This is a whole in the wall Pho spot. They have a delicious vegetable soup that I love! The veggies are crisp & the tofu is delicious! I get it with the chicken broth, which is fire! The owner is fantastic, but there is a lady who works there with a bad attitude. She could use a class in customer service and to learn how to smile and say please and thank you. But other than that the food is quality! I would recommend eating here. Prices are also very reasonable.

Wow okay. Where to start. I came in with a friend for lunch before realizing we were running short on time and having to leave with our food in to go boxes. We walked in and the lady who sat us and took our drink/food order was really kind of... terse? I ordered chicken bún as its what I usually get. I order it semi-regularly from various locations so Im used to having a good, filling meal from it. I ended up being super busy so I havent actually finished my food yet after taking the majority of it to go but when it arrived to the table and I dug in, the noodles were... hard? Vermicelli noodles arent supposed to be hard for bún. It was like they were al dente. They were also like clumped together where it was the densest. My friend said maybe they were made from packets of noodles and steamed improperly. The noodles were no bueno. The chicken tasted good and was cooked great. I had a huge chunk of gristle but I have that kind of luck so I just put that bit to the side. The man behind the cash register was super nice! He let us pay separately without issue. Oh and my honeydew smoothie was the best part of the entire experience. If you go, order one of those and dont order the bún.

I like their beef pho. Only place that weve found vegetarian pho. Fast service, tasty broth, nice staff. Misheard one of our pho #s, apologized and quickly made the correct one. That was the only hiccup in probably a dozen visits or more. Im writing a review after so long because it was kinda quiet in there last Sunday and based on food and quick service they deserve more business. They did have NFL on the TV and never had an issue finding parking. I like Kevins but in my opinion this is just as good and closer for me.

Hadnt eaten all day! Pull up to this spot with my kids very hungry. My pictures dont do justice to how dirty the wall & floor are... just disgusting!!! That shouldve been my que to walk out but we were very hungry. We had to wait long to order while 2 employees chatted! When the guy came to take our order, his hands were very dirty. With those sake dirty hands he brought water touching the rim of the cups so ni water for us. Then a woman comes out the back picking her nose, did not wash her hands & went to make our drinks. My son went to cancel the drinks. She still brought over one... when I let her know that we canceled the drinks, I got the most evil look so I told her, you picked your nose, didnt wash your hands & started making drinks. She walked off without a word & washed her hands at the sink after the fact! No one checked on us! The food tasted off, like slightly infused with chemicals! We had the ask for bills which were incorrect! Sadly several of these restaurants try this scam of overcharging by a pretty small amount (about $1 this time) knowing most people wont notice... think 100 customers in a day, thats an additional $100 a day, or $3,000 in a month! So check your bill no matter where you go but dont go here!

So happy with this place. Very welcoming and friendly and they offer vegetarian pho!! Made me very happy. We will definitely come here again. My husband had beef pho and also thought it was great..

My wife and I moved to Concord in June and had to find a new Phô spot. We’ve tried a few others locally and were not disappointed, but not satisfied. Enter this spot. From the quality of the broth, to the quantity of meat and noodles for the size purchased. We have been thrilled to find our new “spot” for this lovely food. Great price-quantity and speedy service for to-go. We’ve been back 3 times now and will continue to go back. Highly recommended.

If you order for pickup, they stated they can only place orders for X-Large in size. Not cool milking the customer for more money. There are plenty of other pho places around the area.

Unexpectedly DELICIOUS authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Absolutely nothing bad, after many visits here, probably ate half the menu by now. Beef pho broth is wonderful, my standard to compare all others to. Spring rolls, dipping sauce, etc are all wonderful, especially the peanut sauce!

This place has some of the best Bún/Vermicelli in the bay area. Good price, really large servings, generous amount of meat, and their fried egg on top always has plenty of soft yolk to mix into the noodles: delicious.

Ate there about a 100 times but last time I called in my order I was asked if I was the one who walked out with more than I ordered for which I was immediately offended and stunned at this rude and outwardly way of fing up a good business relationship. I did go through with my to-go order but within 15 minutes of eating it I became seriously ill and spent the next hour in the bathroom and a bit sick all nite. Next morning I threw the leftovers away and will never go there again. Let this be a WARNING to all that these bums are bad and this business will hopefully fail before someone else gets hurt.

Its a winner..another excellent lunch or dinner stop ..we plan on stopping here when we are in Walnut CreekThe service can seem distant but language is a factor ...Be patient ask questions enjoy your food..They make their own wontons and fried egg rolls ..I couldnt eat them because I cant eat shrimp my wife said they are delicious..they are made here at the restaurant and I wanted some just from how good they look..Parking is great, large parking lot plenty of space, easy to get to..If your in the mood for good food stop here.After a year of quarantine no sitting in a restaurant and eating ....this was my first sit down eating out..they made sure to separate dinners and the Pho was just as good as last year. Congratulations on surviving a very tough time..There are other Vietnamese restaurants that I havent eaten at . Some just as good as Saigon City . When a find a very good Vietnamese restaurants in my travels I dont need to try other places. Saigon City comes to mind when ever Im in Walnut Creek or Hercules or even south to Lafayette.. I rarely give five stars this restaurant deserves it!

Good and fresh. A few of the servers, who appear to be family, cannot understand English which can come off as unfriendly, but its not a problem because they are quick to bring someone over to assist as soon as its feasible.Smoothies are great and the tapioca pearls are perfect--this trip had the mung bean with pearl..quite nice but if you can, please do try the 3 bean color with coconut milk. Had the spicy pork soup and a plate of the rare beef--no pork blood but still delicious.

On a whim my friend and I went here. It changed names and ownership not long ago. I had the vermicelli with beef and egg rolls. On point! Yummy, fresh and huge portion. I had a Vietnamese iced coffee. It was good too. The abmbience was pleasant with lots of sunlight. The service was attentive and nice. My friend had a vegetarian pho which looked amazing. Prices were reasonable. I would come here again.

Since new management a few years ago this place has been very very good. Previously the food was barely acceptable. Hope this place stays around since there’s no good Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Not too pricy. Authentic!
