Went this place with my brother and my dad. Service is not good at all l. We wait for too long like 45 mins before our food arrived. They dont even serve us water, if your not going to request for it. The service crew is not friendly. i dont know if she is the owner of the restaurant, its look like. She have an attitude plus she dont know how to approach with the customer she rude and she will yelled at you once you request or ask for something. Once the food arrived since we ordered the grilled pork with rice ussually it comes with sauce. because weve been in different vietnamese restaurant and alwys ordered the same come with fish sauce. Instead she told us that there is no sauce just use the pho sauce coz thats the only sauce that we have. No pork at all only spoon. Food and service is not good. Worst experience, Not worth for the money so please avoid coming to these restaurant.

Absolutely love this place. Owners are super nice! Best boba to get around the AV! Their milk teas with boba and snow fluff is a few things I recommend. Good place to stop and grab a bite before or after class since its near Antelope Valley College. Like Ive said the place it great, but if youre going to visit during the summer be prepared for EVERYONE and their mamas to be in that place haha. Its super popular, so its always packed and hard to find a seat during the summer. It does take a bit of time for your order to come out but I wouldnt worry too much, its so worth the wait. One last thing i love is that besides the menu, they sell small snacks like fresh spring rolls, pork buns, mochi, and red bean cakes. Only problem is that they rotate it so everytime you come in, you have a chance of it not being out displayed on the counter for it to be sold. :( And for a girl who loves mochi and red bean cakes, this is one sad thing for me haha. Wish they could make those a permanent choice on the menu!With all that being said, if youre in the av or passing by as you go, Boba Cove & Cafe is definitely a place youll want to stop by.

One time bad experience is enough for me for never go back and get that rude owner of that ice cream places attitude. For me that day I just wanted to spend my time with my friends who love ice cream. I did not want to eat ice cream and after waiting on the line for long long time he refuses to serve me a cup of tea. He told Im only serving ice cream right now and I have no time to serve you tea. I told him you just have to fill the cup with hot water and put some tea bag and give it to me. He refuses to do it and he told me wait when Im not busy I will make you some tea. I was totaly in shock for this kind of service. I asked him if it is ok to give me a glass of water I told him Im so thirsty and I need a glass of water. He pointed those water bottles to me and told me you can buy those water bottles. I was so mad but because Im so patient and God helped me to stay calm. I told him fine when you are not busy you can serve me tea. When I came back home it took me few days to think about this persons act. So many words came in my mind about him and I also read all the comments for his business. It is not normal for someone in his age being so sweet and nice to some people (specially beautiful women) and so rude in the same time to other people. In US the customer is always right and living in this beautiful Country for 23 years I knew this for long time. I will never go back there again even he has the best ice cream in the whole world. He talked to his employee so bad in front of us. Just like she is nobody. It hurts my feeling so bad. When I walked in his store and I told him Im waiting for my friends. He told me you are so lucky having friends. I felt so bad and sad for him but when I saw how treat me then I figure it out why he is soooooooo lonely. We born once and live once and we have very short time to make friends. If in his age he had no friends. He must be so miserable. But for sure I do not want to get his bad service one more time. God bless him and guide him for being a better human.
