I remember now why I only go here twice a year. The portions are crazy small. Got a rice and meat dish and it was 80% rice. $12 for rice!!! Food is good, but pricing is ridiculous when factoring in portions.

I’ve been to this location a few times now but I always did carry out. Pho has always been consistently good and they pack everything very well so that the noodles are separate from the liquid.For the first time I decided to dine in on a Friday evening. The restaurant is very clean and not too loud. Their service is highly efficient and the waiters are very attentive. Straws are available upon request. The wait time for food was very short. I have tried other locations and I would say this Pho consistently has been the best. I have never deviated from anything else besides pho and I’ve never needed to. The Decour is very nice and the atmosphere is laid-back and family oriented.I would highly recommend this place!

This is a surprisingly good Vietnamese restaurant among many in the area. We had the pho large and a barbecue pork rice dish. The broth in the pho was excellent ~ savory and tasty without leaving a too sweet sweet or salty aftertaste. The meat was tender and fresh. The barbecue pork was plentiful and tender and well seasoned. It went down good with the rice nicely paired with the sautéed green onion. Restaurant is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is personable and efficient. This restaurant has become a favorite for us.

We used to come to this place a lot before, I used to like it then, but this is the second time we came here that I noticed the service has changed a lot. Helpers dont talk and looks unhappy with their job. They dont even come to check if you like your food or something. The cashier doesnt even thank you when you pay theyre all looking either mad or unhappy. Who wants that???

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Los Ángeles. I eat here at least once a week. I love their grilled salmon and the beef brisket pho is top level Vietnamese food for a really affordable price. Great service. We like Leo one of the servers and the owner.

Ive gone to the van Nuys and Reseda locations, the Phó here is the best. The parking is abundant. The service isnt great. The guy driving us barely spoke to us. He just needed his head without a smile and didnt come back to the table at all after we got it dish. I definitely recommend this place for Phó.

A pointless attempt at trying to eat takeout pho. Instantly I burned my hand trying to eat hot pho from my car and had to drop it on the ground burning my hands holding the hot soup. Hungry, I just look at my food on the ground and very painful burned hands.

This was probably my third visit to this location, service at best was mediocre. every time i had to ask for water, including refilling. the waiters never really check in on me, i had to waive them down when i needed something. the food was ok, peanut sauce for the spring roles was incredibly soupy both times.

Extremely upset, I ordered take out last night (writing this today because I didn’t have time to yesterday) for my family and I. My family had sent me to go order and bring food home for all of us. I had never had pho before cause it never really interested me but I thought to give it a shot yesterday. I asked the guy at the front whats something they recommended and he said the beef pho that also came with another meet but I couldn’t fully hear what he was saying because I’m hard of hearing. Anyway, now I have my food and go home and time for dinner right? When I got my bowl I opened it and there was a bag of RAW cold meat INSIDE my bowl with COOKED meat. How is that okay??? Doesn’t that violate some kind of health code?! There was literally a bag of raw meat touching my noodles and everything. I don’t know what that bag has touched. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I called the restaurant to ask what is that and they said I have to cook it myself at home. What is the point of ordering take out if you end up having to cook something??? What if I was on the go and was going to eat in the car, how would I be able to cook that? So unbelievable. The meat that was cooked was dry and cold. Don’t come here.

This is our go-to for good Pho. The restaurant is clean and the service is good. We had a little issue with our order a few weeks ago, but they took care of us on our next order. I live by garden Grove and little Saigon. There is a Pho place every block. Came out here for work and was craving it so figured Id try here since it has better reviews then others. Great place! My Pho was STEAMING hot, not warm. The meat was rare!!! Many times I get rare and by the time it comes out, its cooked... The broth had good flavor and the extras were very fresh!!! The basil was so fresh and had a great earthiness to it. The bean sprouts were crisp as well as the jalapenos. All and all great experience and the staff were A-1! My bill was $8 and I thought I paid $11, but the guy stopped me as I was walking away and gave me a 20 that made it on the pile! I was so moved by it and love how honest the staff is!

Quality, delicious food. Ive tried a lot of different things here and they are all delicious. The prices are awesome, especially for a restaurant on Ventura Blvd. Staff is friendly. Cant go wrong here. I eat here once about every 1-2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go.Update: new owners since my last review. The prices have gone up but the food is still good. Dont go as often. :(

The service was great and so were the prices. Only bad thing is the Pho itself is not boiling hot but warm. I would of asked them to heat it up I was starving. This soup should always be served really hot. Two of us got non-Pho items from the menu and they are kind of stingy with their pork and shrimp.

Came here on Saturday afternoon. Had a large party, party of 9. Took about 15 minutes to get a table. Capacity of the restaurant is 100. Food was good, service was good. They also offer boba drinks. Prices are decent. Parking can be found in the lot; parking spaces are kinda small. 2 TVs in the restaurant and music in the background. They speak decent English; not Vietnamese only restaurant.

This place is quite the surprise! Very hip decor and the food just great. The grilled squid(calamari) appetizer is outstanding. The owner added this to his menu on his friends urging because they used to cook this on their camping trips and was a favorite. The sauces add a nice dimension. The vegetarian hot pot was very tasty once I added the paste that comes on the side. The flans are works of art and are served with crushed ice to balance the sweet. Really nice. Well definitely come back!

The grilled pork chop on steamed rice is excellent. You can get fried egg over any dish upon request. I suggest ordering the grilled squid. The green sauce that comes with it is phenomenal. The prices are fair. Im surprised that all of the same type of dish cost the same. The grilled dishes are all good. The pho is good especially the chili sauce that you can request. They dont put it on the table.

Its a great place for lunch, if you work nearby. The house special with extra noodles, beef balls and extra tendon 😍. My favorite! The downsides are that the drinks are hit and miss. Their ratios are not consistent on the thai teas and other drinks. Also, the texture of the boba feels like its always old.

Pork Banh mi was pretty good, the pho to me was nothing special. Really slow service tonight and kept bringing out other peoples food to our table after we were already eating ours. Given the limited number of spots to get some pho in the valley this place is perfectly fine, just not my fav. Definitely prefer pho so1 next to Home Depot off Fallbrook for the food and fast service. This place is built out a bit nicer though and probably has a few more tables.

Ordered to go with 5 phos and a spring shrimp roll. The shrimp role I specifically said no pork just shrimp. When I went to pick up the order I asked is everything here and he said yes. Then I asked the spring role he said yes its in there. So I left only to realize it was not. I called back and said the spring role was not in here and he said oh yea you forgot it. Then upon going all the way back to pick it up and returning again it had pork in it. Honestly just a mess of an experience. The pho quality has also dropped it use to be way better. If you are dining in you are fine but when ordering to go double check the order with them.

Came here on New Years Day since most Viet restaurants in Reseda are closed for the holiday. Parking was easy with the big lot and seating was quick too. We ordered a chicken Banh Mi and beef Pho # 6. The Banh Mi bread was crisp, full with Sriracha mayo and contained adequate amount of pickled vegetables and meat. The Pho broth was clear and simple with reasonable amount of veggies and beef.Service was okay. They double charged our credit card and didnt notified us until we checked the bank card activity. When we called the owner Andy was reluctant to give us a credit card refund and he demanded us to come back for a full cash refund. And hes hard to reach (on the phone) and not that pleasant to talk to. That was not a nice experience and he ruined it for us. We would never come back. If you go there please be sure to always check/verify your transactions.

Love this new location, food is great excluding the bahn mi as they dont use baguettes, instead of it they choose cheap and not to tasry rolls.. So would definitely pass on that.
