I called to make an order & the man who answered left me on hold for 15minutes. My boyfriend & I came in to pick our order the young man whose name was Rand was very rude. There was a long line & he would be on his phone instead of packaging the food or fooling around. My boyfriend asked him how long would it take & He rolled his eyes & made slurs to the other boy. He seemed very cocky. My bf asked to speak to someone above him & he said he was the shift leader. He should not be shift leader. 0 customer service & on top of that I found hair on my food. We were going to eat inside but the dining area was so dirty. Liquid spilled on the tables, sauce stained & noodles on the floor. The restrooms reeked of urine. The young man & managers seem to not care about their restaurant. They really need a evaluation with their employers. Were Never coming again. First and last time. Panda express is better & cheaper.

Hi everyone 👋 I bought 2 plates, for me and my fiancé. Firecracker chicken and honey chicken. Food was not ok, rice was completely overcooked, texture was way to softy. Rice have to be Al’dente no purée like mashed potato. Probably someone’s can’t cook rice or they not selling a lot of food and rice staying too long in rice cooker. Chicken was hard to bite. To be honest, I ate way more better Pick up Stix than this one. Even people working here don’t care about job. No forks in bag, no napkins, they put my food to go, I ordered EAT IN. I will give them another chance, because everyone deserve for second chance. Place was clean because was empty so nobody make it messy. For now barely two stars ⭐️⭐️

The young man who took my order was incredibly sick I almost canceled the order. He caught and used the restroom accessively and had watery eyes, I could see he was in charge of preparing the sauces so I just did not use mine and threw them away. There was a long wait time which I didnt mind because he was up front about the 30 minute wait but I think he was just continuing to be at work to help with the long wait times I think you should have prioritized his health and gone home.

I order them through Postmates often, just because the House Special Chicken is so good. But in terms of service? Theyre the worst. Order is wrong 40% of the time and 50% of the time the drink is missing. Considering how often I order youd think theyd eventually get it right.

I had the garlic chicken with vegetables instead of rice. Pretty good, but the radio of chicken to vegetables was low.Great services and friendly staff.

It was up until recently that I was one of their best customers. They had a good thing going. I use a wheelchair and for me curbside pickup was a blessing until they discontinued doing that. So today it took me over 4 hours trying to get an order from them on their 2 for $15 special. There website is so confusing and difficult to use it drives me insane. The worst part was that I called the store for help at least 4 times and they could do nothing over the phone for me just listened while they were helpless due to strict company rules regarding the special they were advertising. Trying to upload my payment method was insane. I ended up opening up a can of Campbell’ s soup after all that. THE OWNERS NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM OR I BELIEVE THERE’S going to be a lot of lost business ahead. They will be ok as long as people are able to walk in and pick up their orders but there’s a lot of us baby boomers out there that aren’t all that tech savvy nor able to get around real well. We depend on delivery so much now and the pandemic proved that. Watch out Pick up Stix, somebody is going to start picking up your baby boomers like me and then some. You guys just blew it as far as I’m concerned. I hope you get this stuff fixed. You have good food and lots of good customers. Don’t take the hit! Take the hint! J. Monte

I recently had an unacceptable encounter at the Anaheim Hills location. Last night I got home and discovered there was chicken instead of tofu, Im vegetarian so I ended up having to just make my own dinner since it was past closing time. Not great, but these things happen...Then today I decided to drive the food back to the store to see if I could get the meal I paid for. Should have been an easy situation where they just replaced my food with what I bought and paid for the night before. Instead I was told I had ordered the dish wrong and that they would do nothing to help. I was shocked. This is literally the order I have saved on the app and place it the same way every time without incident. The worker was very rude and said I was being stubborn and refused to help me even after I showed her the receipt that said with tofu. I asked if I could speak to the manger and she said she was the manger?? Her name was Ariana I believe.I have never experienced such terrible and unhelpful customer service in my life. At no point did she apologize for the confusion and refused to help in any way. For something that should have been so easy, I cant believe how upsetting it was.

*Update*After giving them a year to sort out their issues I tried to order from their website directly. Once again, second order in a row, they left out an entire item so I once again didnt get to eat with my family.Dont order more than 1 thing if you want to eat dinner the night you order it. I am very disappointed with their customer service skills. I placed my order online and picked it up. Once I got home I found out that I was shorted my beef meal. I called the restaurant and asked to talk to the manager. After 15 min on hold I hung up and called back and was put on hold for 2 more minutes before I could even say 1 word. When I called back again and asked to not be put on hold because I cant listen to the recording after hearing it 750 times and would rather listen to the counter. The phone was passed to Erica who said she wasnt the Manger but was in charge and would ask that they refund me in 3 business days for the beef meal. No offer to deliver the food or even apologized for leaving it out. I understand mistakes can happen but when they add all the mis-steps in this one order experience it shows that either nobody at this location has pride in doing their job well and/or were never properly trained which is a failure of management. Either way this place is currently a huge let down compared to the Placentia location.

The food at all Pick Up Stix is very good. Honestly, my Emotional intelligence was off one day and I need to remember we are all human and that’s good for me to recognize. I initially gave a rating that reflected me, not the business.... I’ll be back ..... it’s a great feeling!

This was, hands down,, the worst food I have ever ordered! The honey shrimp tasted like the shells were still intacked. The chicken and vegetables were thrown away due to the smell and to top it off, did not receive the chow mein we ordered. We should have walked out after witnessing customers walking back in for the food the didnt receive when the arrived home. This place could really use a lot of soap and a good scrub!!! Wont be back!!!
