I got the #10 beef noodle soup with rare flank steak and tripe and a half order of Vietnamese eggrolls. It was amazing as usual.

It was early Sunday afternoon so the place wasnt exactly busy yet. The server was friendly and accommodating.The pho was good/average.The broth was on the bland side. The steak in the pho was on the better side.We also ordered pot stickers; they were delicious.I had Vietnamese ied tea and that was also delicious. I would give this place another opportunity.

So I just moved here from city of La Puente/Hacienda Heights area over there pho is a soup you can get almost anywhere moving down to Lancaster. I didn’t find many places that offer Vietnamese and I was in the mood for some. This place had OK ratings. My expectations were probably a little high given the fact that I’m in Lancaster now, but honestly I expected basics service was horrible. It seemed like they were very understaffed and the lady that was there was very very short she kept telling me to wait in between my order so she could go help somebody else, after that it took everything 30 minutes or more just to get my order out and when I received my soup, all I can see was noodles and no broth so I asked if I could get more broth and they said they would charge me and I told them why do I have to pay for more broth when my plate should have some in it and I even asked to speak to the manager and they gave so much attitude and I asked if my plate looked like it had broth in it and he said no and and said that I would have to pay extra four dollars to get more broth I did not think this was OK. Given the fact that service sucked. I waited 30 minutes for my food and my food was not done correctly. I believe that if you’re making a dish, everything should be measured out, and clearly that was not the case . The eggrolls were OK they did not get served with lettuce looked like frozen eggrolls. The soup was good. Just wish they would’ve added the broth the way they should’ve so overall it’s OK if you’re desperate for some Vietnamese references. Will not be returning.

Look, im asian and I dont expect much when it comes to customer service as long as the food is good but my family and I literally did not even order food here and just walked out due to the lack of any sort of service!Usually, when you walk in a Pho restaurant the aroma is usually amazing but this place? Absolutely nothing.And here is where my patience ran thin.1) we walked in and the old lady at the register didnt even look up to greet up. We didnt know if we sat ourselves or wait to be seated? So after waiting I had to ask her and she was already not friendly.2) we sat down but it didnt seem like anyone cared to service us. We also had a toddler so I had to go ask for a highchair. Again, I went to ask the employee if she had a highchair and she begrudgingly said yes. And then I had to ask her if she was going to grab it for me or I should grab it. She grabbed it for us but that was where her service ended.3) Did not give us a menu or anything after sitting down being ignored. Finally, I got up and grabbed 2 menus myself.After sitting down and having no one service us, we decided to walk out and leave.I understand there arent a lot of options in the AV for viet food but I would rather not eat than support this place.FYI Boba Cove & Cafe has some pretty decent Pho and super friendly service !

No proper chili oil, no pork, no fried rice, nasty soy sauce, very dirty plastic glasses (nasty). Service very friendly and my C dish was all rice.Pho looked good and I should have got that. I would pass on this place and find a better place. Hope you read this.

The front woman is very rude she overcharged me. And would only give me and my husband one lemon wedge anything else is extra charge. We enjoyed the soup but her personality is enough to not make me want to go back

If you’re thinking you’re going to get traditional Vietnamese food here you’re wrong. This is an American whitewashed version of Vietnamese food. It was tasty, but not what I was expecting. Am I the other said the waitress was rather rude and I found it kind of annoying that it looks like probably family members or something just hanging out in the back of the restaurant.

I love pho stop, whenever I’m sick or it’s a nice hot day, I come here and the next day I’ve always gotten better.I love the owners because they’re always so lovely and nice.The pho is really delicious. I don’t like really sweet pho but this one is perfect between salt/sweet.

The broth is very bland, very little noodles and beef for the price, i had to put extra lemon and chili just to get some flavor, service is great but definitely not a good pho spot.

Vietnamese American here visiting Lancaster. If you’re looking for authentic pho, this is 3/10. I had pho tai Bo viên. Thai basil was very wilted, bean sprouts looked old and tasted pungent, jalapeños I had, had no seeds. Meatballs were cold in the center and they do not have tendon if you like your meatballs with tendon.Broth was mediocre, no richness and no fat. Without adding any toppings the broth was cloudy. I like to eat my pho with no sirrracha and hoisin but I tried it and they did not have Sirracha even though they had it over the counter.Overall, it is not terrible nor good. Just bad.
