They shut down a bunch of locations and the ones left, like this one, have been left with flavorless food. Its not gross, it just has no flavor. Any spice or even salt is from adding it yourself ... you cannot taste any garlic, onion, etc, anything coming through in the meat or sauce/glaze at all.

Got my amazing food from this place. Ive been to other locations and I came in here and was amazed. PACKED, Employees seemed devoted to there work, store cleaned!! Thats what Im shocked about how a place can be so busy and cleaned in a way compared to other pic up Stix locations.. placed my order and seem rapid orders being called out. My order was perfect, delicious. WILL RETURN! whoever the manager here is must be doing a good job and must be blessed to have a store thats super busy but also devoted employees. God bless ! I love it

Pick up stix has really changed, they no longer offer individual plates. Best offer for a family is $33.00 its suppose to feed 4 it actually is more like 3 adults. We added a Chinese salad and our total was 53.00 very expensive Chinese dinner. Disappointed with the fried rice, it was to wet and the noodles had weird taste to them they were too soggy.

Great customer service, always. You will be greeted with a genuine smile. Good food, but I wish the chain had spicier selections. Even when I request extra spicy, on an already spicy selection it tastes like its original recipe.

Portion sizes small, like ridiculously small. 40 bucks and it didnt even feed 2 people. To add insult to injury they gave us 1 soy sauce packet and 1 fork for 2 people and 2 meals purchased. The food tastes great and the staff is polite but again the portion size leave you feeling scammed.

I was at this location 8/07/22 at 8:30pm and the door wasnt lock as I walk and ask if there where still open . The workers told me no we close at 8:30. I sat there in my car to see if someone was gonna lock the doors but they waited to 9:00 to actually lock there doors and turn on the outside lights. The store hours say they close at 9. I understand if they ran put of food or something wasnt working but the person was rude I dont understand.

Got takeout Ordered 4 house special beef for me and my kids and all of them tasted like shrimp!!! Super disgusting the cooks are getting lazy and not changing pans they cook seafood with. Wish I would of got a refund or at least replaced my order very upset and disappointed

Not bad but not great. The service wan normal and the food tasted good. We ordered at 1245 and the food we ordered was on their lunch special but we werent told that and we paid full price. The chicken and vegetables had broccoli and carrots. I guess theyre both vegetables but I expected a variety of vegetables. The Kung pow chicken had the variety of vegetables I expected in the other dish. I guess if we ever eat at this franchise again I will ask what comes in the dish.

They give the wrong order and cant even figure out if they are out of stuff or not. Terrible place to eat. Its super dirty too so if you dont want to almost vomit in disgust, dont look around much. Dont ever go here.
