my attitude towards Vietnamese food is very hostile. I have the tendency to judge everything I eat when Im pleased with tasty and cheap meals to anything thats unpleasant in my tummy. Sadly, I commute to Morgan Hill for work. Doesnt offer much around this residing city when it comes down to variety of food. However, I found out theres a restaurant that offers Vietnamese food! My heart fluttered when I wanted to give this place a try after a lot of my fellow Vietnamese coworkers tell me that this location is the ONLY place that serves great tasting Vietnamese food around the area. How unfortunate that many people arent familiar with the different tastes of Asian food around there.Typically, Pho (soup), Bun (Vermicelli dishes), etc. are always served in a Vietnamese restaurant. However, most places around SJ have restaurants serving food in separation by Bánh cun (rice noodle roll filled with seasoned ground pork, minced wood ear mushroom, and minced shallots), Bánh mì (different kinds of bread more specifically, sandwiches including meat, soy fillings of pork belly, sausage, grilled pork with pork liver pâté, cucumber, etc.), or Bò 7 món (literally seven courses of beef, a selection of beef Vietnamese dishes), etc. This restaurant however has a little bit of everything!Ive enjoyed their Pho (mainly their combination soup that has brisket, tendons, flank, meatballs, etc.), Bo Luc Lac (shaking beef which is cubed beef with onions and bell peppers) served with steamed white rice and small bowl of soup (clear broth), Banh Mi (grilled chicken sandwich), Bun Bo Hue (spicy soup served with beef, fatty beef, pork blood, etc.), and something new off their menu, Mi Quang (rice noodles served with seasoned pork chop or chicken, quail eggs, shrimp, peanuts, ch (Vietnamese steamed pork sausage), chili pepper, fresh vegetables and pieces of crispy bánh tráng (crispy version of rice paper). All that Ive mentioned are some things that I love to order each time Ive eaten here!Im an avid customer, in which, the owners are always sweet and courteous all the time. Lunch time can be very busy, but dont quickly judge by their service. They talk to their customers especially those who are regulars, like myself, and remember your usual order! I love that about a restaurant, when the owners remember you!! Best part, they dont have MSG in their food, they accept debit and credit cards (most of SJVietnamese restaurants are CASH ONLY), and FREE Wi-Fi unlike any other SJ restaurants that NEVER give their customers FREE Wi-Fi!Convenient that theyre nearby my workplace. Off the beaten road of Monterey Road heading towards Socal, its tucked away in a small plaza. If you happen to have GPS, its not hard to find. Theres room outside in their patio area if you want to enjoy a nice lunch during a sunny day!Overall, I have no complaints! Ill keep coming back as long as they continue with their patronage and delicious food!
