Ive been there for 3 times when I desired to eat the Vietnamese food during my 1-month USA trip. The owner and staffs are also Vietnamese, the restaurant is kind of a family style and people here are really nice, so it brought me a cozy place like home in Viet Nam.I tried Phở, Vermicelli and Rice (Special Combo dishes), all the ingredients are fresh especially vegetables. All of the dishes were cooked very similar to the taste in Viet Nam, they might change a little bit taste to deal with the taste of people in the US but for me it was a amazing and satisfying experience.So anytime when you want to eat Vietnamese food, I would strongly recommend you guys to come here with the very close original taste of Vietnam cuisine, if I have a chance to travel in US again I will come back ^^

This place is top notch. Please patron at small family businesses like this when you eat out. They definitely are great, and the food is genuinely delicious. The best Vietnamese food is in San jose or Garden Grove in Southern California. This place is the best bet in East Bay if you cant make it to SJ or GG.

Small, unassuming place with good food. They have a few listed vegetarian items, and #57- Vegetarian Pho was delicious. They also made off-the-menu vegetarian fresh rolls with tofu on request. Good hosts, nice place!

Good place to come if you are local. Wouldnt go out of my way to eat here per se. Service is so-so. Prices are good. Good bahn mi. Not a fan of soup so I cant comment on the pho.

I was driving about running errands and started thinking of what I wanted to eat that would warm me up on such a chilly night. I saw the Pho T &T sign and decided Id give it a try. To my delight they had a nice variety of noodle soups with a variety of chicken choices with the noodles. I got a vegetarian one for my wife and one of the chicken versions for myself. The service was courteous and welcoming, and the dishes were scrumptious! Ill definitely go back to make a couple of other selections.Solari

Very clean and well kept. Attentive service, calm quiet atmosphere. The food was especially delicious. My family of 4 had bah Minh, fresh spring rolls, pho deluxe (good size and really yummy... get the large, I wish I had) & vermicelli plate w/ shrimp and beef. We were all pleasantly full and loved the yummy flavors

The meat rice dishes are sparse serving (dont order if youre real hungry). Meat sliced paper thin, like theyre trying to save on meat portions.😔. Fried egg rolls very good. I was still hungry after meal. Restaurant overall very clean, healthy, friendly staff. 👍🏻, but remember, dont expect to get full.

Good place to go with a variety of selections on their menu from combo noodle or rice plates, good soup I got the beef stew soup, appetizers like egg rolls are delicious! Friendly nice wait staff! Cant wait to go back! Located at corner of Wicks & Lewelling across from El Portal restaurant & next to Cathys Nail Salon.

My first time trying Pho T&T. I was happy with the food, mango smoothie and the service. Everyone was very polite. The restaurant is very well kept and cozy. I will recommend this to friends and family. So glad my friend took me here.

Love their grilled pork chop w fried rice amd egg roll appetizers. Egg rolls are made with rice paper sold have a mochi like texture when deep fried. Great family owned restaurant. Friendly service. Good food and fair prices. We drive 30 min from Oakland to get there at least once a month.

We tried out this place recently after seeing some good reviews on Yelp and we were not disappointed. The place is quaintly sized and feels comfy. Their menu offers many different Vietnamese dishes and the ones weve tried all tasted great. Noteworthy mentions go to a few items. First is their Lemon Grass Beef which is perfectly proportioned with the most tender beef ever. Second is their Pho that is more than enough to fill up someone with plenty of noodles, meat, and veggies. Third, but certainly not least, is their super-cheap yet nicely-sized Vietnamese Sandwiches filled with very delicious meat. Special mentions go to their imperial rolls, which we never forget to order whenever were there.Only negatives are that their servers sometimes forget orders or get orders wrong and it may take a while to get your food if youre a big crowd.

Often come here with family and very great food. On busy days, you do wait a while to be seated since in not a big location but it is worth the wait. Very friendly servers and family oriented. One of my favorite spots to eat and enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.

Seen the place for many years and decided to try it after a wonderful walk by the shoreline. Inside was a little warm so we had a viet ice coffee. Very good. We ordered a bun bo hue, awesome flavor, not too spicy or oily. Also order #54, which was a seafood fried chow fun. Very tasty as well. Workers were very young and very nice. Definitely my new favorite place for pho.

Man the food here never disappoints. This location is like a hidden lil gem in San Leandro. Took my parents here (whom are always picky when it comes to restaurants) they absolutely loved the place. I go here almost every other week

Very clean interior, quick service, and excellent food. Generous portions of meat in pho with less MSG than most places. Also, the menu includes vermicelli plates and rice plates, if youre looking for more than pho. Hard to find menu items like bun bo hue and nem nuong are served here, too! This is our go to local pho spot!

My fiance is Viet and this is our go to pho spot in San Leandro. Broth is always on point and the Gỏi cuốn (Vietnamese spring rolls) is fresh and good peanut sauce (not too watery like some cheaper versions). It is nice and clean inside and usually not very busy. Do it!
