I had the curry chicken and my bf had the Kung pao beef. Deliciously made to order. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well.

Fresh, delicious, top quality food & very affordable. The cashier was very friendly & had great knowledge of everything on the menu. Her welcoming & helpful service plus the inside of the restaurant was nice & warm on a very cold day. The tables, floors counters & windows were sparking clean . The good vibes of this place definitely makes me want to return soon & try something different on the menu.

We had the crispy honey shrimp and drunken noodles with shrimp. The chef did an amazing job with the food. This tasted better than a place we go to where the entrees are $15+!The customer service was nice. However, they are really understaffed. I feel very bad for the employees and 1 chef. So if you go, just order ahead and be prepared for a little wait.

If youre looking for really good Chinese food, keep looking.We ordered the drunken noodles, sweet &sour chicken and chicken dumplings....all looked great in the online pics. The only thing that remotely resembled the pic were the dumplings, which were tasty. The noodles were dry, chicken tough, and just blah. The sweet and sour chicken was awful. Dry breaded fried chicken with a tiny amount of clear sauce. No sweet and sour sauce at all. Very unappealing in presentation, and taste. Disappointing. Dont recommend. The two stars were for the dumplings. We spent $30 for a bad lunch. Ive had better Asian food from the freezer section of the market.

Very disappointing experience! We used to love Pick Up Stix years ago, but they’ve changed the menu and the quality, and it has really gone downhill. The food has zero flavor and is very overpriced for what it is.

I’ve come here for dinner about once a month for years. This last visit was completely different. I called to place my order about 10 minutes before arriving was asked if I would hold. Stayed on hold till I arrived only to find they had no customers and not busy. I placed my order when I got it it was wrong. All the person did was look at me and said “sorry”.So I left thinking I may not go back. While eating my food I found a kinky dark hair in my food. My hair is straight. That’s all it took. I’m never going back. Must’ve changed owners or something.

Waited exactly 25 minutes for a kids meal and for my meal. As soon as I got up to refill my drink they called my name. I said that’s me and what I assumed was a shift leader; said I need to wear my mask if I want my food. I was sipping my drink on the way to the fountain machine. We had a back and forth. Apparently COVID does not affect people eating only people ordering or refilling their drink. I asked for my money back and it seemed they had no problem giving it to me. Anyways, you get the rest. I will never return to a place that sheep roam .

This restaurant defines the authenticity that I always hope to find in any restaurant.The fresh hand-drawn beef noodles uni roue main was everything I had dreamed of and took me right back to the days when I used to live in China. The beef broth is light, pure, and heavenly. The noodles make you want more.Excellent service! Great price! Delicious! Highly recommend!

Its a decent competitor to places like panda Express. Where it differs, which one could argue gives it an edge, is its wider variety of food, like their teriyaki fish which is pretty good. Their portions leave a bit to desire as only their family pack seems to be well proportioned for the price. If you are craving cheap chinese take out with a wider variety of food options though this is your establishment.

Now I remember why Ive only been to Pick up Stix once. It looks and feels like a Chinese fast food restaurant. But the menu and the price feels like a full service restaurant, even if you dine in.It was a little confusing to order. They didnt hand us a menu. We had to look all over the board. The combos arent available after 3 pm. I guess the entrees come with rice because he offered white or brown rice. If I wanted fried rice or chow mien I would be charged $2 more to replace the rice, not beside the rice.I ordered curry tofu. It had no curry. Maybe they sprayed a fine mist of curry flavor on it, possibly. The rice was super dry and chewy. I EXPECTED a juicy bowl filled with creamy curry sauce and veggies with a healthy serving of tofu. I GOT a takeout box with what looked exactly like the package of frozen veggies I get at the market. The tofu was breaded and dry. Why?I also ordered a small wonton soup made with the same veggies. It was actually the highlight of the meal. I had to mix the so called curry into my soup to give it flavor and soften it up.I paid the extra $2 for my boys kids meals. The chow mein was just spaghetti dripping in some brown stuff. The orange chicken was tough and had bird nerves in it. Poor kids!Ill probably be blindly tempted to try this place again in a decade or so. But until I forget again, Im staying away.

Pick Up Sticks is a great place for quick Asian food that is high quality. I ordered the Thai Tofu Curry and it was delicious. The portions are pretty large and the food is good. They also have games for kids to play while you eat.

Pick up Stix is a good buck or two more than you want to pay, but the food is great. The people that work there are always nice and eager to help. There is a new manager there (over the last year) and that has really helped this place. If only they delivered!

I ordered on grubhub and my driver stole my order so I called this location and just simply reordered and the two working ended up giving me my food for free with extra cream cheese wontons. My food being stolen wasn’t their fault but it was very sweet of them to give it for free. Thanks again!

Got food poisoning the night before Christmas and continue to regret eating there from 2am until HOPEFULLY not much longer as its Christmas morning and, thus far, I still cant be too far from the commode (as its still coming out both ends!) =( BTW, I gave them 2 stars instead 1 solely because the employee at least attempted to right their wrong (after they realized they forgot my small to go order for one as evidenced by the family behind me got their large dining in meal before mine so I respectfully asked when do they think theyll have my to go order ready and, like a deer in the headlights, I was told soon to I got mine around 10 minutes later with a free appetizer gift card because I was she said I was so nice). Note: I have no desire to eat there again [or tell others to do so in light of above] so I will be trashing the free entree card.
