Pho Shack Noodles & Grill in Moreno Valley

Nice little pho shop in the plaza that is neat and comfy. Staff was chill and did their job. Price is decent for what they served, not overpriced compared to other places. Ordered a large Pho bo vien(~$12). It was quite below average for the broth and meat, which are the essentials in a good bowl of pho. Noodles are cooked well, but thats not saying much, tbh since that is a simple task. Probably should be lower due to food quality, but a 4/5 for the price compared to other pho places.

Service is amazing. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and welcoming! Clean place and yummy food.We ordered three dishes. Grilled shrimp pho, Shrimp Chow Rice Noodle, and Pho Grilled Chicken.Everything was delicious and I was impressed by the quantity of the food. It was worth the value and super fresh. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the broth for the pho was just delectable.We had plenty of leftovers, so make sure you take friends or share dishes.The location is not the best, so just be careful in the area. However, the restaurant and the food is amazing. We absolutely would visit them again when we are back to SoCal.

Love it here. The customer service was and attention to detail is outstanding. The place is nice and clean. I especially loved 😍 the grilled shrimp soup AND Combo plate, w/side of crunchy spring rolls.., 😋 (all shown) & once u try it? It will be fully evident, that everything on the menu looks exactly like the picture when u get it! They say the, proof is in the pudding, well? 🤔 I for one, am totally convinced! And beyond being appetizingly satisfying & filling, - as their portions are actually a bit grand but, the most remarkable thing is their prices are so VERY reasonable?! 👍 I like everything about the place!PS; The place is very clean, consistently sanitized AND, its only an hours drive in light traffic! Plus..? It has; Dine in, Take out & GrubHub delivery! 🚚 So dont worry, 🙄 it will not disappoint u! 😎 ET

I always come here for their great grilled chicken pho. We eat at least every other day, it’s so good. They also have other food of course but this is my favorite. My family enjoys eating from here. Like always I will order again and again

Went into this place at 7:55pm when they closed at 9pm and the host was like ummm, we stop seating people at 8:30pm. We were like but its not even 8 yet... so then she had us sit down. We waited for our food, got it and started to try it out. Meanwhile at like after 8:30pm another family came in and they sat them down right away. There was only 2 of us, and there was 5 of them. So why couldnt we be seated before 8pm?? Oh and the pho was very salty. The noodles looked brown from the broth and you knew that they just threw beef bouillon in the broth to give it flavor. We honestly couldnt even finish the bowls. This is not legit pho. I will not be coming back at all.

I order take-out, staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long for my order. Pho grilled chicken was tasteful, the kids order is perfect for one person. The shrimp spring rolls were also very good, recommendation is for the peanut sauce to less thick. Overall I recommend... inside was clean and had a chic feel, welcoming atmosphere. I wish I would have taken a picture before I ate it all, sorry

I dont know of any other place in town with customer service this great. Everytime I visit to eat or take my family in to dine with me, it feels like we are treated as if we are extended family members of the staff. Sweet!The food is good. We have tried several dishes from the menu including various hot Pho or cold noodles, ban mi, spring rolls, fries, drinks... All great food.The interior is clean, spacious and filled with positive energy. The staff is always warm and accommodating.

Love this new Pho place. Its in the same area of Superior Market. Plenty of parking and close to 60 Fwy. Very modern and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN, specially, its RESTROOMS. Lol. How many times can you say that to an Asian restaurant? (Dont get me wrong, Im also an Asian, just telling the truth. Lol). I like the concept of ordered and paid at the counter. Theyll give you a number to place at the table and food will serve quickly after that. After finishing your meal, just get up and go. So convenient. It saves lots of time compare to a traditional Asian restaurant, whereas, you have to flag down someone for the bill and then again, to pay for it. Especially, when you have to hurry get back to work after lunch.Food taste AMAZING. My husband got a Beef Salad while I got a Chicken salad. Very generous portions. Both beef and chicken were tendered and tasted soooo delicious. Nothing can beat the taste of lemongrass that comes with it. IMO. Egg roll is also good, so crispy and perfect to taste. No need for dipping sauce, and best of all, ITS FREE. FYI, it comes with every entree. Thumbs up Pho Shack. Its Passion fruit juice is so refreshing!!! One more cool thing here is its COCA-COLA Freestyle fountain. You can mix a variety of flavors of your choice, as much as youd like because its FREE REFILL too. Last, but not least, its Vietnamese coffee tasted awesome.Service is attentive. While we were here, Kevin, the manager came out to greet customers, he carefully listened to our feedback regarding of food, service, cleanliness... He seemed to genuinely care about customers feedback. With good location, nice and clean, good food, good service, good management, and affordable price... what could go wrong??? Give it a try, I guarantee you wont be disappointed.Well definitely come back to try its Pho next time. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

1st time here, Super yummy. Cha Gio is sooo good and a nice full roll! I had the vermicelli with pork. Soon good. Ill be back again!
