Best pho in Santa rosa and hands down. The broth is fresh, the meat is fresh everything is well made, staff is friendly and quick.Just a quick reminder for those who dont know the takeout way of Vietnamese pho restaurants, reheat the broth until very hot, and cook your noodles and meat in it... Ive seen a lot of reviews complaining about take out but if youre not a pho pro...Then eat it at the restaurant. :)

We discovered this wonderful family run Vietnamese restaurant during a stopover in Santa Rosa. It is a couple blocks from the Charles Schultz Museum. We had limited time to dine before our flight. Everyone was very gracious about taking fast care of us in an extremely friendly way. Our meal arrived within minutes. The food was the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. DELICIOUS! We would drive there during our next Bay Area visit just for the food & kind service. Don’t miss the chance to experience their terrific food, matcha drinks and hospitality.

One of the best tasting, well priced Vietnamese restaurants in Santa Rosa. Usually quick to be seated and orders put in without a long wait, even during the peak hours. Ive gone solo and up to 6 people and it has never been a problem. Not to say it couldnt happen, maybe Ive got good timing. Definitely work getting the pho!

I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw the store had drinks, bakery, and a small selection of food (generally vietnamese restaurants have 100+ items for some reasons). The food was legit. The price was a bit high for vietnamese food, but the amount was quite large. Overall, we were very happy with everything.

FANTASTIC!!! some people are scared away by the building - but dont be so quick to judge! This place has great bahn mi and THE BEST WITH REST ASIAN CURRY IN SANTA ROSA . They offer a wide selection of dishes, but I couldnt recommend the curry enough. The owners are Cambodian, and although this curry is similar to what you would find at sea thai bistro or simply Vietnam, those restaurants are Thai and Vietnamese respectively - so expect something different. I personally feel that thid place is very authentic and the curry has a complexity of flavors seldom found at other South East Asian restaurants around here. Also... I think they add chocolate to the Thai ice tea XD. I cant imagine thats authentic but its subtle and amazing, if that is indeed what they are doing!GO EAT THERE.

Super tasty sandwiches. Love their bbq pork sandwich. Their Vietnamese coffee is delish! A very simple, no nonsense type of place. Spacious with some seating. Would be an ok place to take the kids as theres lots of open floor space and they even have a toddlers basketball net set out with balls! The best part: super affordable! Me and a friend had a sandwich and coffee each plus their sesame ball dessert for $13 total! Definitely a hidden gem. I only wish it werent so far down Santa Rosa Ave...though I suppose the location allows them to keep costs down.

Fast food Vietnamese that was surprisingly good. Having eaten at more Vietnamese restaurants than I count, this place is generous with the meat in their pho. First time ever I almost couldnt finish my meal because of the too much meat...go figure!

This is absolutely the best restaurant we’ve found in Santa Rosa. Definitely the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had, and we love Vietnamese so we’re always on the search for the best. Nikki is the owner and she is so kind and warm. Her dedication to organic produce and grass fed meats is remarkable and so appreciated. The flavor profile of every dish we’ve tried is satisfying and well executed. The broth is complex and authentic. The barbecue meats are so savory and satisfying. Barbecue pork fresh rolls are the size of a burrito and full of delicious organic veggies and herbs and tender smoky bbq pork. Peanut sauce is savory and not too sweet. Everything we’ve ordered is full of flavor and veggies as well as tender quality meats. This restaurant is a true gem and one of a kind. I’m so grateful to Nikki for providing such an incredibly delightful, healthy and delicious culinary experience here in Santa Rosa.

I usually don't usually leave negative reviews but I feel this is necessary to help them improve or failure is inevitable. I got the Golden Bun Combo Bánh mì with Pork sausage, roasted pork, cured pork & pâté, $11.50. It was underwhelming and the pâté was practically nonexistent. Especially at this price they need to do better. They should immediately send someone to Saigon Sandwich in San Francisco and see how they make a Combo Bánh mì for $7. I'm not expecting the quality or the price I find in San Francisco here in Santa Rosa, but they need to do better if they want to be successful.

WOWOWOW! What an amazing place to get some absolutely fabulous Vietnamese food! At Bites gives you many options, all prepared with super fresh ingredients with flavors so varied and deep with fresh herbs and spices all served quickly and with great service. And, the prices were so reasonable. To top everything off, I was serenaded a Happy Birthday by the restaurant staff and presented with a smores brownie cake! At Bites will be on our must go list every time we visit San Luis Obispo again!
