Pho Vietnam Restaurant in Santa Rosa

The worst customer service ever. We sat and waited for half an hour and no server came to give us any water(see my desk) or take our order the restaurant barely had anyone(see pic). They stand there and laugh and talk. Never return, the food has way too much msg and is hurting my throat.

Whenever we find ourselves in town, it has become a tradition for us to visit this place for Vietnamese soup. My personal favorite is the flavorful bun bo hue accompanied by delectable spring rolls. Given its popularity, the place is often bustling with customers, and occasionally, you have to wait to be served.

Pho! The most delicious pho! Soup. Brilliantly brewed, beef, roast, even more delicious. The best Vietnamese Pho north of the Golden Gate Bridge.

I dont know why I havent written this review yet. I dont know when it happened, but Pho Vietnam has become my go-to spot for spring rolls and pho. Everything is pretty reasonably priced. I can get an extra large beef pho and spring rolls and it comes to about $23, with enough to take home and have another meal with. The food is prepared super quickly and is always delicious. Ive tried the vermicelli a few times but I like the pho more. The spring rolls are *chefs kiss*.The place is quite large and it has a family style feel to it. I like to come here after work to eat alone and take my time. I can sit and eat as slowly as I want without feeling rushed. Theyll check in once in a while, but theyre not overly attentive, which I really like. When its time to pay the bill, just walk up to the register; theyre not going to bring your bill to you. They have long business hours and seem like they stay quite busy. Ill be back again soon.

Pho Vietnam does it again!! The food is always so tasty and brings comfort food to another level! I love coming here. Everyone is really kind. It can get busy so the employees may not come to our table as often but it just shows how popular and delicious the food is! Best mom and pop restaurant in Santa Rosa. 10/10 recommend!!

As many other reviews say, the service here is very poor. After we ordered we did not see a waitperson for over 30 minutes. No refills on water or anything. Then the food arrived lukewarm/cold. Again, after the food arrived we STILL did not have any waitperson check on us for refills or just to see how the food was. Pretty odd and cold environment. Not enjoyable. Also the food was below average and probably would have been even if it was actually served hot. I am not even from Santa Rosa and I know there are better options in the area. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Wait time was very fast. Got our spring rolls about 2 minutes ordering. Very good prices was about 38 all together shown in pictures.

Been coming here since I was a toddler, the food here is pretty superb. However, the service here is questionable- for me anyway. There’s a young Latina waitress here who is never friendly towards me at all . But the funny thing is I’ve witnessed her being pretty polite to other customers. Feels like a personal bias against me. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and this is the respect I get?

Food is good but the service sucks here. I was waited to be seated for 5 mins and the workers saw me standing, didnt even acknowledge me and instead of telling me well be right with you, I was standing there completely ignored so I left. I ate here once and service was also not the best, my server didnt check on me and I had to ask for them to bring me essentials. But food is good! I just hope service gets better cus that ruins the experience for me completely.

Love this place, there food is absolutely delicious and the prices are easy on your wallet too. Atmosphere lacks a little bit and could use some work, but the place stays pretty busy, as locals know and enjoy the food. If youre trying to make a decision were to get some good Vietnamese food for an affordable price, this place is the spot for you.
